From the time that I entered the United States Army and continuing today for about a half century I have learned from personal experience, as a soldier, fbi agent and civilian, that the United States government is the most ruthless, murderous, torturous nation that exists today on the planet. Beware The Twilight
This summary represents two decades of insights into the corruption, decadence, and evil of those who control and run the United States of America (USA), a government overthrown from within by the most hideous and murderous of human beasts. Such people include government officials and the ruling elite of the nation (doctors, lawyers, politicians, the wealthy).
I delineated in many of my reports how the fbi/cia criminally hijacked my life, unlawfully seized control of every aspect of my personal and professional existence, and made my life a living hell. I presented much of the evidence of such atrocities in “My Story In Detail” (in twenty parts) and related links/sites. I included scientific evidence and medical and police reports as well as legal documents which attest to the extreme difficulty by which I sought assistance from all three branches of government in efforts to stop the fbi vendetta against me. During my travails I was not yet cognizant of the fact that the fbi/cia/dod, etc., have in fact usurped control over all departments and branches of government, at every level, and tripartite. Ultimately, I realized that my experiences at the hands of these homicidal sociopaths and torturers are not unique, and are not even unheard of. In my own pain I could not then comprehend the full depths of evil and depravity which characterize the USA’s campaign of terror on many people globally.
In my work on Facebook and other forums I also learned that many persons (male and female) are right this minute being tortured and some forced into suicide ( as I am similarly being assaulted) by the invisible and painful Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW), 24/7/365. Such technology is championed by the US Marines and is extensively deployed against humans by the fbi/cia/nsa, etc. I am also sensitive to the ongoing wars and regional conflicts started or facilitated by the war mongers of the USA and their associates around the globe. Assassinations, mass murder, and run of the mill executions by police and fbi on our streets is commonplace today, and the toll on humanity is truly incalculable.
Yet the main street media pretends that the most important issues of our time are song and dance, weather reports, sports, and a slight mixture of fluff and screened news fed and filtered to the people by the USA intelligence community. My revelations of crimes committed by the fbi/cia against me have caused the fbi to execute extreme methods to torture or possible kill me.
In the fbi’s efforts to silence me, they have used the police, state police, US Postal Inspector, college deans and attorneys, university chancellors, and street thugs (and the general population) to engage in assaults and battery on my person in efforts to provoke a response. The fbi has deployed operatives to commit crimes wherein the fbi plants my name so as to alert the police that I am a suspect in such crimes that were actually committed by the fbi. The fbi also controls the judiciary who encourage the fbi to abuse civil process against me and political targets generally as a way to neutralize them. No remedy to an overthrown government is apparent, absent a general awakening of the populace, the convening of both a constitutional convention and a war crimes trial to hold all such criminals (whom I have described) liable for their high crimes and misdemeanors. Front and center at such a ‘people’s court’ must be persons like Obama, Comey, Feinstein, Holder, Cornyn, etc.
Thus, as Justice William O. Douglas intimated, the twilight is upon us today, and from my perspective the darkness has permanently fallen on the USA. My solace in exposing the purely evil regime of USA that I once served is that I have joined in friendship with others around the world who similarly watch the twilight slip into darkness.

Killers, torturers and the new recommended registry for them
The people of the United States currently allow the *police, the fbi and other government and quasi government groups to identify, imprison, track, torture, force suicide and kill certain persons whose life styles do not comport in many respects to the standards established by high culture. Few object to such a program.
The present report suggests that a far more urgent societal objective may be achieved by the establishment of a truly vital registry containing the names of ** killers and torturers who in many cases present a clear and present threat to life in our neighborhoods and world. Thus, I suggest that the people consider the following hypothetical proclamation as may be issued from the people:
All persons who have ever killed, or taken a life by forcing suicide (or who otherwise tortured anyone, not necessarily resulting in death) of any human being (under any circumstances, including by DEW weaponry) are hereby ordered to identify themselves and to state under what authority the killing or homicide and torture took place. Failure to comply with this order is a first degree felony in all jurisdictions. Military, fbi, cia and police are not exempt from registration, but must register first & within thirty (30) days. Criminals or others who by accident or design took life or lives, or tortured, must also comply with this directive (within sixty days) which hereby and forthwith establishes the people's list of "Registered Killer Offender" and "Registered Torturer Offender" (RKO, RTO), previously known to a few of us as the Unidentified Felonious Offenders (UFO) list. The label stays with the killer/torturer for life.

The need to conform to social standards is now used by the masters of deceit (fbi,cia,nsa,etc.)to control the conduct of human beings globally, especially concerning the manipulation of public opinion for war waging purposes and for targeting political dissidents and others for death and/or imprisonment.
The main street media assists the fbi/cia, et. al., by publicizing only preapproved information for the people to digest. Reports such as this one are indirect threats to the homicidal sociopaths in power because an enlightened populace is antithetical to the present day totalitarian rule.
In a sense the minds, or the free will, of the people are being snatched or controlled by outside forces that are extremely evil in the methods and objectives apparent today. Anyone who reports such an outrageous state of affairs is punished by the government and is isolated and marginalized by the community everywhere he goes. He becomes the object of scorn and ridicule even as he endures relentless torture and multiple attempts on his life by government agents and by members of the general community. He is also portrayed as a mental case by doctors and police who also assist the government (usually the fbi,cia) in the torture and forced suicide of the Target.
The torture campaign by the intelligence services against the individual may awaken in him/her the realization that he/she is fatally encompassed in an invisible and unassailable power. Such a state of mind actually causes some neurotic conduct which is then used by the fbi/cia to add fuel to the psychological firestorm put upon the Target; and the wicked fbi can slyly say, “See we told you so.”

See the menacing message delivered to me today showing the great success of my work as evidenced by the pernicious and murderous perpetrators of the incompetent, and corrupt puppets at Pentagon.
As I have documented through twenty (20) years of reports, court documents, fbi/cia records, affidavits and diaries, the fbi/cia and their intel associates (including those at Pentagon) of the US government control the country at will; these torturers and murderers also directly control/influence the president, the congress, and the courts of the United States, thus rendering them all as de facto operatives (secret agents) of the intelligence community. The stakes are high: the future of the world and indeed all mankind are in the balance; so the intel community with their homicidal culture cannot accept the idea of defeat.

Most Indymedia groups refuse to publish any of my reports and many now *hide some of my posts. Why is the truth so feared by media authorities? Perhaps my most **recent report referenced in the Indymedia groups shown below with two asterisks ( and reposted below in this post) proves my point: that the NWO under the direction of fbi/cia/mossad/MI6, Sûreté , etc. is hell bent on reducing mankind to an ignorant, fearful, & trembling species as may be needed to control earth and space. For two decades I have reported criminal offenses committed against me by the fbi and their operatives and thugs; the assaults continue today 24/7 and the United States government, all agencies, branches, departments and courts ignore my reports. Indeed, often I am punished for even filing reports, or I am threatened and harassed by the judges for bringing my law suit. When I complain about the fbi’s highjacking my life, the fbi sends operatives (like the fraud and psychopath J. Robert Upton, aka Judy Spencer ) to mock me by calling me a ‘cry baby’ and a ‘whiner’. At the same time the fbi sends thugs to provoke and assault me in order to cause a violent reaction so that the fbi could at long last arrest me. All such illegal efforts have failed. Then, upon discovery that I have outflanked the assassins, fbi’s Upton proclaims that I am a ‘’danger to myself & others’’:
