This is a formal request for release of information and disclosure of same to me, under the Freedom of Information Act and the Open Records Laws of the United States and of the State of Texas. Specifically, I request all information, all documents, reports, findings, memos, emails, internal notes of investigators, police reports, court documents, copies of my various articles & websites, and any other item of any kind that relates to the person of Geral Wayne Sosbee (DOB:8-30-45; SSAN:)that is in the possession or control of the United States Postal Inspector’s Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety. I am also particularly interested in any such item as mentioned above that was recorded on or about April 30, 2013, and thereafter as a result of the official investigation at my home at Harlingen, Texas, 78550 and at any other location in the United States. I also request a complete copy of the investigative report conducted by the two investigators who are named below together with any criminal or civil data collected by the two investigators relating to me, my life, my work, etc. The investigation focused on me as a person of interest in a staged crime in the Dallas, Texas area wherein my name was planted at the scene of the crime; also, the investigators recorded their subjective findings during the interview in their efforts to create or manufacture a profile on me as a possible domestic threat.
In the event that this request is denied in full or in part due to exceptions from disclosure, then I request that this letter (email) stay on file as an active request until such time that the exemption ends, whether such time frame be for one year or ten years. I request that all such items mentioned above then be mailed to me at my address shown at the bottom of this communication.

The background for this request is as follows:
Over the past twenty years the fbi and its operatives have engaged in an extensive and ongoing program continuing at present which is designed to cause me great harm. The program is sometimes referred to as non consensual human research and experimentation and involves 24/7 electronic and physical surveillance with concomitant assaults, battery and assorted other provocative crimes committed against my person. I have documented many such criminal offenses and I have made the US Attorney and the Texas Attorney General aware of same. This appeal of the refusal of your office to provide the records that I requested is based on the following propositions:
The multiple grounds raised by your office are unreasonable, capricious and in violation of fundamental right to access records which clearly reflect a fraudulent and unlawful witch hunt in efforts to harass me.
The inspector admitted that the suspect in the case under investigation is probably an employee of the Texas DPS and that a public integrity case is underway.
The inspector and the Texas DPS agent named in the above cited link both engaged in an aggressive and fraudulent inquiry which was designed to fraudulently profile this fbi whistleblower in order to help the fbi fabricate a basis to unlawfully imprison me. The staged crime that was the object of the instant postal inspector inquiry was set up by an unidentified fbi operative (possibly the same DPS operative mentioned above) who made sure to plant my name at the scene of the alleged offense in order to *forge the phony and unlawful investigation of me.
Your denial of my request is an effort to prevent me from asking for a congressional investigation of your office and the inspector’s office for fraud, for violations of the US Constitution, and other laws designed to protect me, my privacy and my rights to equal protection under the state and federal laws.

The following message is sent by me on October 30, 2013, to the office of Government Information Services, National Archives and records Administration , 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park, MD 20740-6001, Room 2510, via email at ogis@nara.gov., with 3 enclosure faxed to the same office at (301)837-0348.
Over a decade ago I reported to the **US Postal Inspector postal crimes against me by agents/operatives of the fbi; all postal authorities refused to inquire and actually sent me insulting messages in response to the evidence that I submitted.
Now, the fbi stages a crime in Dallas, Texas, plants the name 'g sosbee' at the scene of the crime, and causes the US Postal Inspector and the State of Texas to investigate me, even though zero, no evidence exists linking me to any crime, ever. Also, I am under for the past decade or so, a 24/7 assaultive surveillance program spearheaded by fbi/cjis in their efforts to cause a breakdown, or to imprison or kill me.
The program is covert and involves extensive and prolonged crimes against my person as I have outlined at My Story in 20 parts online. I asked for a copy of the report filed by the Postal Inspector who unlawfully and unjustifiably harassed me in my home. For more on the visit to my home by the thugs of law enforcement see my summary report below under the heading of * Fishing Expedition. Note that the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) tailed along with the postal inspector in unethical and unlawful efforts to profile me for reasons known only to TDPS Agent Rodriguez and his friend (the US postal insepctor). Agent Rodriguez was particularly offensive in my home as he dropped hints as to his real agenda against me which did not include the investigation of any postal crime.
Regarding this appeal to your office to mediate, in a letter dated October 22, 2013, Counsel C. Klepak of the US Postal Office refuses to release any information relating to the bogus investigation of me, citing various laws.
Please note that all such laws do not apply when evidence shows crimes committed by or covered up by the US Postal authorities as I have documented; all such crimes by the postal inspector in efforts to cover uo fbi crimes are committed at the same time that the fbi engages in extensive criminal assaults on me for the past 13-20 years.
Thus I am attempting to gather evidence of such offenses in order to hold the federal and state employees accountable; and to this end I submit that withholding of my records under FOIA is in itself evidence of continuing crimes against me by the fbi, postal authorities, and their operatives who know that I am not a suspect in any crimes.

