All Part of the Show:

Yesterday, I suffered a very traumatic experience disguised as a blessing. My son's grandmother took me out clothes shopping. I was ecstatic! It's been years since I've really gone clothes shopping for myself. What a blessing! I didn't even know where to start. Well, turns out we started with the basics, and by basics I mean TORTURE DEVICES.

We headed to the mall for bra shopping. That's right fella's. Bras, Boobie Slings, breast resters, tittie transports, bosom bindery, mammary manacles. God, I hate bras. Or, maybe I should say Bras hate me. I just bought new bras last spring and they're near useless. Upon suggestion, I visited a new store. I was told they have nice durable bras, even pretty ones, for the blessed . How's that for a slogan? Bare-able Bras for the Blessed!

Dream well, dream deep and may all paths lead you back to the heart.

Monday, December 15^th – Featured Interview, photoshoot release at Free Spirit!

That's right – Monday, December 15^th, I'll be featured on Free Spirit, a popular spirituality blog run by a heathen by the name of Marvin Wilson – this isn't your every day spiritual blog – just look at one of his blog titles “I love prostitutes”. We've cooked up a little something special and I'll be releasing my latest photoshoot there along with a video of a live performance that got all crazy wild. Monthly Speak Easy is December 18th!! Doomsday Lover, Dallas (awesome blues musician, a Short film by Evan Peters, and Poetry by the Bard in Blue!
Every Thursday at 8 pm will be an open mic/arts and entertainment networking event at Carly Rae's on the corner of First and Oak st! It's a beautiful spot, with the perfect environment for a Speak Easy. Once a month, we will host a showcase with local art, a featured poet, and a featured music act followed by open stage. The awesome news is that the featured artist, poet AND musician will be paid! HURRAH! One giant leap for the open mic community! The featured artists, etc will be chosen from those that attend the open mic throughout the month.
