One of the purposes for posting information regarding the fbi efforts to torture, silence and harass me is to show the world the mentality of the assassins who threaten us all. The reason that this is important is that the assassins mentality dominates our global culture and this is exactly the milieu within which the fbi and the cia ( and their supporters, operatives, handlers)draw nourishment for their mental illness.
For over two decades the fbi has tried to provoke me into a violent reaction to their continuing assaults and battery (*including violent attacks and assaults by street thugs & police and by advanced high technology weaponry which continue to date) on my person. War, politics and the perceived justification for the next attack on US
The world is in a state of crisis (largely hidden by media) even as the general population globally is now becoming aware of the macabre and murderous methods used by USA (the enemy of Mankind) to threaten, torture, imprison and murder people on a grand scale. Throughout my websites I identify by name in some instances (or by general description or photo in other cases) the individual doctors, dentists, lawyers, laymen and others who assist the fbi and the cia in the calumny, torture and attempted murder of Geral Sosbee. In all scenarios which I chronicle, the police, courts and legislators in all jurisdictions also unlawfully turn their backs on reports of crimes committed against my person. As a result of my experience as an fbi agent and my battle with the fbi assassins over the past few decades, I can confirm that the following report is based upon valid premises and that in all likelihood Leonard Peltier was wrongfully convicted as set forht below; further, he is in my opinion a hero who stood as man against the fbi psychopaths and serial killers (both within the ranks of the fbi gang and within the civilian community that the fbi controlled) who were sent to kill him.
Also, I served in the fbi during the time of the violence at the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota; I recall that the fbi across the nation maintained a feverish or psychotic obsession to take vengeance in the case against anyone involved the deaths of the agents. Today, the fbi continues gross violations of constitutional rights (including murder, torture and false imprisonment) against political dissidents. I believe that Leonard Peltier was such a dissident and he is a defender of liberty against the murderous fbi agents who ran amuk at the reservation .
Few men can say that they faced off against the hoodlums of the fbi; few stand tall against the community vigilantes directed by cops and fbi assassins; and fewer still now come to the defense of this American Legend, Mr. Leonard Peltier.

Discover the secret laws & courts used by the fbi to terrorize people, including USA combat vets.

The Star Chamber courts of the past centuries now are de facto present with a vengeance (literally) in the United States of America and are being used as a political weapon which allows for actions against opponents to the policies and practices of the corrupt & murderous United States government.

As I have documented, secret hearings are now held between the fbi/cia/police/government operatives and the secret courts wherein the judges authorize the use of drugs on or incarceration of the Target based upon fraudulent data in the possession of the fbi (or its CJIS), the police, and other agencies as well as other quasi government groups. All constitutional rights (and civil as well as human rights) are ignored in the star chamber meetings.
The problem for the average citizen is that he has no defense against the rulings of the judges who remain under the control of the predatory and murderous agencies that I have described. Today all states now expand the ability of the secret courts to deliver drugs or directed energy assaults, or incarceration, against a given Target.
See the laws in your states which compare to those in Texas and discover for yourself how this nations’ lawyers and judges abandon all pretense of fairness and human decency in their outrageous and sometimes murderous actions. For example, probate judges in Texas (and their newly empowered associates on the bench) now regularly and with the click of the mouse (and another click for email notices) order the use of so-called ‘psychoactive medications’ against the Target.
The victims of these court ordered assaults often have no idea that they are being poisoned with a variety of dangerous drugs, including a *few of which even the judges are unaware. Almost all of the judges are also now allowed to carry concealed handguns to protect against the possible backlash of their abuses (another of which is the handling of some adults, until the age of 21, as juveniles in order to deprive the young adult of constitutional safeguards against summary orders of incarceration/medication).
Meanwhile, the federal representatives in Congress (such as John Cornyn, Lloyd Doggett and Kay Bailey Hutchison) ensure that grant money is paid to the states to guarantee full compliance with the secret rules & star chamber type courts that allow the complete circumvention of the conventional & constitutional protections of the accused or targeted.

