well dump Kyoto, okay well then where or whats the alternative that the reformers are presenting? do nothing.... the Canada i know and love would have had a better plan or game then in the offing rather than just saying you suck, drop dead, im going home.... my Canada would have said ... yea sure Kyoto was a dud but look here is something that may and will work better... not just sulk and go home and expect everyone else to do the work and to come up with the good or better plan.... my Canada used to be proactive and foresightful, honorable and dignified.... not petty and bullish...and a brat, oh hon pm ? is it okay if i flush the toilet? is it okay to replace that light bulb.... you're the boss after all....
alas but....
here thus are the some goods and plans and budgets on my Canada that may and probably will work better than Kyoto
