Fbi follows me as I visit the NFCU (mentioned below). I am not a member and NFCU has no data on me (neither my name, nor my email address). The fbi enters my name into a criminal internet fraud scheme( @bk.ru ) for harassment purposes as a reminder that the fbi is aware of my brief visit at the NFCU. NFCU representative (Minda) confirms that the group who sent the message to me seeks personal information in order to rob money from any account.
I have previously documented on line crimes against me by the fbi, including credit card fraud, theft of identity and a variety of threats & harassing messages(including the planting of porno references on my phone; I filed police reports on the incident).

*DEW and **psy ops are increased to prevent me from using the public library computers.
**1. Thugs enter into my home and turn on the air conditioning despite very cold temp inside.

Fbi sends a popular attorney on Facebook to play a subtle mind game involving, under pretense of friendship, insults and implied libel.
Attorneys & MDs (and DDS) are among the most cowardly and sinister of all fbi operatives because they are licensed to serve the client/patient and can, by virtue of the trust placed in them, deliver additional pain and misery onto the Target as the fbi may direct. All the while the attorney parades around as a human rights advocate on Facebook, and the MD holds himself out as one who always serves the interests of truth/science.
Such scoundrels are examples of evil, double dealing, trickery, fraud and inhumanity as they attack the victim of government sponsored torture/murder programs. I refer to such low subhumans as mental dwarfs.
They are also pitiful and disgusting. Thus, deceit and malice abound in our world, often right under our nose, by the very persons we sometimes need to believe in.

During the year 2014 the fbi sends the same operative who for over a decade has stalked and harassed me in public libraries and on the streets & malls in Harlingen and Brownsville, Texas. I nick name the operative, the ‘Beast’. The same Beast has a criminal record and is known to all officials in the two libraries and in the police departments. The Beast ten years ago pumped toxic fumes into my apartment at the direction of the fbi, thereby causing acute bronchitis and requiring doctor's attention and antibiotics.The Harlingen, Texas librarian asked the Beast to stop harassing me after I documented the repeated efforts of the Beast to wave me down. The Brownsville, Texas library officials refused to ask the Beast to leave me alone.
In June of 2014, I sent a letter registered mail ( USPO # 7012 3460 0002 7107 8367, signed by Ruth McKula on 6-19-14)to the library chief (Jerry Hedgecock) wherein I took exception to his refusal to honor my request; I cited evidence in his own video cameras and eye witnesses of his own staff in support of my complaint against the Beast. I later suspected that the library officials (one or more) actually engaged in overt monitoring of me in the library. I filed police and sheriff reports on the offenses against me by the fbi and their operatives; See Sheriff case # 07141195 (dated 7-212-14, and Brownsville Police case # 14077078, dated 7-22-14). I also asked Detective Garcia to kindly inquire about the repeated offenses against me in the library; his notes are recorded at reference case # 5487078. As the assaults against mecontinued in the same library I sought (via Texas State AG)all documents, notes, memos of any kind in the possession of Hedgecock and his two assistants Juan Guerra and James McCoy.
No records were ever provided to me as of this date. However, the Beast is now less aggressive in the facility and the three librarians generally stay away from me (for now).
While all of this is going on I detect numerous fbi thug/operatives ( as many as 5-6 at any given day, week or month) assaulting me both physically and verbally at different locations. One such thug is described as a Black male, age 25,5’11’’, 150lbs, with a lean/hungry look and somewhat retarded in demeanor). He appeared both in the Harlingen and Brownsville public libraries.
As a result of inquiries made by Detective Garcia and the Texas AG on my concerns, I amnot as of this minute being harassed by the Beast, but the fbi continues vandalism on my car , invasions into my home, and their usual 24/7 assaultive surveillance in my home and car with non-stop, sometimes incapacitating DEW attacks.
I have habituated to such crimes and I am able to sometimes objectively attempt to document such evil as shown for example in my recent posts duplicated below.

Addendum:
On April 26,2015 the fbi sends two *thugs into the public library, Browndsille, Texas, to harass and distract me from my use of the computer. A few days earlier Hedgecock makes a rare appearance as he walks bear me. The two thugs sit down bear me and then the female jumps up, slams the chair and the computer key board against the console ( creating loud noises ) and then departs. Two minutes later she returns and repeats the performance.
I turn to see what is happening as she again departs and her friend begins a staring contest with me to invite a discourse. I realized that the fbi sent the two hoodlums into the library to try to provoke a response, so that Hedgecock might then be able to ban me from the library for causing a disturbance. I had a witness with me and we reported the incident an hour later to the security guard who was conspicuously absent during the event. The security guard is one E. Velador who is employed in the library but who wears the insignia of the Brownsville PS on his uniform. No written report was filed
*h/f, 18-20 yrs, 5'5", 150 lbs, brwn, brwn, angry expression, n/m 35-38yrs, 6', 190 lbs, blk/blk, angry stare and aggressive disposition toward me .
Note that the fbi blocked me from access to my website at the Southmost branch of the Brownsville library at around 2PM, thereby causing me to go to the central branch where the two thug/operatives were assigned to follow me in and harass me.
On 4/26-27/2015, the fbi increase DEW assaults to a high level.