After years of successful membership at Huffington Post (HP)where I achieved the status of 'Super User', and where I also posted over a hundred reports about fbi abuses, the moderator banned me today with no explanation. I had many fans and followers there on HP and I was certain for a while that HP represented the voice of reason in a country gone mad; I was wrong.

The Texas Department of Public (TDPS) and the US Postal Inspector, acting on a staged crime perpetrated by the fbi, now have evidence of a criminal conspiracy by the fbi to violate my fundamental civil, human and constitutional rights. Also, after I interviewed with the two police officials , they were aware of evidence of multiple and ongoing (to date) felonious assaults on me, including aggravated assault, torture and attempted murder of my person.
The police & the postal inspector officials revealed during the discussion that someone committed a crime in the Dallas, Texas, area, and left my name (i.e. G Sosbee) at the scene of the crime; the crime may have involved a threatening letter sent to a member of congress. Thus, the fbi operative who staged the phony crime wanted the TDPS to open a domestic terrorist case against me, or to at least cause the TDPS and the postal inspector to find a way to label me in a way that might facilitate adverse legal action in the future against me. Thus, the state and federal authorities who opened a case on me are required to file their report with congress and to further develop a case against the thugs who operate on behalf of the fbi in efforts to silence me. The personal opinion of TDPS Agent Rodriguez that my stated explanations for the fbi’s motives to terrorize me are insufficient, reflects his own ignorance, prejudice and jaded agenda. Failure of these officials to investigate the thousands of crimes that I have documented over the past almost half century constitutes a violation of public trust and cover up of the felonies that I describe in many of my articles, reports, affidavit and Writ to the US Supreme Court.

The US Postal Service (USPS) sends me the message shown below that they are aware of "fbi misconduct" against me and that therefore by implication they (the USPS) will not stop the harassment from the US Postal Inspector et al against me. Neither will the USPS cooperate with my request for FOIA release of the fraudulent efforts by USPS and USPI to help fbi find a way to imprison or to kill me.
Note that during the interview with the USPI in my home the PI admitted that he suspects that a Texas DPS employee planted my name at the scene of the crime in Dallas, and that therefore a public integrity investigation may be forthcoming against that employee. Also, the fbi assassins monitored the interview with me and PI (& Texas DPS Agent) under the 24/7 surveillance in effect on me. All data in this and other reports on this subject show that the fbi controls the USPS and the PI at will; further the fools at USPS are quite the cowards.
[US Postal Inspector (PI) admits to me in April, 2013, that someone planted my name at the scene of a federal postal crime in Dallas, Texas, and that the PI and the DPS opened a full field investigation on me as a suspect. The PI also stated that a DPS employee is suspected of committing the postal crime. Note also that the previous *refusal of the PI to investigate postal crimes committed by the fbi against me and the planting of my name at the scene of a staged crime by fbi operatives suggest in fact a conspiracy by fbi, PI, DPS to harsss, theaten and (unsuccessfully to date) to fabricate a way to fraudulently arrest me. During the past 20 twenty years the fbi has had me under 24 hour physical and electronic assaultive surveillance (and provocative attacks) , so the fishing expedition by PI Knipfing is at once ludicrous in its execution and fraudulent in its presumed premise.]