Toward the end of 2009, I met by chance the owner (*Bill Dillard) of Dillard's Department Stores in the ***mall at Harlingen, Texas. He is a congenial and non assuming man with a outgoing and inquisitive disposition. We talked for a few minutes about the economy and the USA border wall being constructed at the Mexican frontier; Dillard also indicated that he is in the valley to consider renewing the lease on the Dillard's store in Harlingen, Texas. I did not inform him that the fbi is running an intelligence operation against me in the Dillard's store, Harlingen, Texas.
About a month later the fbi operatives (using identification from another agency)
enlisted a Dillard Store employee named Laura Cumpian in the men's shoe department to begin a stalking and a perhaps unintentional harassment campaign against me every time I entered the store.[Note that during my earlier conversations with Laura (prior to fbi contact with her), she indicated that she sometimes has therapeutic 'massages from her chiropractor and that she has back pain and occasionally needs pelvic exams.']
Cumpian also states that she is divorced with four children and resides in Harlingen, Texas. Cumpian was always friendly with me prior to the fbi contact with her and she stated that former Dillard employee in the shoe department, Wilda,also spoke well of me.
Note that Cumpian later denies any knowledge of Sosbee.

Now, as Chinese citizens, we request to implement accountability of Mr. Geng Huichang, the minister of the Ministry of State Security ,for legal responsibility of malfeasance in accordance with Article 13, 22 of “State Security Law of the People's Republic of China”, and Article 397 of “Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China”.
As is known to all, the national security sector is an important sector of the government of China, it has various secret functions and prerogative which other government sectors have no. But, as one of the sectors of the people's government, both “public departments”, and “secret departments” under its jurisdiction, must abide by the constitution and law, and exercise their powers strictly within the scope prescribed by the constitution and law. And all members of any Department have no privilege beyond the constitution and law, and all their activities must not violate the constitution and law. Otherwise, their behaviors are the crimes abusing privilege.
Article 5 of the Constitution stipulates: “No laws or administrative or local rules and regulations may contravene the Constitution. All state organs, the armed forces, all political parties and public organizations and all enterprises and institutions must abide by the Constitution and the law.
All acts in violation of the Constitution or the law must be investigated.
No organization or individual is privileged to be beyond the Constitution or the law.”
China is a socialist country under the rule of law, all citizens are equal in the law. And, all of them enjoy the essential human right of normal life and live in thoughts, dignity, study, work and rest, health, etc.
Article 33 of the Constitution stipulates: “All citizens of the People's Republic of China, everyone is equal before the law”. “The state respects and protects the human rights of citizens.”
Article 38 of the Constitution stipulates: “The personal dignity of citizens of the People's Republic of China is inviolable. Insult, libel, false accusation or false incrimination directed against citizens by any means is prohibited.”
Article 98 of the Civil Law stipulates: “the citizens enjoy right to life and health.”
Thus, the constitution and the law have explicitly stipulated, that the citizens' human rights of normal Life and live, including the rights to freedom of thought, rest and sleep, study and work, body health, and personal dignity, etc. should be respected and protected by the state. Any organization or individual must not use any method, including public or secret method, to infringe the fundamental human rights of citizens. Even if such violations are from government departments, from the "secret agency", all of which are the crimes of flagrant violation of the Constitution and the law.
However, Judging from many exposed facts, some members of “secret department” of the national security sector of China, waywardly trampled the dignity of the constitution, and unscrupulously violated the fundamental human rights of citizens through abusing their privileges for secret monitoring and using the high-tech weapon of secret remote control human body and brain.
Long-term since, they have persecuted the body and mind of the innocent citizens using all sorts of cruel means, 24 hours a day. It has caused that the victims couldn’t normally study, work, rest and life, and suffered a huge of injury in the body and mind, and were more dead than alive in grief and indignation everyday.
After the reform and opening of China, for the high-tech weapon of secret remote control human body and brain, its technology was more advanced, its using range was more extensive, and the quality of members using it was more inferior, so that the members, who abused the monitoring privilege, were more unbridled, did whatever they wanted, and reached the pinnacle of abnormality in the illicit and secret violations of human rights.
These evil means are listed as followings:
1. The infringement of citizens' right to privacy. Secretly filching the "thinking" of the victims, widely spreading their "thought", and executing "scare dialogue" with them on it, bulldozing them life in the state of no privacy, constant anxiety and mental pain every minute of every day. Some of victims couldn’t bear such long-term mental torment, and were forced to suicide.
2. Spiritual harassment. Manufacturing harassment voices in the victims’ ears day and night, such as, intimidation, rumors defamation, sarcasm, etc. to disturb the spirit of them and make them can not normally think, rest, life, study and work. And when some of victims are in asleep, entering images of murder violence, pornography, reactionary and terror into the brain of them, using the rogue means so-called "fishing", and setting "trap" to trick and frame-up victims.
3. Physical torment. Waywardly manufacturing pain, itching, hot, cold, trembling, uncomfortable in the body parts of the victims to make them in the state of abnormality pain. And, shamelessly implementing the inhuman "sexual torture” means to torment the victims. Even manufacturing various “strange disease and incurable disease” in the body parts of the victims. Sometimes controlling and changing the audio-visual perception of the victims to make accident and murder secretly them when they are driving or crossing the road.
4. Pressuring and increasing the mental load of victims through tormenting their family members in the body and spirit. Stirring up the contradictions and conflicts between the victims and the people around, further worsening the social life environment of them to force the spiritual of them towards collapse constantly through stealing the "thinking" of them and spreading it to their family members, friends, colleagues, or synthetic making the voice of their family members, friends, colleagues and sending it to them, and wantonly making false and chaos.