I note that assaults on me in the Brownsville, Texas public library are reduced or absent for the past few weeks. Also, the three library administrators (Hedgecock, Guerra, McCoy) resume their normal activities and appearances in the main area of the facility. Previously the three stopped (almost completely) appearing in the main library areaabd stayed mainly in the offices out of sight. I am certain that the fbi thugs (torturers and assassins) had some contact with the library officials possibly to ask them to stay out of the way while the fbi conducts its bogus investigation; this is conjecture and based on my interpretation of two items: 1) repeated criminal provocative assaults were committed against me when the library officials were not present, and 2) reduced or cessation of assaults are concurrent with the resumption of the appearances of library officials in the library. During most of the year 2014 including today an fbi operative, who for the past twelve years has stalked and assaulted me in my home, on the street, and in the public libraries, tries to wave me down and to engage me in conversation for purposes known only to the fbi and to the stalker. The antics of the operative are all the more repulsive because the same thug caused toxic fumes to enter my condominium about twelve years ago resulting in an acute bronchitis episode which sent me to the doctor.
I documented the aggressive harassment in person with the Harlingen, Texas Public Library and the officials there confirmed via video the distractions; the library director and the security official asked the fbi operative to stop the stalking and the waving down incidents. I also advised the Brownsville, Texas, police department of the offenses.
Now, the Brownsville, Texas, Public librarian refuses to ask the thug to leave me alone, even though I have similarly documented the stalking and harassment in the library. I then asked the City Secretary for all information on me in the possession of the library in efforts to better understand why the library permits the harassment. The Secretary stated that no responsive information is in the possession of the library; the *Texas Attorney General (AG) refused to order compliance with the Texas Open Records Act (ORA) even after I presented evidence of a library record on me.
I also presented a written request, witnessed by several individuals, to the librarian and his staff to please advise the stalker to stop the harassment. The officials in the library are Jerry Hedgecock, Juan Guerra and James McCoy. Thus, as of this moment the stalker on behalf of the fbi assassins continues to harass me in apparent efforts to discourage me (or at least to distract me) from using the computers in the library.
When I visited the office of the AG on October 28, 2014, in Austin, Texas, the officials there refused to meet with me and refused to discuss the possible ORA violations. Furthermore, the AG is aware of my reports of felonies committed against me by the fbi over the past twenty five years and ignores same.

I discovered yesterday that the fbi/cia hacked into my website and planted unauthorized data at the following page:

There, the assassins placed a link in the place of a legitimate link that had been on that page for several years. The original text on the page remained the same (as summarized below), and for that reason I did not suspect the hacking until visitors came to the page and accessed the fraudulently entered link. *See the bottom of this report for the actual site meter image of the visit to the illegitimate link. Here are the words that appeared on my page before I discovered the hacking:

The fraudulently placed link offered products to counter the effect of DEW weaponry and ELF against targets. Also in the fraudulently entered link was information about how to join the cia.
I never endorse any such ads (nor any other product); on the contrary I submit that the products to counter the high tech assaults on people probably don't work. Anyone who offers phony cures to such disturbing and painful attacks (which sometimes cause suicide) exemplifies the morbid immorality of the assassins of the fbi/cia who use the weaponry on our people.
I notified my webmaster to delete the fraudulent link which had no connection to the legitimate work of Raven whom I consider to be a leader in the battle against the torturers and killers. I also notify this date Earthnet of the incident which is not the first hacking into my site by the traitors and hoodlums of the fbi.

