Torture, mayhem, murder= fbi covert operations globally
In order to more fully describe the murderous evil of fbi agents and operatives I present the following additional evidence:
A few years ago the following medical group notified me indirectly that the fbi obtained the medical records from the hospital regarding my visits there as a young boy in grade school:

The attention that I received in the facility resulted in a medical evaluation of weak lungs vulnerable to toxic cigarette smoke, etc. The doctor indicated in his charts that I could not be exposed to any fumes from cigarettes.
The fbi then began a discreet program of pumping cigarette smoke (or other toxic fumes) into my residence everywhere I lived, continuing now about 15 years. I was thus forced out of my home about thirteen times over the past decade and a half. The record of my many residences confirms this, and the record at Scotish Rite Hospital confirms the statements in the second paragraph above.
Additionally, the fbi has complete access to my medical records throughout my life; the fbi assassins are aware of a duodenal ulcer diagnosis while I served the fbi as a Special Agent. So, in apparent efforts to aggravate that condition, the fbi imposed severe psychological stress on me over the past 30 years.
The nose deflection injury from my Army days also provided an opportunity for the fbi to attempt to kill me in the recovery room after survery. Their agent/assassin entered my room and changed the doctor's bedside note to read, "give food upon patient's awakening". I nearly suffocated in my own vomit in that attack.

As I and others have proven by extensive evidence, some circumstantial and most from direct testimony and scientific documentation, the United States government under the direction of the fbi and other agencies engage in widespread assaults of human beings with *Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW) which includes assaults by microwave and by extremely low frequency sound waves (ELF), etc.
Particularly targeted for such torture are activists, whistleblowers and others whom the fbi and their associates deem “not welcome” in the society. Thus, the fbi has decided to assault me 24/7/365 apparently for life and the assaults started about 15 years ago and continue to this moment. When I tried to seek medical help, the doctor seemed as though he worked for the fbi. The fbi are the very assassins who torture me and try to kill me on different occasions in their vendetta. I have now verified that many individuals suffer from the sleep deprivation attacks and I have become friends with them online. Some victims (or Targeted Individuals) have been driven to the brink of distraction from the attacks; perhaps even some have contemplated a final exit as a result of the physical and psychological trauma intentionally inflicted on them by the fbi and their associates. Here are a few more symptoms that I have recently experienced: Microwave cause cancer on my left neck area (not from the sun, though the fbi may plausibly assert to the contrary); rapid loss of hearing in either ear (left ear being a near total loss of hearing and the right ear indicates about a 70% loss).
I have also concluded that the world is under assault by the USA, not just by the conventional weaponry as used for example in the Middle East, but by high tech assaults which are classified and used by many governments (especially the USA) to kill political adversaries to regimes friendly to the USA.

The primary outlet for the frustrations of many victims of assaults by Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW) is the ability to share publicly the macabre and murderous program that takes over their lives. For about 15 years I have documented such assaults on me and now on my wife. Such attacks seem to rob me at times of my ability to outline the horror of the crimes perpetrated against us.

The fbi recently increases the intensity of the DEW assaults in apparent response to the widespread acceptance as fact of my descriptions of fbi atrocities. Many of us are acutely aware that our world (especially the USA) is awash with *torturers, psychopaths and assassins in and out of government. Our reports must live on for a thousand years until all are identified as the human monsters they are. High position and white shirts cannot obscure their filthy character because of the damage caused, the suffering endured and the atrocities (big & small) perpetrated. All such heinous crimes strike at the heart of civilized man and cannot be forever hidden from view.

All who fail in their duty to stop the atrocities that I and others describe are accessories to the same crimes. Such persons include all in congress, courts, presidency, fbi/cia/police/media, etc., and those members of the community at large who join in the killing event.