All in all, the purposes of that are, or persecuting the victims to “mental disorders” , and sending them into a mental hospital; or making them suicide in the cruel torture ; or punishing them “in accordance with the law” under the cover of “the extreme speech and behavior” of them in the process of cruel persecution; or killing them secretly by the doctor's “scalpel” on the grounds of treating “incurable disease” in their body; or killing them in various “accidents" through controlling and changing the audio-visual perception of them. All of these are the real secret persecutions and murders, but, which are imputed to victims’ own “disease" and others to cover the truth of secret persecutions and murders.
According to incomplete statistics of network, the Chinese victims publicly uncovered the truth have hundreds of people. Also, the new victims are emerging, and increasing every day. The victims distribute almost all the provinces and regions of China, of which, there are company staffs, teachers, students, retired workers, farmers, and other citizens with other identity and professional. Among them, the persecuted time, shorter is several months, longer is nearly 40 years. Their complaints have made a great shock and responses on the network and in the whole society.
No doubt, all the high-tech means of the infringement secretly of citizens' human rights, are the secret crimes that the constitution and the law must not allow. It is the challenged publicly against the constitution and laws, and is the shameless blasphemed against the human conscience. in technique, terror，and antihuman, it has become an unprecedented human rights disaster in the history of China and the world. The spread without restriction of the secret, terroristic and lawless crime behaviours, is triggering the extensive social panic, and damaging seriously the stability and harmony of the whole society, and will cause great harm to the state and nationality!
Also must be explicitly pointed out: long ago, the high-tech means of secret remote control human body and brain, it already was an open secret in the “insider circle" of China. This is an indisputable fact.
From "the Culture Revolution" of the last century, “Lin Biao and the Gang of Four” of China, using powers stolen by them, implemented the secret Fascist spy dictatorship to the people. January 13, 2009, at the third plenary meeting of the 17th central commission for inspecting discipline of the communist party of China, the general secretary Hu Jintao pointed out, “to unswervingly strengthen the party's deportment and honest government construction and the struggle against corruption”; “to investigate severely the cases of abuse their powers， corruption, bribery, dereliction and malfeasance of the leading authority and leading cadres” .
As far as power corruption, all of the behaviors of corruption, bribery, malpractices, buy officer and sell officer of the government officials using their powers, are the flagrant crimes. We request to implement accountability of Mr. Geng Huichang, one of the leaders of the national security sector, for legal responsibility of malfeasance; and request that his malfeasance shall be dealt with harshly. Now, returning to the *'REAL CORRUPT' court proceedings in the United States District Court, Central District of California, Western Division,
MANUEL L. R E A L, Judge presiding, the following facts are presented:

The plaintiff, Geral Wayne Sosbee , brought an action in the year 2000, against the fbi and others in efforts to stop the torture campaign designed by the fbi to kill or to imprison him. Even as Sosbee tried to bring his court action to stop the horrendous assaults, the fbi continued (and continues today) the dirty campaign 24/7(as described in www.sosbeevfbi.com and elsewhere).
In the court proceedings The fbi prevented Brian Doyle ( an fbi operative who worked as manager of Kinko's on Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, California )from appearing as a key witness for Sosbee. The Court ignored this as he also permitted the opposing counsel, Sarah R. Robinson , to control the procedings. Subpoenas were ignored, witnesses lied on the stand or did not show up at all, and a Korean translator for another key witness was not made available to Sosbee.
Sosbee had little opportunity to present a case of gross misconduct by the fbi. Then, the judge (toward the end of the hearing) engaged in the following outrageous show of PREJUDICE AND REAL CORRRUPTION in open court against Sosbee :
FROM THE TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS, pages 15-16, (except all the brackets shown below and the contents therein are mine); note that the 'Court' mentioned below is one and the same person as Judge MANUEL L. REAL :
"The Court:...
Mr. Sosbee, Why do you think the government is interested in you ?
Sosbee responds:
I'm sorry, I don't understand the question, your Honor.
The Court continues:
Why do you think the government is interested in you?
Sosbee responds:
Well, that's what I'd like to find out here in court, your Honor.
The Court [obsessively continues this same improper conduct]:
Why do you think they are? What possible motive could they have to be interested in you?
Sosbee responds:
Your Honor, I believe I included in my pleadings a statement that there's a retaliation against me by the fbi as a result of my providing information of criminal conduct by the fbi to the United States Congress. And it is the obligation--
The Court [interrupts Sosbee as follows with more trash]:
Why would they retaliate against you? Other people have given that kind of evidence before the Congress.
Sosbee [responds to the continuing badgering by the judge]:
I would like to know that too, your H o n o r [ ? ].
The Court [then quips]:
Well, okay. Anything further?
Sosbee writes:
Then, a few moments later, the judge dismisses the case and ignores the large number of documents (including the fraudulent fbi performance report)which Sosbee had filed as pleadings with the court on the very issue that the judge pretended to be so interested, i.e.: why would the fbi be interested in Sosbee. The fbi continued their crimes against Sosbee (and does so today) because the judge in the above cited hearing is corrupt, cowardly, and traitorous; or in the alternative, this very small man in high position is simply retarded. He and the others who sit on the bench and who protect the fbi and the cia (by actively helping them to avoid responsibilities for their crimes) should be jailed, if anyone must be jailed.These judges and justices are as guilty as the perpetrators for the atrocities committed worldwide.
All cited excerpts from the transcript were typed originally by Leonore A. LeBlanc, on August 14, 2000. The hearing was held on July 3, 2000, case number CV 00-5910-R. LeBlanc tried to delay providing Sosbee with the transcript (presumably at the behest of the fbi) in order to prevent Sosbee from timely filing an appeal. LeBlanc stated the reason for the delay was that Sosbee did not pay her;this was a lie.

On page 5 of the transcript the Los Angeles Police admits to appearance in court and in possession of the police records which were subpoenaed by Sosbee; the police records would show that the fbi and the Los Angeles Police Department UNLAWFULLY worked together in efforts to arrest Sosbee on fictitious charges.The transcript reads:

No. We don't have them. We don't have any police records here. Mr. Sosbee, Why do you think the government is interested in you?

Sosbee writes that when the judge made the above statement that no police records are in the court, Raffish was present in the court with the police records in hand and in compliance with the subpoena requested by Sosbee.
Judge REAL also prevented Sosbee from introducing testimony of Brian Doyle (mentioned above) and when Sosbee asked the court to call Doyle, the following dialogue is recorded in the transcript , page 14;
Mr. Sosbee: Your Honor, I subpoenaed Mr. Brian Doyle. Is he here?
The Court: Brian Doyle? I guess not.
The Judge made a mockery of his own court as shown above, and the full ugly and unlawful tenor of the Judge's demeanor (and that of US Attorney Sarah Robinson)in the court may be summarized as follows:
The government sought to aid the criminals of the fbi by completely preventing Sosbee from putting on a compelling case, by harassing Sosbee during the proceedings, and by insuring that the record for appeal contain no substantive issues. The appellate judges, however, are not off the hook; they (each and every one by name) will also be remembered as supporters and apologists for fbi and cia torturers and assassins.

Unprofessional conduct and bias against Sosbee (hereinafter " Appellant" ) by inviting the Agency (DOJ and fbi) to assert an equitable defense to Appellant's claim of duress; the Court is well aware that in order for a party to legitimately seek equitable relief, that party must do equity and be fair in all dealings. The central feature of the case brought by the Appellant (with overwhelming evidence) is fbi and DOJ corruption and terrorist practices (including attempted murder, torture, fraud, perjury, etc), and sufficient evidence is presented to the Court to preclude any viable assertion by DOJ for court ordered equitable relief.

