The stories of 'cops and robbers' take on an entirely different meaning in today's police state.

Life, freedom, property, money, family, business, sanity, health, privacy, good name ,fundamental human-civil-constitutional rights, and a variety of other God given privileges innate to our species. See “My Story In Detail” online.
In pursuit of their egregious agenda cops as robbers are now authorized by the SCOTUS to kill suspects fleeing in their vehicles, even though many intelligent and law abiding people may have an averse reaction to being arrested or detained by thugs in blue, and may feel the need to seek a witness to the event at a different location. In situations where mistakes are made by a citizen the police and the fbi and their friends in court spend thousands, or hundreds of thousands of dollars in efforts rob the accused of all he has worked for all of his life. Thus cops in a sense violently rob those who pay police salaries.

In many of my reports I have shown how the fbi gathers wide ranging support for their torture and attempted murder efforts against me. The many so-called 'law enforcement officers' (more correctly known as low minded thugs in blue) from federal, state, and local agencies have personally threatened and harassed me in my face, as though to provoke a response. Some have actually come into my home on fictitious grounds to pretend that I am under investigation, knowing full well that the fbi commits crimes and plants my name at the scenes. Some cops pull me over to ticket me for alleged traffic offenses that they know I did not commit. Another cop boldly plants toxic fumes in my residence in a manner similar to the toxic fumes that an fbi operative used to send me to the doctor for an acute bronchitis attack.
A military intelligence officer files a fraudulent harassment complaint against me with the police who then issue a fraudulent BOLO (be on the lookout) against me, so that I am harassed and threatened every time I enter onto the campus.
The fbi follows along everywhere I go, spreading calumny and even asking street thugs and gang members to assault and provoke me here in the USA, in Mexico, Japan and Thailand. In the two links at the bottom of this report I summarize the many crimes committed against me and ongoing today by the fbi and for the past 25 years. Today I receive a message from a military type who writes, "you are a joke." The people of the world surely do not agree that my reports of crimes against humanity committed by the cowardly dod,cia,fbi agents, operatives, soldiers, assets and street thugs, are a 'joke.' Indeed, my work unlike the work of assassins is designed and intended to save lives, not take them.The outrageous efforts of the US government with the full support of the courts and the congress to torture me is now a recorded fact as per my thousands of posts, reports, articles, law suit, affidavits, appeals etc., many of which are online. After I posted the above report, I entered this:
Beginning in about 1988 the fbi began driving nails into my tires. While I taught courses at Ft. Bliss Texas and worked as an attorney, I dealt with unending incidents of flat tires.
Today, December 21, 2014, the criminal operatives again drive a nail into my tire in retaliation or for conditioned response purposes.
The effect of the crimes against me, including
DEW assaults, is ( after 25 years of such dirty games) quite distressing and demoralizing at times.

In about 1988-1990 while the fbi was busy terrorizing me in my home in El Paso, Texas, I needed to find another place to live ; I was also trying to sell the house on Sunset Drive. Many psychological operations were being run against me 24/7 including poisoning my dog, rearranging my furniture, destruction of my new riding lawn mower, nails in my cars tires frequently, destruction of my car by repeatedly vandalism, interference with my teaching classes at Ft. Bliss Army base, stalking incidents by thugs, etc. [I recently reported these and other crimes to federal and state cops who scoffed at my report] :

When I reported the crimes to the El Paso Police, they ignored my reports. Later I discovered that the police falsely recorded my address on 'Somerset Drive' and the police also recorded that I never followed up on my complaint even after alleged police notices were sent to me. The El Paso police knew me well (and knew where I lived) because I was a State Magistrate, attorney and for a short time the Police Legal Advisor. So, for the police to pretend that my address was on 'Somerset Drive' was a complete and transparent fraud designed to allow the police to close the case that I filed. This is the first time I learned that the police are under the controll of fbi and that the local police are complicit in crimes against me, including the murder of *Jane Hatley (by transferred intent, wherein I was the intended victim and Jane Hatley was the actual victim by error) as shown below.
While I was trying to rent out or sell my house, several people pretended to be interested, but simply entered the house under a realtor's entry 'key box' system and vandalized my property. On one occasion I received an offer far below the value of the property from persons who knew that I was desperate to get out.
The most troubling assault is this one: I found a tenant who expressed an interest in renting and buying my home. After my last visit to my residence (after I had removed my furniture and cleaned the house) I had a sudden, unfamiliar episode of dizziness inside the house. I thought that I was suffering from emotional trauma from the ongoing assaults that caused the dizziness. I stepped outside the house for fresh air and to rest on my front porch; the dizziness subsided about twenty minutes later.
The next day the new tenant, prospective buyer, *Jane Hatley, moved in. After a month or two I read that Jane Hatley had died under mysterious circumstances, after being ill for several weeks.
I reported my suspicions of toxic gas to the Gas Company in El Paso, but they indicated that I was imagining the problem. I believe that Jane Hatley was the unintended victim of an attempt on my life via toxic, odorless gas.
The extreme pressure on me in El Paso was well known by a group of citizens who apparently joined in the 'fun and games' to encourage me to get out of town.
In fact, my former associate, fbi agent Gary Webb of the El Paso fbi office, told me that someone was trying to drive me out of town. He also ordered me to report to him the day that I exit El Paso, Texas .So, Gary Webb , ex fbi agent, is a key witness to the terror assaults on me in El Paso, Texas, in 1988-1990. On November 8, 2013, the fbi increases automobile traffic assaults by operatives/thugs on me after my recent posts online; then, as I continue my posts at the public library the fbi enters into my locked car and turns on the lights. These crimes are usually followed by increased sleep deprivation, and true to custom the fbi applies extreme elf assaults on me on the night of November 8, 2013. I view the physical and psychological assaults as threats which are more the terrible because the fbi continues all other COINTEL actions against me that I have documented for twenty years (i.e. 24/7 physical and electronic blanket surveillance, home and car invasions, vandalism in my home and car, phone harassment, slander, etc.). The implied threat is this: stop posting or else. The assaults follow my posts that the fbi finds most disturbing.
Finally, so that the reader may understand the mind games incessantly played on me (the Target) for non compliance, the fbi sends me notices that the extreme assaults will continue: the fbi changes the tv channel at the moment that the Target turns his back or picks up the tv remote control unit. This is the type of psychological dirty work that the fbi/cia plan for anyone in the world who fails to obey.

See this report from fbi agent Theresa Foley who accurately observes that the fbi is (as I have *documented) a macabre and sick culture whose agents and operatives engage in or cover up torture, mayhem and murder:

Foley was assigned to investigate inmates at Guantanamo Bay, but soon became an unofficial inmate of the same diseased ridden prison. She contracted a debilitating "...disease after being forced to share sleeping space with a colony of rats in Guantanamo Bay". She states, as I have often exclaimed,
'But when I think that it was my own government who’s left me in this position, that’s brought such misery... I can’t give up. Or shut up. Or just go away.'
The disease that she contracted at the prison "... has left the 45-year-old Foley unable to walk on her own, and she suffers in pain from two spinal fusions, six other major surgeries and the effective loss of her right leg.
She was forced to live for 10 months in a squalid bungalow that hosted a colony of large rats and contracted a hideous bacterial disease called leptospirosis. Her doctors traced the infection that bored into her central nervous system back to the rats."