Dirty fbi, police, DA, AUSA, Judges, USPI, etc.
This report shows how the fbi completely corrupts all members of police agencies, District Attorneys ( & in one instance the Florida State Attorney's office), courts and members of the general population. My experiences represent a microcosm of the murderous and sadistic criminal justice system nationwide as spearheaded by fbi traitors to the USA.
In my most recent case the Brownsville Police Department covered up crimes by the fbi, threatened me by intimidation, impugned my sanity, and subsequently entered false data (as did the UT Police in a different cases involving their fraudulent BOLO)
for future reference. The Commander of Police in Brownsville Texas , James Paschal, agreed with me that Detective Adrian Posada made errors and that my report of crimes was valid; but when Paschal learned of the fbi campaign against me he withheld his promised memo which would have contradicted the sham Posada report.
Regarding the DA and his investigator: They refused to allow me and my wife to file a complaint against Posada and others ( including Martinez for lying and Vasquez for dereliction of his duties in Internal Affairs at the Brownsville Texas Police Department):
in apparent efforts to trash my report of police offenses and fbi crimes, the DA Investigator contacted the fbi. I subsequently learned from the ORA disclosures that the DA made contact with the two cops involved in the cover up and the falsification of the facts of the report (i.e., Posada and Martinez). Other Salient facts relating to my experiences with Detective Adrian Posada and his police associates :
A.
Note that Detective Adrian Posada 1)impliedly threatened to arrest me for filing in his words
"a false police report" 2) told me to "take the medication" 3) asked me the name of the doctor who provided me with a second opinion on the **fictitious Holder report on "paranoid delusional disorder " ; Posada invented the concept of 'take the medication' in order to insult me in my face and in the presence of my wife 4) stated that he and the police "accept as fact any report by a medical doctor" 5) asked my wife (a victim of the same crimes that I reported) where she met me.
B.
Posada pretended to file a report, but did not. His report a month later was a transparent attempt to cover up his initial violation of public policy, or law. His and Sgt. Martinez' repeated references to ' headlight wires ' are complete fabrications with no basis in fact.
Such red herrings were entered falsely to confuse the issue, to protect the fbi thugs,to cover up police offenses and to fabricate a false police report to further disparage my reports now and in the future.
C.
Over the past 30 years the fbi thugs have destroyed my vehicles, resulting in about. 25 to 30 thousand dollars in out of pocket losses. Many such crimes occurred in Brownsville and Harlingen, Texas and the police always refused to investigate. Other crimes against me, my wife and our property which the Brownsville Texas Police refused to investigate include burglary of residence, assault with a motor vehicle, and multiple
instances of nails in the tires, assaults, etc.
D.The fbi continues assaults on me with high tech weaponry 24/7/365 and almost daily with street thugs and apparent assassins .

Some of my memories of fbi's mind games (psychological operations, i.e., 'psyops') used against me date from my years *inside the fbi; other more atrocious acts against me by the fbi were conducted when I began a legal career in El Paso, Texas, in 1983. While I worked in the fbi office in Rock Island, Illinois, the ASAC, Benjamin H. Cook (deceased) sent an assignment to me to arrest a fugitive. When I asked my fellow agents to accompany me, they all refused. When I tried to obtain a fbi vehicle to make the arrest, I was denied that request. I knew then that the fbi vendetta against me was unstoppable. I made the arrest alone, using my volkswagon in the middle of the night. I contacted a local cop in his patrol car that night, identified myself, stated my assignment, and asked the officer to allow me 15 minutes to exit the suspect's home, but if I did not exit then come in with police backup. He honored my request; I made the arrest without incident and subsequently advised Ben Cook that I could no longer work in the Rock Island fbi office.
After the arrest, SA T. C. Brock, now retired and living in Idaho, told me, "You won the battle, but you will lose the war."

The fbi increases assaults on me as follows:
1)
Extreme Directed Energy Weaponry assaults (extremely low frequency sound waves, or pulse microwave) in order to cause sleep deprivation and other symptoms as set forth at

The assaults led to a diagnosis of diabetes as stated by a VA doctor a few years ago, but I radically changed my diet in efforts to fight off the doctor’s finding. Exercise is not possible due to exhaustion 24/7 and near bed ridden conditions.
2)
The fbi has also resumed mail theft from the US Postal Service, preventing me from communicating with the Texas AG relating to offenses committed by the Brownsville Police, fbi thugs, all such instances are being covered up by the DA. Today, the fbi extends their physical assaults by sending an operative (H/F, 40 yrs, 5’6”, 150lbs, brwn, brwn) to stalk me in the HEB grocery store, Paredes Line Rd, Brownsville, Texas. She waited until my back was turned and then she took my grocery basket and moved it about 15 yards away, so that I needed to search for the basket in a different part of the produce section. [link]