The following message is sent to me this date by the *editor of Indymedia , Miami; I consider (IMHO) the message "Hate Mail", even though the pretentious sender veils his message in the form of a general critique of all of my work. Note one glaring lie (among several others) in his message (in the fourth paragraph) where he writes as follows:"You saying they agree with you because they looked at your site is just plain crazy."
The so-called editor knows that the above statement is false as he contradicts himself in the third paragraph as follows:

At about 1:AM on November 10, 2006, the fbi began interrupting the service on Sosbee's Sprint PCS phone, causing an audible notice each time; then, after about an hour of the notices (by flip on/off sound) Sosbee tried to sleep. The directed energy assaults continued into the next day; Sosbee deduces that the fbi is a bit concerned about sending subliminal messages of torture via the site meter entries (as documented in many of these updates); so, the fbi uses a new method (interruption of power to cell phone) to notify Sosbee that he is being assaulted. Such notices (or other memorabilia left at the scene of the cimes) to the victim of psychopathic and macabre criminals are not unusual (as well documented in the professional journals of psychiatric and forensic medicine). This means that the fbi and the cia (as documented by Sosbee in the past 10 years in the non-consensual cover research and other co-intel programs against Sosbee)turn loose on the population of the world some very, very sick human beings,...thus another reason to study the reports by our Brothers and Sisters under seige....

About six years ago, when the fbi/cia intensified terrorist retaliation against me for reporting crimes by agents and operatives of those two agencies, I contacted a reporter named, Ted Montouri, with the Staten Island Advance (SIA) , New York, a news organization; after I reported the fbi/cia's intense efforts to silence me, Ted asked me to brief him on the fbi fraud that I reported to Congress. Then, Ted invited me to New York for an interview in order to fully document my allegations. I agreed to come to New York to meet with Ted. However, the next day Ted revealed that the fbi (and the publisher) or some intelligence group advised him (presumeably under threat of losing his job) to stay away from Geral Sosbee and to have no further contact with Sosbee. The fbi successfully intimidated the press, by impliedly threatening Ted Montouri,or by attempting to discredit Sosbee.
I have no animosity for Ted Montouri; he wants to keep his job and feed his family. The problem, as I see the situation, is that the press cannot do its job if the threat of losing employment prevents the reporter from, among other functions, interviewing credible witnesses on a given story of public interest. The press, in short, cannot publish anything without the permission of the fbi/cia, unless the reporter is willing to risk losing employment.
Nevertheless, I credit Ted for having the initial courage to review my reports and for his offer (though later withdrawn) to interview me in person regarding my allegations against the fbi. Few reporters would have been so open to such a bomb shell against the world's two most deadly and corrupt terrorist organizations, the fbi and the cia.
Finally, if Ted were aware that he and other journalists may face the same torture campaign (as described by me in "My Story In Detail" at www.sosbeevfbi.com )as also endured by others around the world for exposing fbi and cia crimes against Humanity, then perhaps Ted would reconsider his retreat from the single most important story of his life . At least Ted should admit to the world that the facts stated in this clip are true. Do it, Ted.

In 1999 Geral Sosbee attempted to contact a writer with Towers Productions by the name of Ms. Weiner (hereinafter referred to as Wine) who, at the time, was gathering information for publication regarding
J. Edgar Hoover ; Wine was busy contacting fbi officials and had their permission to research the fbi's history, to conduct interviews with selected fbi employees, and to eventually publish a book or a documentary on the subject. Sosbee believed that the information in his possession regarding fbi retaliation against former fbi agents should be known by Wine, especially as the data was well documented by Sosbee; plus, at the time Sosbee was desperately seeking help from anyone who would listen. However, Wine turned bitter shortly after reading Sosbee's description of the nightmare life forced upon him and Wine then asked her boss at Towers Productions to stop Sosbee from trying to communicate with her or with Towers Productions. The VP of Towers Productions , one John Farrimond (hereinafter referred to as Farri),eagerly accommodated Wine and his letter to Sosbee can be seen at