and related links, I filed a criminal complaint against the above mentioned Yanez for assault and battery of my person on campus, inside the libarry; the UT police unlawfully refused to accept my complaint, so the Harlingen, Texas police filed a criminal case against Yanez in connection with the same crime.
The judgement on Yanez validates my criminal complaint both against Yanez and unofficially against the UT police operations which were designed unlawfully to lead to my arrest or removal from the campus library.
The two page harassing email report by the UT police, San Antonio, Texas, is a fraud, contains false entries, and was constructed by the UT police to assist the military intelligence and the fbi in their illegal counter intelligence campaign against me. See my documentations on line.
The fraudulent "BOLO" was issued against me by the same officers who filed the false email case and who sent the "BOLO" to Harlingen, Texas, for purposes of harassment of my person every time I entered the library on campus. The same "BOLO" is still being used today for harassment purposes.
My above mentioned complaint against Charles Gough was tampered with by the very same police officers of UT, San Antonio, Texas, who have engaged in the illegal activities referenced above and in my website. Each time I try to report a crime or harassment in the library, the staff refuses to cooperate.
The campus security officers and the campus police have followed the illegal mandate of the UT police, San Antonio, Texas, for several years continuing to date. For example, Security officer ‘Paula’ went out of her way to alert the library staff to watch me and to report any unusual activity in order to have me banned from the library. Even the library staff kept a record on me and does so today every time I enter the campus library. I have actually seen the log maintained by the library staff on me. However, today, the library begins a new electronic harassment campaign intended to create a false basis to ban me from the facitily. As a result of my complaint against Gough mentioned above, several of the staff at the campus lbrary show a hostile attitude against me as follows:
One employee falsely denies any knowledge of ‘BOLO’ or log of my activities; she also refused to cooperate with me when I tried to file an assault complaint in the library (as evidenced by the Gough report herein). She seems eager to watch me in the library, but she has no interest in the assaults on my person by patrons on campus as evidenced by the Yanez and Gough reports.
Another employee sends me this date an unfounded electronic notice (interrupting my work on the computer on campus) of library cell phone policy; she also failed to return fifty cents on coffee that I purchased in the facility where I paid a one dollar deposit for a cup of coffee that cost 50 cents. Previously she always made sure to provide me with change.
I have never violated any policy of the campus library and I continue to be very careful in the library to maintain a low profile, even as the crimes against me continue on campus to date, as evidenced by this and other reports.
I request that the University of Texas Chancellor order all hostilities against me to cease.
I request a copy of any and every record on me in the possession of the library staff (and UT Police on campus) including any ‘BOLO’, and ‘Log’ or any other internal memo or record that relates to my person; specifically, I also request a copy of the false notice sent to me this date via UT library computer by library emploee, at approximately 8:30 AM, on campus while I was working on the computer. I request a refund of the 50 cents that she knowingly failed to make to me for the coffee purchase.
Finally, as I have documented, I am not intimidated by the thugs at UT, nor the corrupt police and their fbi mentors, nor the library staff who seek to discourage me from use of the facilities. I make this request in good faith with no intention of causing unnecessary inconvenience to any person.