As I returned home from the HEB store mentioned above, a female fbi operative (ID not available) driving a late model Ford Mustang parked in front of my residence, and she departed as I parked my car. The purpose for the female operative to park in front of my residence appears to be to provoke some reaction in order to determine whether I say something that might indicate paranoia. The fbi’s federal magistrate judge is always available to issue a more dangerous order if a reaction to the assaults is noted by the fbi operative.
5)
Repeated assaults continue at the Brownsville, Texas Public library by the same little male assassin whom I have previously described and photographed.
I am not inclined to report these crimes of assault, felony stalking, home invasion, mail theft, etc., because the fbi’s team of professional operatives and police are eager to label my reports as paranoid delusional disorder. See [link]

Police and fbi brutality reveal a very macabre, deranged and sick culture.
Systemic brutality and murderous mindset characterize the USA police state today where innocent individuals are routinely attacked or killed by police and fbi (et al). In most cases the police and fbi seek to tag their victim as a potential future misdemeanant, but in actual practice the crimes committed by fbi and company constitute some of the most serious and definitive felonious offenses.
In our society the so-called law enforcement community are a group of thugs, brutalizers and killers who, while trying to create or manufacture a misdemeanant, engage in multiple felonies against their Targets. These felonies often include torture, false imprisonment, forced suicide, beatings, and killings. All the while the media and the public accept the dramas as though the police community is justified in their high crimes.
EG: Often, we hear that a man or woman 'had a weapon, refused to drop it', and that the police/fbi "had" to shoot and kill the suspect. The truth is that no such killings by the fbi/police are justifiable because alternate methods are always available. Killing is a preferred SOP at the fbi and police academies.
Thus, one may reasonably conclude that the real criminals in this country are often cops/fbi who are licensed and free to engage in their unconscionable attacks, while mostly innocent individuals are often locked away or murdered by the presumed protectors and enforcers.

Aquí está mi informe sobre las condiciones en México ya que he visto de primera mano.
Mi esposa es de Mexico y cuando el fbi gas me en mi condominio en Brownsville, Texas, me mudé temporalmente en su casa en Matamoros, México. Desde ese momento hasta la actualidad el fbi continúa el mismo tipo de ataques sobre mí y sobre ella he sufrido aquí en los Estados Unidos durante los últimos veintiocho años.
Específicamente, los matones del fbi aquí y en Matamoros destrozan nuestra propiedad, instalación inalámbrica vigilancia tecnológica en toda la casa, enviar nosotros mensajes en cuanto a nuestras actividades en el hogar como el fbi vigila mismo, planta serpientes, perros muertos, taratulas y ratas muertas en los alrededores de la propiedad, tirar basura dentro de la propiedad, gire todos vecinos contra nosotros, etc.
Hoy en día el fbi impide la venta de la propiedad de Matamoros mediante la interceptación de potenciales compradores y controlando agentes inmobiliarios que pretenden tener ofertas sobre la propiedad.
En algunos casos el fbi envía matones mexicanos para tratar de recoger una pelea conmigo cuando entro en México para ayudar a mi esposa. Además, el fbi dirige las USHS y la patrulla fronteriza extensivamente nos acosan cada vez que entramos en los E.e.u.u. en nuestro coche de México. Todas estas acciones por el fbi no son inusuales, como el fbi y la cia realizan actos ilegales y no éticas similares a nivel mundial (ver mis informes en Tailandia, Japón y la República Dominicana).
El gobierno mexicano se esfuerza por mantener cierto orden social en medio de la creciente actividad de Mafia que durante los últimos años se ha cobrado al menos 100 mil vidas. Decenas de millones de mexicanos viven en extrema pobreza, en la cárcel, o huir como refugiados a través de las fronteras. Fuerzas armadas de México patrullan las calles, en las ciudades fronterizas, y shoot outs (o tiroteos) en plena luz del día y de noche no son infrecuentes.
El pueblo de los Estados Unidos esta pregunta: "por qué usted permite que el fbi a añadir a los problemas que enfrenta México enviando provocadores y otros alborotadores en ese país en la voluntad para perseguir objetivos políticos como yo.? " Recientemente hablé con un agente especial federal mexicano en la comunidad de inteligencia (es decir: Policía Federal Ministerial, PFM). Expresa un desprecio universal por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos y para la gente de aquí que permite la explotación de su país por la elite gobernante de Estados Unidos. The most egregious violators of human rights in America today is the fbi ( referred below as the ‘burro’)and their pólice followers.
For a hundred years the burro ( and the police) have been threatening, torturing, imprisoning, forcing suicide and killing people often for no justifiable cause. The burro now expands their attacks on our people by adding a new area of so-called criminal law that promises at once to give them even more sweeping and abusive powers over society and at the same time , paradoxically, to spotlight the corrupt power of the burro over our lives. The new law authorizes the assassins and torturers of the burro to investigate ”animal cruelty”, even as the most cruel and inhumane assaults on our people (like me, and perhaps you, for example) are committed 24/7/365 by burro agents, operatives, informants, contacts, street thugs and burro’s police.

The burro (i.e. the fbi) announces that animal cruelty is a Group A felony with its own category — the same way crimes like homicide, arson and assault are listed. Of course the burro does not define ‘animal’, so as to intentionally exclude from the definition the burro’s cruelty toward our people. Neither does the burro define cruelty which I define as threats, assaults, false imprisonment, torture, forced suicide, murder, etc., against any member of the animal kingdom (not just against dogs).The burro in its new found power proclaims that gross neglect, intentional abuse, torture, and organized abuse, are all crimes that will be tracked.

Does the burro think that humans are less deserving of humane treatment than dogs, cats, etc.? Does the burro actually believe that they can continue to torture and kill human animals while claiming to protect dogs? Yes, because the people are afraid to shut down the burro’s killing machine in efforts to search for a more effective and compassionate way to deal with confused people. One must remember that the fbi engages in their unconscionable offenses during their entire careers and thereafter; their bread and butter is gained by their own demented pursuit of imagined offenses that do not exist, except within their own minds. Note that the burro once poisoned my beloved dog while they were also torturing me in El Paso, Texas, almost thirty years ago.
The burro also regularly employs extreme and cruel psychological warfare on many innocent human Targets for political or ideological purposes and with the ultimate goal of ending the life of their human prey. The United States of America is as pure evil as they so describe the ISIS group, (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria) as I have shown in many of my reports.
The fbi,cia,mossad,mi6 and their global affiliates and friends all join together in furtherance of the eugenics program to engage in unparalleled atrocities. Specifically, as I have shown, the fbi and their fellow psychopaths target for political, economic, military or ideological purposes certain individuals for the following:
blackmail, torture, forced suicide, assassination and mass murder; moreover the fbi operatives and their assistants watch and often record the suicide of the victims even as the victims suffer excruciating and prolonged pain and suffering. Death is not fast in such cases. The death squads enjoy media protection against disclosure because all such killings fit nicely into a larger global murder spree sometimes referred to as eugenics. In any event those who benefit most from the USA sponsored crimes against humanity are the ruling class and the government itself.
So, as the main street news media and their online associates in the cyber space community block my reports, the government prepares to murder more people in distant lands for the reasons stated above, and the general population is fed the usual propaganda in order to prepare them for another round of mass murder and intentional collateral damage inherent in the killing spree.
In this Age of Madness, the lethargic and mesmerized populace accepts such a degenerate state of affairs which ultimately signals the end of our species as we know it.