The order from Farri to Sosbee was that Sosbee cease all contact and correspondence with her and with Towers Productions.
Sosbee notes that the complete corruption of Towers Production by the fbi is highlighted by the above summarized cowardly retreat from reality that Wine and Farri sought , even as they pretended to create a pseudo respectable historical article on the fbi and its director. Sosbee believes that the conduct by Wine and Farri exemplifies the abandonement of any semblance integrity by the media with regard to their coverage of fbi and cia activities and that the media does great damage to America and to the world by : 1)hiding or covering up important data regarding fbi fascist treatment of former Special Agents (and others) who are targeted for torture, forced suicide and murder by the fbi.
2)Supporting the black operations of the fbi and the cia through benign neglect and through direct prevention of the airing or publication of worthy news items.
3)Using their news and entertainment corporate offices to shield them (Wine and Farri)from responsibility for their conspiratorial roles in fbi and cia crimes against Humanity as Sosbee and others detail.
The record must now show that those individuals in the media such as Wine and Farri who profit from the suffering, imprisonment and death of whistleblowers and others will forever be remembered as the cowardly fools and enemies of human rights that they are.IMHO.

Gut does not know geral sosbee, has never met him, and has never spoken to Sosbee or anyone close to Sosbee who might be in a position to confirm Sosbee's reports of fbi/cia retaliation; further, Gut has not examined : volumes of evidence on Sosbee's website, the fbi fraudulent performance report, the scientific evidence of tracking device implanted in Sosbee, the overwhelming evidence contained in "My Story In Detail" (with accompanying data consistent therewith), and has certainly no credible evidence to support Gut's gratuitous and libelous assaults on Sosbee. In the event that Gut may have looked at such evidence, he dismisses all supporting documents without even making reference to them in his smear tactic. It is as though Gut works for the fbi and the cia and perhaps even has been fed fabricated and falsified information by the very agencies who engage in the atrocities Sosbee and others report.
For a professional journalist to engage in such low minded and obscene attacks on a person who reports evidence of fbi/cia crimes against Humanity is unforgiveable and Gut should get out of the profession even though every informed reader knows that the mainstream media is to some extent controlled by the fbi/cia and that many journalists are afraid to objectively cover stories such as Sosbee's regarding fbi/cia corruption.
Further, Gut is in a position to investigate the facts before he condemns the author of such; and Gut has the ability and the responsibility to do so. *In failing in his duties to the world's population Gut contributes to the ongoing efforts by the fbi and the cia to force into suicide or imprisonment those persons (including journalists) who expose fbi and cia crimes against Humanity and other high crimes and misdemeanors worldwide. Gut, in short, is a disgrace both as a journalist and as a man , for living in fear of (or in feigning respect for) the two most treacherous, homicidal and corrupt agencies on earth , the fbi and the cia.

The Romanian expression "Cum Zboare Zventul" (possibly misspelled here) captures the **Romanian custom of setting domestic policy in a manner consistent with "how the wind blows" (or , from which direction the political wind blows).For example, when the war machine of Russia is strongly felt in Romania, then domestic public policy accommodates it, at the expense of the Romanian people and basic Human Rights ; when the Germans blow through, then the Romanians again shift their national character to conform to the new dictators (i.e. those of the Nazis ). Now, the wind makes dramatic ( and yet somewhat subtle) shift and blows from the United States; predictably the Romanians again accommodate. The various state and federal representatives from the United States' legal profession (among other government bodies) presently presume to 'teach' the Romanians how best to set up the three branches of government (modeled after those in the U.S.). The problem is that as the various envoys ( for example those from the Texas State Bar and from the California legal community) reach Romania, little or no discussion focuses on the total corruption of the three branches of the government of the U.S. by the fbi/cia and other intelligence agencies. So, we see the smiling faces of the dignitaries posing for the camera in Romania as though to suggest that a great beneficial friendship is about to unfold between the two distinct cultures.We have all seen such a 'smiling face scenario' throughout history when one murderous tyrant forces another to sell out his people and his nation. I suggest that all countries (including Romania) lift the veil presented to them by the mind controlled visitors from the U.S. Before adopting U.S. standards for public policy, law and government, I also suggest that these leaders take a hard look at the evil regime that underlies the system about to be imposed there. In essence I urge the Romanians for once in modern times to create their own unique and just government based on the ideals of liberty and individual Human Rights , and that such system be diametrically opposed to the existence of any form of a Totalitarian state.