This date (April 30, 2013) *two law enforcement officials in plain clothes visited me in my home in Harlingen, Texas, for two hours beginning at about 1:PM. They both identified themselves by badge and credentials and then explained that the name
“g sosbee” was linked to a crime involving the United States mail, in the Dallas, Texas area. The two focused attention on my whereabouts over the past few years and whether or not I was in the Dallas, Texas, area at all recently. Clearly I was a person of interest in a crime that the two refused to detail. They also indicated that they spoke with others who use the name “gsosbee”. The two officers had copies of some of my online reports, as though the reports are evidence of some kind.
About an hour into the interview Agent Rodriguez asked me if I am angry with the fbi or others whom I write about on my websites. I stated that such a characterization is false and that I can say that I am frustrated that no one in government, including the courts and the congress has made any attempt to verify the many felonies committed against me apparently by the fbi or their operatives. Then, Agent Rodriguez asked me whether I do my work online for the benefit of humanity. I stated that such an idea is false, that I do my work to defend myself from the assassins and the torturers who seek to do me great harm; I added that the people of this country also need to know what their government is doing to me and that perhaps even the world has some interest in the methods and practices that I describe concerning the fbi’s non-consensual cover research and human experimentation program of which I am an apparent victim. I also mentioned the directed energy assaults against me and the elaborate and recent efforts by someone to attempt to provoke a response from me on the campus of the UTHSC (University of Texas Health Science Center) at Harlingen, Texas. I referred the two officers to parts 19 (a,b,c) of“My Story In Detail at sosbeevfbi.com.
At the end of the fishing expedition, I stated that I hope that the officers record in their report that I am reasonable and forthcoming about all of my answers; that I have no reason to lie and that all of reports are true. I also indicated that the fbi, contrary to Agent Rodriguez’ stated belief to the contrary, began a severe retaliation campaign against me when I reported multiple felonies committed by the fbi as reflected in my court pleadings and my ‘Affidavit 2007’. Agent Rodriguez hinted that such a report on the crimes that I allege is not sufficient explanation to justify my belief that the fbi is on a retaliation campaign of such proportions that I allege. I replied that his attitude is exactly what the fbi expects from all who hear my reports. Even the corrupt judge, I explained, who heard my complaint dismissed my statements against the fbi as insufficient to justify my law suit against the fbi.

This medical update is provided for two primary purposes:
1) assist all Targets of inhumane DEW and related attacks, so that each person so affected can fully realize the threat of misdiagnosis posed by some medical professionals
2) to provide a record of the utter failure of the medical community to provide a presumption in favor of the patient ( a victim of high tech and other disturbing assaults) that in fact his condition and symptoms do not constitute, nor indicate, any form of paranoia

I presented for a routine medical exam on March 5, 2013, to Dr. Robert F. Holder of Harlingen, Texas. [I am referred to Dr. Holder by Dr. Asase who saved my life and who has the highest praise for Dr. Holder. ]
I explained to Dr. Holder some of the symptoms related to DEW assaults and I briefly outlined my belief that the fbi is engaged in a high tech vendetta against me for reporting their crimes to the US Congress. I stated that sleep deprivation and related crimes against my person by government thugs are causing many medical symptoms

Dr. Holder entered his findings in his report which is comprised of three (3) pages; I edited and patch worked the relevant portions of his report for this update, so that one page of his report is shown here. The exam took place on the fifth of March, 2013, but on the seventh of March, 2013, the doctor revisted his medical chart to add the finding of "Paranoia Delusional Disorder".
I believe that the doctor is probably an excellent physician (unless the reader infer otherwise) and I hope that all medical doctors will better inform themselves of the need for patients to feel free to accurately report high tech assaults against them without concern that the doctors may incorrectly enter a startlingly false 'psychiatric diagnosis.' I also believe that Dr. Holder may have read some of my reports on line and that perhaps such a reading tended to confirm in his mind his initial incorrect determination on March 7, 2013.
This report is not intended to disparage any person, and in time I trust that government officials and professionals in medicine, dentistry and law (interalia) will become truthful in dealing with some of the most urgent high tech (DEW) issues of our time. Otherwise, actual delusion sweeps over the world within the ranks of the very intellects we all look to sometimes for guidance and/or assistance.
Any person who calls another person delusional must take care that such name calling may reflect a de facto delusional state with respect to complex matters outside of the immediate expertise or experience of both the layman and the doctor.