This report is long in the making. For several years the fbi has conducted illegal and failed attempted stings in efforts to arrest me , or in their continuing attempts to prevent me from access to a computer. For evidence see parts 19, a, b, c, of My Story In Detail; also see the antics of UT library officials at Brownsville, Texas, San Antonio & Harlingen, Texas , UTHSC, where I was repeatedly insulted, assaulted and attacked by many employees of the UT including police.
On or about July 20, 2014, I opened my smart phone to a website where Clemson University was studying the synthetic kidney stone en vivo as I have tried to document in part 16 of My Story. When I clicked on the reference, a page of nude figures appeared. I then tried to exit, but all of a sudden I saw on my screen a reference to “little girls’ private parts”. I closed the site and turned off my phone. Then, a few minutes later, I came back to my phone to see the history segment where I noticed 6-8 references to the same topic. I deleted the history and reported the incident the next day to two police agencies as follows:
1) The Cameron County Sheriff’s Office ( Officer Darlene Palacios), case number 07141195. In the same report I also documented numerous assaults by an fbi operative who for ten years has harassed and stalked me.
2) On July 22, 2014, I filed a police report online (report # 14077078) on the subject of the fbi operative mentioned in item number one above. I also spoke with Detective Lee Garcia, Employee # 4600, regarding the continuing harassment in the public library by the same fbi operative. I explained the two decades history of the fbi trying to prevent me from using any computer. Also note that the US PI and the Texas DPS police are also in receipt of my reports as per my affidavits dated 2007 and 2014 on line. Detective Garcia agreed that it appears that someone wanted to plant the unlawful material on my phone in apparent efforts to ‘set me up’.
I am grateful to both officers (Palacio and Garcia for recording my complaints as summarized above; and I am particularly appreciative that Detective Garcia studied my website and relevant evidence therein sufficiently for him to come to his initial impression regarding the attempts to ‘set up’ this ex fbi agent. Detective Garcia also inquired at the public library to see why the library officials allow harassment of Sosbee in the computer room of the facility.
Finally, all men who are targeted for destruction by the criminals inside the fbi have a distinct and serious disadvantage in trying to prove their innocence; the fbi has the motive, means, and opportunity to set up for arrest many innocent men who are targeted for imprisonment, forced suicide or selective assassination by the fbi’s own agents and operatives. As shown in many pages of my website the fbi simply obtains an abusive and patently fraudulent court order (issued by a judge in their pocket) and then proceeds to slander and assault the Target everywhere he may go. All citizens cooperate with the fbi’s court order and begin to believe that the accused must be a criminal because, after all he is under ‘investigation’.
Finally, the fbi are guilty of multiple felonies, some ongoing as I write this report, as per my affidavits 2007 and 2014 mentioned above; the civil court judge who issued the orders against me facilitates and authorizes the crimes against my person and is therefore guilty as an accomplice to the many crimes that I have outlined over the past twenty five (25) years. That judge (or judges) should be jailed. The USPI and Texas DPS police are also guilty of cover ups of the crimes that I have reported directly to them in person, as per the affidavits referenced above.

See my recent reports that confirm that the fbi uses a form of Pavlov's "classical Conditioning" technique against me in efforts to discourage me from posting.
In early April, 2014, I reported that the fbi regularly uses Pavlov’s Conditioned Response technique on me as follows:
After I post reports the fbi sends at me the same female operative who has previously assaulted me many times at the library and in my home (by pouring toxic fumes into my residence which resulted in a medical condition requiring antibiotics); on this occasion the woman (a large, horrid, ugly and foul looking beast whom I have previously referenced in many of my reports) walks near me in the library, making sure that I see her. She leaves ten minutes later; that evening I am bombarded all night with increased DEW attacks, causing severe sleep deprivation. As Pavlov noted, "his dogs would begin to salivate whenever he entered the room." Each time this animal shows her repulsive face to me, I can reasonably expect a repeat of the same type of torture described above.
[The same type of assault was executed on June 24, 2015, by the same beast of a woman and by the repeated increase of DEW assault causing sleep deprivation].
This type of Conditioned Response played on a human being is evidence of the way this nation intends to handle any activist or political Target.
Again, on April 27, 2014, as I enter the computer room at the public library, Brownsville, Texas, the same female operative makes sure that I see her when she crosses my path in the facility. That same nite and true to custom I am punished for my computer work by extremely intense DEW assaults causing the sleep deprivation and other symptoms that I have previously documented in part 19 of “My Story” and other sites.
Many assaults by this same woman are documented and witnessed by library officials in both Harlingen and Brownsville, Texas.

All persons, except those asleep or mesmerized by popular media (such as we see for example in the main street quasi-news and entertainment shows, morning and evening), cannot escape the realization that something is rotten in Washington D.C. and beyond.
The USA is a kind of war zone for many of our people as a result of twisted ideological goals enforced by corrupt police policies and practices. Wars around the globe, mass murders globally, and the occasional multiple killings (and suicides) right here in USA by men and women who are under attack by the USA intelligence community which operates in concert with other departments of government (including local police), all are evidence of a terrible and macabre force gripping the world (see world in a box).
For example in the Aaron Alexis case, the media label him as delusional for reporting that he was under attack by **ELF (extremely low frequency sound waves, a form of directed energy weaponry-DEW- which the media pretends does not exist or is not used.)

The truth is that the USA uses the ELF and other forms of DEW against selected human Targets to force the Target into suicide or into neurotic behavior that might justify incarceration of the Target in prison or in a hospital.

Regarding the two citations from the corrupt cops, both tickets were dismissed. Meanwhile, a retired Border Patrol officer harasses and threatens me in my home. In the past the Homeland Security officials at the border extensively harras me every time I enter the USA, and they pretend that I am a drug trafficker.
