A New and Better Civilization5 comments

Creating a land based community would seem to be an ideal solution for people who joined a website called newciv.org. People who come to NCN, new civ network, are people who want to change the world to a better place or at least people who want to know how that can be done. A plan to create a land based community dedicated to creating a new and better civilization should come as no surprise to people who are interested in changing the world. I have presented a plan to fund a newciv model community. Based in northern Nevada. I have interests in gold mining properties there and I am offering to develop mining, milling, smelting gold reserves to help fund a newciv model community. I have written about it in previous blog entries.

There have been many visions of a new civilization presented through the years, many fragments.
There has never even been an online community here. A loose network of people who come here and blog or communicate in chat rooms so many different interests. So many who also do not contribute. Some members just read and look around. Some join and don’t come back.. I write this for people who want to participate in creating a community of people and infrastructure that would be a base of a model new civilization.

A community like a civilization should be sustaining to those members of the community. There should be a purpose beyond survival. In 2006 on Earth civilizations seem doomed. There are so many clashes of
nations, cultures, religion. Of course it has seemed doomed throughout the 20th century and life has gone on. I am sure that life will continue on Earth. That does not mean that at least one place on Earth should be dedicated to saving civilization by creating a model environment in which to live, work, produce and be at leisure. A place though where the people are dedicated to knowing who they are as beings on Earth. A place where research and product development is regarded and products go out to a market. A place where research develops with innovators, new types of energy resources, engines and even advanced drives for spacecraft. Yes, before we all blow each other up or destroy our environment ways should be created so that many of the human race can go out to the stars. To find new worlds and explore the universe.
So this model community should have among it people who can find and create the new technologies and expand, produce and enhance the technologies that we have to feed, shelter, clothe, transport and communicate with all of the people.

At this writing, the gold reserves that I have been talking about prospecting heave reached at todays prices a total of three hundred and fifty million dollars in gold reserves. That is a good base of funding for a 4 to 5 thousand member community with hi tech ideals and sustainable food resources and infrastructure.

Maybe, for now. This new community should be called “ the Base”. There is a lot to be built.

The price of gold reached $700 an ounce in May 2006. I know a property in Northern Nevada that has 50 million ounces of gold in reserves. At current prices that is 350 million dollars. The mining process is not difficult and the milling extraction process could be conventional. So there is no reason that smelting the gold into bars is not complicated.

In order to work the property it has to be recorded. I have the engineering, feasibility and assay reports. .
Now that I have put monies toward the development of this project I will become and in fact, am the sole proprietor. .

I have written here of a plan to share this wealth with the members of NCN. I have talked with several dozen NCN members and have written extensively of what I have suggested. Members of Newciv.org have joined this site knowing full well that members are committed to changing civilization. Unless some can immediately suggest a more common and more equal exchange then US dollars then money has to flow
toward this project.

I have explained this in previous blog entries and in email correspondence. If people want to share a profit from this  More >

I am persisting with this project and I hope to reach out to more members of newciv.com then I have been able too. This entry concerns my thoughts on setting up an economic system both for the community here, the future newciv community and for individuals who want to participate and want to be paid in money or...  More >

This is the third blog entry re my proposal for newciv members who want to to help create a newciv model community. Several
members have posted newciv visions of what the community should be like.

This is an opportunity for members of this website to be able to reach out and into the membership to create a model community based on principles of freedom, equality, intelligence, ethics, commerce, technologies and Love.  More >

Since outlining a plan for a New Civ community funded by an operating gold mine I have observed that not many have visions for a new civilization. Or at least visions that they are willing to share.  More >

For many years I have been a member of NewcivNetwork. When I first came to NCN I saw that there was much information posted about new civilizations and even information about Newciv models. Somehow, there never seemed to be an opportunity to participate in these communities There have been many visions posted about new civilizations through the years. I have posted a few myself  More >

The monsoon rains became a biblical torrent that brought four feet of rain to the city of Bombay in one day. I saw mosquitoes that looked as big as bumble bees. I was bit more then a few times. I had already booked on a flight out that was cancelled a number of times due to the rains.  More >

The British called the emerging city Bombay but in India it is called Mumbai. Right now in July 2005 it is the time of monsoon, the rainy season. It could start to rain at any time for an hour or for days. Mumbai is a city of 15 million people. It is a series of islands in the Arabian Sea that are connected by bridges and cause ways. The city traffic is extaordinary busy, organized chaos. There is a great sense of unity here and hardly are there any accidents. In all of the outer areas or suburbs of Mumbai there are countless motor rickshaws mingling with taxies, cars, busses and some trucks.
There is a ring of traffic circles around Mumbai center and it is there that the rickshaws are not permitted in. The main part of the city has wide streets and boulevards with well regulated traffic lights and patterns. It is clean and there are animals of all kinds who walk about in harmony with the humans and the traffic. Their droppings seems to dissapear rapidly. There is a great sense of unity here.  More >

I just got back to Mumbai from a trip to New Delhi. I have been living in India for some time. The contrasts were more then interesting between both cities. Delhi has good roads, is very clean, it is the capital of India and the people there are used to seeing and selling things to tourists, foreigners. Mumbai is the financial center had has its pearl, Bollywood, the glamor industry It is big, fast moving and most people could care less if you are a foreigner or tourist.

India is a country of many exotic religions, at least to my western eyes. I have visited many temples, mosques, a few churches and even a synagouge in my search for religious truths. The food here is in great variety and abundance. It is mainly in the rural areas that people have restricted diets. Yes, there are poor people but there are also riches in abundance.

Mumbai is a big city of 15 million people. It took me a month to find bagels, lox and cream chees. One day in Delhi, searching sights in the city in an ac car with driver, I stumbled across Moshe's Deli. Imagine my surprise to find that Moshe served first class Italian food. I bought a loaf of fresh baked whole wheat Italian bread, had some gelati and we had a nice chat. All of the people here in India seem friendly. I have walked many a street, day and night and felt no dangers.  More >

I am traveling in Asia now. I have visited Tiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore. I am in India now. India is a multi ethnic place and I observed first hand the Ashura Shia Muslim celebration at a mosque where men beat themselves and cut their babies heads so that blood dripped. All in the name of the love of God.  More >