From the above report the following observations are recorded:
I was accompanied during the entire exam with a *family member; at no time did I, nor the doctor suggest 'paranoia' as a focus of the exam; I never used the following words and phrases entered in the report by the doctor: " special weapons, break into my house, radiation, great toenail". The finding of a problem with the 'great toenail' is false, as no problem exists (nor ever has existed) with that toe. A small toe has a slight dermatological problem.Finally, prior to and after the exam with Dr. Holder, the fbi increased DEW assaults on me to an extreme level.

On or about 9-24-09 I filed a police report against one Alonzo Yanez (dob: 11/5/42) for class 'c' assault, Harlingen Police Report # 2009-00045954; the assault occurred on the campus of UTHSC, Harlingen, Texas, as I have documented at:

I subsequently filed a sworn complaint before Judge Valerie Garcia of the Harlingen, Texas, Municipal Court, against Yanez (Case Number 09-45954). I requested to be allowed to testify against Yanez.
(I was never notified of the time and date of the court hearing.)
The same person, Alonzo Yanez who assaulted Sosbee as reported at

is currently employed in the Harlingen, Texas Public Library where Sosbee frequents the computer terminals.The original court complaint # 09-45954 of 'Simple Assault' against Yanez was finalized in the MunicipalCourt, 1018 Fair Park Boulevard, Harlingen, Texas 78550 on June 17, 2010 as follows:
Yanez received a 90 days deferred adjudication (probably with the aid of fbi assassins), paid court costs of $114 (probably paid by fbi operatives), and the case was subsequently dismissed by the court. This kind of court action is unethical and possibly corrupt due to the apparent involvement of fbi provocateurs directing the actions of Yanez. Sosbee, the victim in the case, had a legal right to appear in court and to testify against Yanez. This right was trampled on.
Regarding the police, I explained in detail the aggravating circumstances of the assault on me by Yanez, but Detective Delua did not record all the facts as I reported them. For more on the facts that I reported to Detective Delua please see:

I also requested under the Texas Open records Act (ORA) a copy of all records in this matter in the possession of Detective Delua; in response Detective Delua released only the brief report referenced above. He did not release the files in his possession regarding references to (and duplicated copies of) various pages of my website at

Nor did he release any of his notes on the case. Detective Delua responded to the Texas AG order to release records inappropriately by withholding evidence in his possession regarding the full details of my complaint against Yanez.
When I notified the Texas AG that I saw the file (containing copies of my website) in the possession Detective Delua and that I affirmed that he (Detective Delua) did not release the required documents, the Texas AG wrote that he has no enforcement powers under the Open Records Act. The reasons that the files are important are, in part, that the Delua files show that he unlawfully withheld the records in violation of the ORA and that the records in Detective Delua's possession support my contention that Yanez may have committed other crimes against my person under the direction of fbi operatives.
Today when I appeared at the Harlingen, Texas, Police department in efforts to gather more information of possible judicial misconduct by Judge Robert Guerra regarding the instant case, Detective Delua appeared with his absurd witness, Detective Noyola, in the lobby of the PD. The two were obviously making a menacing presence in my face which event also supports my complaint that detective Delua is not a good guy in my humble opinion, and that he may have violated the law and police rules as summarized above. I have this date attempted to file complaints against both Guerra and Delua.
The efforts by the fbi to send thugs to provoke me into a violent confrontation have been ongoing for over a decade and are always covered up by police. See, for example:

Finally, the fbi made sure to place Yanez in the downtown public library where Yanez could continue his antics; both the Mayor & the Director of the Library (Mr. Rendon) allow Yanez and one other fbi operative to harass me as of today. So, since Mr. Upton took the time from his busy schedule to fire this salvo, and especially since he has now included "percival" (that being me) as a recipient of his misplaced malice and childish verbal assaults, I will be happy to take the time to answer him.
Dear Mr. Upton:
You made the following statement:

It is my policy to take a person at his word. I give him the benefit of the doubt that he says what he means, and means what he says. So I now know that you do not deem me worthy of any more of your attention. And although I'm glad to hear that, I find it necessary to pay additional attention to you, given your obsessive efforts to discredit my professional colleague, Geral Sosbee, who also happens to be my best friend.
So let's start with some questions for you, Mr. Upton. Naturally they are rhetorical, as I don't expect a response.
1) Why are you hiding behind a pseudonym? We know that J. Robert Upton is not your real name. Why don't you stand up like a man and let us know who you really are, instead of displaying the behavior of a yellow-bellied coward?
2) What is your motive in harassing and stalking Geral Sosbee? We know you have the means. You certainly have plenty of opportunity. But what's the motive? Would you like to share that with us?
Why are you hell-bent on discrediting Geral Sosbee? Why do you follow him from place to place, attacking him whenever and wherever he posts his reports?
What's in it for you? Do you derive some kind of sick thrill from this pathologically aggressive behavior? Or, are you "just following orders"? What's the deal, Mr. Upton? What do you hope to gain with your harassment?
3) With all the "fuck you, sosbee" and the constant spewing of the F-word, are you, perhaps, a victim of Tourette's syndrome? Are you unable to restrain yourself? Is that your problem? Or is it just that your intellect is so limited in scope that you are not able to express yourself in any other way?
4) Why do you not present some actual FACTS in your commentaries? Why only accusations, filthy slurs and unwarranted assumptions? And why not address the actual ISSUES, instead of just limiting your comments to name-calling? Is this because you are not in possession of any facts? Because you don't concern yourself with facts? Because in your agenda, facts are irrelevant? What's really going on here, Mr. Upton?
Because you are obviously in need of some accurate information, some FACTS with which to be given an opportunity to reassess your position regarding what you call the "stupidity" and "delusions" of Geral Sosbee, whom you have also called a "liar", I will be more than happy to oblige you.
Since you made a point of trying to discredit him in relation his military service, let's start with Mr. Sosbee's military record. It is posted on his website, as a matter of public record:

Summary:
Inasmuch as this government and the culture that supports it has become over time a murderous oppressor of people and nations and simultaneously continue to engage in high crimes and misdemeanors against all of the world's inhabitants, I cannot in good faith consent to its rule.
Consent of the Governed
At one time in my life when I was much younger and more trusting in those leaders who ruled the nation, I consented to the government’s handling of social, political, and economic affairs and my role in such activities. I impliedly accepted the idea that authority vested in the agencies of government was somewhat sanctified in that all of the people must for the benefit of the world and in pursuit of peace recognize law and public policy standards as outlined by all appropriate agencies of government.
Inasmuch as government has now become unduly oppressive, murderous and inhumane (as evidenced in part by an uninterrupted string of local and global atrocities and crimes against humanity over the past century) I can no longer give my consent to be ruled by the illegitimate authority that calls itself the United States of America.
From my personal experience I find that the criminal and civil laws of this nation (and the cultural standards that support them) are impossible to honor in many instances because they are secret in their making, arbitrary in their enforcement and insufferably oppressive in their application. Such obscure laws, standards and secret rules are used by political fiat to imprison and to destroy lives of people in a kind of game where prosecutor, defense attorney, judge and citizenry all conspire to ruin, imprison or kill the individual for alleged offenses that do not approach in severity the crimes and unlawfully brutal tactics used against them by their detractors; neither do the actual offenses alleged against a person generally compare in degree of severity to the crimes committed against him by the accusers. Those government agents (and their paid killers in uniform or in the private sector) who seek to selectively apply their contrived and illegitimate rule of law against unsuspecting citizens now advance against the people with unwarranted malice, tortuous brutality, and advanced cruel weaponry.
No free man who yet has an ounce of will power and self-respect may therefore submit to the completely out of control government of the United States of America. Any judgment or levy against any citizen or resident of the United States by any current officer of the three branches of government, or by any administrative agency thereof, is by definition corrupt, devoid of legitimacy and intolerable to men and women of good conscience because those who (with evil intent, malice aforethought and wickedly selfish heart) wield the bloody ax of law against our people are the real criminals far more dangerous and threatening to humanity than the millions of men and women imprisoned under Nazi like orders of this hideous regime.
In good conscience and by the remaining will power afforded by Providence I do not give my consent to be ruled by the present United States government because it is a global murderous and criminal enterprise bent on world inhumane domination at any cost.