This report focuses on efforts by the thugs at fbi headquarters (and the cjis) in Washington, D.C., to expand their harassment of Targets by turning average citizens against the Target. In this case I am the Target everywhere I live, and I am frequently driven out of my home under death threats against me and my family.
I currently reside in Brownsville, Texas, and again I and my family are being harassed every time I post material online. Recently I posted several reports on facebook, some of which focused on the criminals hiding their identities inside the fbi’s cjis. After I posted the entries (shown below) a neighbor again begins to sound alarms every time I or a family member steps outside.
The surrounding streets (from which the alarm is set off) are as follows: 2300 block Sidney St., 2500 block Valleta St., 2200 block Valleta St., 2200 block Athens, 2400 block Firenze St. I often stand outside after the alarm to determine who is doing the harassing, but without success. Note that I wrote a short report on the fbi creating a cesspool of sinister assassins (1); such fbi dirty impositions into our neighborhoods to incite crimes against political dissidents should be seen as examples of the ‘sinister assassins’ report. Also, part of the fbi’s hideous and murderous Cointelpro is the fbi’s effort to spread false rumors and innuendos about the Target in order to cause further stress; my report of the program is also shown in the link below(2).
Here are my recent posts on Facebook which caused the fbi’s cjis to notify me of their anger at my reports and at the same time to announce to me that a neighborhood operative of the fbi would continue the harassment mentioned above. For over two decades the fbi has aggressively sought to silence me by violent provocations,DEW assaults 24/7, illegal stings, and abuse of civil process. Police, city officials (including legal counsel and chancellors/presidents/deans of universities) have assisted the fbi thugs in their fraudulent efforts against me as I have extensively shown in many of my first hand reports.
Now, the fbi meets with a high ranking city official who joins in by encouraging more assaults on me in a particular public facility by an fbi operative. I met with the official about the dirty campaign which then intensified with the same official actually engaging in the assaults fully aware of the crimes I have documented by the fbi against my person.
I also realized that human nature seems programmed to assist in the destruction, imprisonment, and killing of human beings when prompted to do so by the all powerful fbi (see my reports on violence as a virus and the killing gene activated). I have also learned from city employees that the city officials here are corrupt, incompetent, and criminal in many operations. The fbi is aware of the local corruption of government and does nothing to stop it. The fbi has ignored many complaints from citizens regarding embezzlement of funds, kick backs, blackmail, nepotism, political favoritism in hiring and outright theft in many city business dealings.
Therefore, I submit that the evil fbi has the full cooperation (in its unlawful campaign against me) of some very equally evil people in local government who cooperate with the fbi thugs in order to avoid the fbi’s investigation of the shady dealings of city officials mentioned above.

.As a result of my *reports online showing evidence of UT and Texas AG corruption (in assisting the fbi/UT police in their criminal assaults on my person) the fbiMAFIA renew vandalism on my vehicle which is no longer under warranty. In April, 2014, the fbi thugs damage the rack and pinion mechanism causing $1500 in damage; then, two weeks later (today) the fbiMAFIA discreetly puncture the radiator(see comments below) causing a water leak which requires $300- $800 for repairs. November 4, 2013, I am greeted in the driveway of the duplex where I reside by a uniformed HARLINGEN, TEXAS POLICE OFFICER (with police squad car) who identified herself as Rebecca Cruz (phonetic spelling). I am advised that shortly after the other tenant to my duplex abruptly and secretly vacated the premises, Cruz rents the unit adjoining mine, even though no rental sign was on the premises and the only people who ostensibly knew of the vacancy were the police, the owner, etc.
Now, while I am grateful to have someone other than a *terrorist living on the premises, I also hope that any apparently secret and cowardly agenda by Rodriguez and Knipfing is not furthered by the Cruz appearance in my face.
* Note that during the year that I have resided at my present unit, I have been harassed continually by criminal mischief episodes including tarantulas crawing around my front and back doors, by a dead animal with bashed in head thrown into my patio and by another neighbor displaying his firearm to me in my front yard.
Thus, the failure of the fbi to silence me from reporting their crimes is a victory for free speech, but as I have learned certain risks always follow. This date I discovered that vandalism continues in my back patio as follows: An unidentified chemical is thrown into my patio and plants so as to destroy some of the plants and cause a little mess in the patio. The liquid seems to be in the area close to the adjoining fence of the duplex and close to my patio door. I notified the owner. This is the type of assault that I experienced previously and I have suspects. Possibly the intel community has an operative in place here and who with camera in place would like to record my reaction to the event. This update is my reaction. As of November 20, 2013, second hand cigarette smoke continues to enter my residence causing respiratory symptoms.

For the past few years I have accessed my website at www.sosbeevfbi.com from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWFC) Office in Harlingen, Texas. Recently the office blocked my site, even after I documented that their reason for blocking was fraudulent. TWFC previously violated many regulations to prejudice my legal rights, attempted to libel me, prevented a HUD investigation on my behalf (even as TWFC had a legal duty to assist me) and now cover up an assault against me in their office.

On June 20, 2013, I sent a request to the major credit information companies to place an alert on my credit file due to theft of identity, fraud, theft and related crimes committed by the fbi. One of the companies who agreed to place the alert on my file the next day was:
