As I have previously documented, in April 2013 the fbi caused the US Postal Inspector (PI) and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to open a fraudulent investigation of me for crimes actually committed by the fbi. 1. The goal of the fbi was to find a way to arrest me on any charge, civil or criminal, in order to silence me from reporting many serious crimes by the fbi.
I learned from the two cops (See my affidavit 2014) and from others that the investigation was a major undertaking requiring their trips to other cities and interviews with multiple persons who had contact with me. The plan for the fbi was to feed data from fbi operatives who were and are today engaged in criminal assaults and battery, psychological operations, and other high tech crimes against me; the fbi wanted to document any reaction that I may have had to such intense and painful covert operations as I have outlined in my websites. All such unimaginable crimes are a planned part of a fbi program sometimes referred to as ‘non-consensual human research and experimentation’.
[ In other words, imagine if you will, that while torturing a rat in a cage the insane sadist records the reactions of the poor rat to the painful events in his life.]
In short, while the fbi operatives tortured me, they were hoping to record my responses to their egregious attacks in order to present such signs of suffering to the corrupt judge who authorized the crimes against my person. The police at HSC and their San Antonio bosses were standing by with orders to try to arrest me if I had defended myself against the several attacks by fbi operatives in the various libraries and on the streets. About the same time of the assaults on me by police/fbi operatives, the UT Police incredibly issued a fraudulent ‘BOLO’ (be on the lookout) against Geral Sosbee.2.
I finally concluded that all such cops and the judge who served the fbi when needed are involved in a widespread, hidden and illegal conspiracy to violate the fundamental human, civil, and constitutional rights of citizens, including yours truly. 3.
The PI and DPS actually came into my home with their ridiculous agenda which represented a complete subversion of law/authority and was also a transparent fraud. They also ignored my reports of dozens of felonies committed against my person by fbi operatives. Several such crimes are documented in the ‘Section 19’ series of “My Story In Detail.” Thus,the PI and DPS are clearly exceeding their authority, are knowingly engaging in multiple crimes ( including public corruption and falsification of documents) and are engaging in police state, Gestapo tactics right here in USA. Note that all in the congress and the courts do nothing to impede the criminals in the fbi, PI and DPS from carrying out their crimes (See my Writ and my contacts with congress).
The two corrupt or retarded cops also visited the University of Texas, HSC, campus at Harlingen, Texas, in order to talk with police and library staff about me. The police and staff at HSC are the same individuals who threatened, or harassed me every time I entered the library for several years. Indeed the HSC police coordinated with the fbi the crime of provocative assault and battery on my person by one Alonzo Yanez in a concerted (yet unsuccessful) effort to fabricate a way to arrest me on campus. When I described the conspiracy and other crimes to the PI, he admitted that my evidence against Yanez proves my allegation of such an assault. I also referenced my sworn affidavit 2007 and thereby put the PI and the DPS on notice of multiple ongoing crimes against me by the fbi and their operatives. Yet, the PI and DPS continues their charade of investigating me while ignoring the crimes against my person. The DPS in a low minded effort to profile me had the audacity and temerity to come into my home to insult me with his transparent and very stupid agenda. The PI and DPS then became in my mind de facto operatives for the assassins and torturers of the fbi. So, I tried to obtain a copy of the fictitious investigation under the Open Records laws. DPS says no record exists and PI says his bogus investigation is ongoing and not available.4.

For over two decades the fbi in an uncontrollable vendetta against me for *reporting their crimes have engaged in false reports against me including slanderous remarks of contagious disease.
The fbi also uses a variety of other criminal actions against me including unlawful surveillance 24/7, 365, for twenty years, with physical and psychological assaults in efforts to neutralize and to silence this target. Some medical doctors are discouraged by the fbi not to issue medical clearances on the target; and in one instance the dentist who treated my tooth apparently committed suicide when the fbi threatened him with destruction for his reluctance to cooperate in the fbi's human experimentations.
The individuals to whom the fbi provides the false information then avoid the target like the plague, sort of like anyone would avoid an Ebola patient. The fbi also spreads other false data indicating, for example, that the target is a serial sexual predator, or is mentally unbalanced. No one wants to be compelled to prove his sanity in the face of such outrageous lies and fraudulent propaganda.
The fbi never admits to their audience that this target has no communicable disease, that fbi paid operatives file false reports on the target, that this target is a licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar (inactive), is a Viet Nam Combat Veteran, and has never been accused of *any offense (civil or criminal) in his sixty-nine (69) years of life, and is a former fbi agent who reports high crimes by the fbi.
Now, in light of the current Ebola scare, the fbi has to operate under the presumption that all persons with infectious diseases may be subjected to greater scrutiny everywhere; but when the fbi falsely cries “he has an infectious disease and he is crazy,” the general public must either panic against the accused or ignore the fbi’s false claims.
The danger to the ordinary citizen who is not infected with any form of communicable disease is that he cannot possibly know who to trust and cannot be free of concern that he may also become so falsely labeled, especially when he is a political target or a whistleblower of government atrocities. The more the fbi does to me, the less the people seem to believe me when I report it.
Several months ago I filed a complaint with the CFPB (case # 140821-000706 ). I asked for assistance and my complaint was accepted, but later trashed. I re-filed and again the complaint was trashed. Yesterday, I notified the CFPB IG and the Ombudsman that the CFPB may have intentionally trashed my complaint at the direction of the fbi. For over two decades I have documented illegal assaults on my person by the fbi and their operatives in their efforts to silence me from reporting the crimes committed by the fbi over the past nearly half century. My reports are ignored by the main street media and today many other online media groups also refuse to allow me to publish. Whether or not I am able to continue to file my reports of continuing assaults on me by local, state and federal police (and by neighbors and acquaintances) at the direction of the fbi is less important than the fact that our nation is overthrown by the very authorities charged with protecting and safeguarding our liberties, both constitutional and God given.
Today, the fbi also increases the directed energy assaults on me to an extreme level, so that I am often physically unable to climb out of bed due to the pain and the nearly unbearable sleep deprivation. After the recent fbi assaults on me at the public libraries in Harlingen and Brownsville, Texas, (including destruction of my car and physical provocations in failed efforts to arrest me), I continue to post my material as best I may. In other words, when the fbi failed to find a way to arrest me in order to shut me up, the assassins of the fbi in Washington D.C. gave the go ahead to increase to high levels the ELF (extremely low frequently) sound wave assaults on me in order to metaphorically chain me to my bed for up to 20 (twenty) hours regularly.

From about 1988 to the present I have documented the tactics used by the fbi and the cia in their vendetta against me (for reporting their crimes) as documented in the law books and on various websites (1). For the first decade of the fbi’s hijacking of my life I had no idea as to why, wherefore, or what I could do about it because the program directed at me was and is secret. Indeed, the extensive and painful assaults on my person, my professional standing and my very life were a part of an invisible program which is as twisted and demented in its conception as it is inhumane and macabre in its execution (2).
In the year 2000 I began to fight back by launching my website and by filing a law suit in efforts to ‘get my life back’. The details of the continuing efforts by the fbi to silence me are contained in my website and other postings online (3).
Recently I have come to realize that no remedy is possible to stop the assassins of the fbi/cia from their potentially deadly campaign because the program that ensnares me is government wide and involves the programming of the public who in many instances unknowingly support the dirty project against selected Targets.
Alas, I now have a better understanding of the bases and objectives of the secret agenda which as I now see encompasses many thousands of persons as Targets.
This report represents a summary of my findings (4) wherein I conclude that the program now used against me is also being directed against others worldwide. I refer to such systemic,massive and horrendous program as Modern Eugenics.

As I do not expect a near term solution to the madness of our times, I hold out no false hope to those of us under attack. Employees of doj, fbi, cia and other government agencies have participated in or covered up ( and thereby served as accomplices to) multiple and ongoing felonies against my person for at least two decades, such offenses including aggravated assault, attempted murder, torture, etc.