The fbi thugs try to prevent Sosbee from publishing a short statement in answer to a question posed on the "Yahoo Answers" board. Yahoo at first removes Sosbee's statement (shown below), but reverses the decision to remove upon appeal from Sosbee. For this Yahoo deserves recognition for its honesty and integrity in the face of the liars and miscreants of the fbi & their supporters (referred to below by Yahoo as "the people who reported your answer") who seek at every opportunity to prevent Sosbee from posting compelling facts about the murderous agents of the fbi/cia. In this report I focus on two separate issues: 1) The action against me by Cal State University at Northridge, and 2) The effects of the directed energy assaults on my person.
First, I document action against me by a military science professor for sending my message to CSUN. Currently the University of Texas is considering the report from the professor of military science who reported me incorrectly for harassment. Also, note that all of my efforts to communicate via e-mail with anyone at the Northridge campus ROTC/military science department is blocked; however, some of the faculty and staff have shown an interest in my work (see *site meter image at the end of part one); therefore, I consider the action by the ROTC chief as an overkill.
Additionally, inasmuchas the fbi/cia destroy any computer that I may own, I must frequent the public library (such as the one at the University of Texas) in order to access the internet; so any possible action by UT against me may be detrimental.
Secondly, I summarize below the effects of the directed energy assaults on my person.

No defense exists to the assaults and no matter how much I try and need to sleep, the sleep deprivation continues (now into about the 5th or 6th year around the clock. I usually type my reports on line at the public library because the fbi destroys any computer that I buy. Regularly the fbi hacks into my NewCiv website in order to delete all or parts of my reports. The Webmaster of NewCiv apparently tried to deal with the fbi interference, but with limited results; now, the fbi continues to follow every word I type; the thugs then modify or change the spelling of some words.In some instances the fbi renders ineffective some of my links in the reports. I try to catch the intentionally created 'typos' so that I can copy and paste my reports onto some Indymedia boards around the world. However, in many instances all of my efforts to correct the errors created by the fbi's hacking as they occur are not effective; thus, when I copy and paste the data onto the Indymedia boards, errors show up. For example in my recent article on "EVIDENCE OF COPS' CRIMINAL INTENT" (this date) , the fbi changed the word "investigating" in the first sentence to "investigation"; in context the word "investigation" did not make good sense.

fbi again fraudulently charges an item on my secured credit card
This date I ordered an item on line through Amazon.com ("A"). A few seconds later "A" sends confirmation. However, the fbi enters my account at "A" by logging in ; the fbi changes or modifies the order by placing another item (from collegebooks89) into the shopping basket. Then "A" bills me for the additional item which the fbi *fraudulently ordered. I then tried to cancel the item by contacting all of the companies involved. None of the companies assisted me in my efforts to stop the fraudulent billing. One of the companies, American Watch Company, became particularly aggressive and stated as follows:

ALL WE'RE DOING IS TRYING TO HELP YOU AND I'M SURE THAT THE PEOPLE FROM AMAZON ARE DOING THE SAME, BUT IF YOU INSIST IN ACTING LIKE A JERK THEN GO RIGHT AHEAD. The interference with the duties of Customs and Border Patrol at the check point has reached the point of absurdity, given the fbi's total surveillance (24/7) both electronic and physical of the person, vehicle and property of Sosbee. This increased torture and harassment follows Sosbee's messages to the cia as follows:
That Sosbee and others are aware of the fbi/cia torture and killing spree globally and that the two corrupt and homicidal agencies need to know how Sosbee and others are responding. This update is presented in four parts in order to distinctly separate the actions described herein:
A)Recently, the fbi repeats an assault which was previously used to prevent the Target (T) from access to a computer; see the following link for the details of the 2003 assault:

In a similar scenario the fbi sends two 'muchachas'into the library's computer room just before T's arrival; also, the handler or his representative is present in the room and possibly another anglo female. As T enters he avoids the trap and later confirms with a confidential source that in fact these two dimwits (ages between 16-18 years)attempted to have T banned from using the computer; the two pseudo "cuties" (one of whom was scantily clad; the other displaying a pretentiously precocious demeanor which belied the giggly, immature character beneath)were caught in a lie and their report was ignored. After the incident the fbi unlocked T's car doors as a reminder of the operation that just transpired.

C) Over the past few weeks the fbi interferes with the *Sprint PCS phone by disabling the Vision (internet) services. T attempts on many ocassions to have the unit repaired by the Sprint technical services department; however, most of the representatives (rep)are unable to locate the cause of the Error # 500; instead of fixing the problem, Sprint reps begin responding to T with the usual, "the fbi is doing nothing to you". Finally, after several reps stated that T must continue to report the problem from a different phone (other than the malfunctioning Sprint PCS unit)a very competent, polite and conscientious rep fixed the problem overnight without T being on the line and without T's assistance in a so called 'trouble shooting process'. This same rep confirmed that the Error #500 is fairly difficult to address and only affects a small number of Sprint customers. T notes that the fbi has repeatedly disabled and otherwise interfered with the Sprint PCS unit for several years; when T spoke with the Sprint Corporate Security Office a few years ago, the rep stated that if the fbi is involved in any way, then Sprint can do nothing to stop the harassment. The fbi and the cia, in their usual gaslighting operations, almost always manage to fit their Target into a rarely noticed Error number, with respect to their hacking and disabling efforts. The box of cereal had been in the apartment for about a month and he had previously consumed cereal from the same box. "fbi gone ballistics"
Recently the fbi fires a precision 22 caliber (low load) round into the windshield of Sosbee's car, causing a clearly defined bullet hole that did not fully penetrate into the vehicle; the purpose of the assault (which occurred while Sosbee was traveling at low speed in the downtown area of Brownsville, Texas) was to cause him to pay the deductible insurance amount (currently at $500.00) required to replace the windshield. In response Sosbee this date decreases the deductible to zero. This is the second time that the fbi sends out their sharpshooters trained in ballistics to damage the vehicle; the first instance occurred in Dallas, Texas, in about the year 1999 (at which time the fbi shattered the driver's side window using the same technique). Also, for one week, Sosbee takes one tablet twice daily of Mucinex ( 600 mg guaifenesin) and one tablet daily of Claritin (10 mg). As of February 7, 2007, the Bronchitis problem seems to be under control.

Over the past week the fbi enters Sosbee's vehicle and removes a part from the glove compartment mechanism, so that the handle falls off during opening. The fbi also remove the small screws from his sunglasses, so that the two prongs fall off when used.

Intense ELF assaults cause sleep deprivation last night. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most severe to date) the symptoms are guaged as a 9.
Sosbee now deduces that his immune system is severely affected by the effects of the sleep deprivation ( the ELF assaults). The bronchitis emerged, apparently, as a result of a weakened immune system which could not resist the bronchial assault.

Throughout the entire period of time during which the 911 terrorists planned and executed the attack on the United States, the fbi and the cia were running covert criminal operations globally, 24/7, in efforts to silence me from reporting their crimes. Not a single government official, not a single judge, and not a single representative of Congress commented on the fbi and the cia criminal operations as one of the causes for the attack on the country.
Further, in about 1998-1999, the FAA discovered through its own intelligence operations that Bin Ladin and al Qaeda posed a hijacking threat to the United States; the FAA also stated that the FAA was aware that a part of the plot on 911 included the "...possibility that the terrorist group might try to hijack a commercial jet and slam it into a U.S. landmark."
