In the fbi's crime spree ( in efforts to silence me) they often send police, DPS, et al to assault & provoke me and to document my responses. Occasionally, the torturers and assassins of the fbi join with DPS/HHS and send professional mental health officials to evaluate my mental state.

By these premises and by virtue of my extensive documentation of events referenced herein I announce that

For the past fifteen years I have documented exactly how the fbi has sent agents and operatives to engage in an extreme criminal vendetta against me for reporting fbi’s crimes. Fbi’s Hijacking of my life :

The tactics used by the fbi are common in the intelligence services, but largely unknown to the general public. Such covert fbi operations are also referred to as black operations and involve a small army of fbi operatives who use high technology and street thugs to carry out some functions of the crimes against this Target. The program started against me about twenty five years ago and continues to date.
The present report may appear incredible to most readers and is equally difficult for me to write even after decades of my similar reports to congress, my writ in the court, and my many appeals to government officials in the executive branch.
This report is based on actual suffering of the Target (i.e.: “T”, Geral Sosbee) of an fbi torture campaign designed both to punish T for his articles and reports online and to discourage T from further similar reporting. The torture described in this and other reports is the same type of criminal assaults on people that the fbi/cia use globally. Therefore I believe that the people of the world would benefit from the information that I provide first hand.
The significance of this report is to show the people of the world how the intelligence agencies of the fbi,/cia and others globally utilize high tech weaponry and very low minded thugs to threaten, torture, control, force suicide, imprison, or kill political, ideological or other Targets who are deemed a threat to the intelligence services. In this case Geral Sosbee is a fbi whistleblower who for fifteen years has posted evidence of unconscionable crimes by the fbi in their efforts to silence him.
On or about April 10-13 this T drafted and sent two letters to Senator Ted Cruz regarding the recent crimes by the fbi. The contents of the letters are at

After T sent the first letter to Senator, the fbi sent their asset into the public library to make her presence known to T as a kind of notice. That evening the fbi attacked T all night with intense DEW weaponry, thereby causing sleep deprivation. On the next day T sent another letter via email to Senator Cruz, but the fbi used a different notice method as follows: the fbi by remote control opened the trunk of T’s car (or locks the car doors) in order to get T’s attention. That night (the 11th of April, 2015) the fbi again attacked T with the same weaponry and intensified the assault to a high level of about a 9 on a scale of 1-10, ten being the most painful. This type of notice to T that he is to be punished for his reports is shown in another report at

This type of notice and punishment is not counterbalanced with a definable reward because the DEW attacks are on 24/7 at an intensity level of about 6 or 7. So, any possible reward for conformity which might be in the form of a less severe attack than a level 9 or 10, would not be noticeable. Besides, I do not accept any such offers of rewards.
As T has previously reported, the DEW attacks have been incapacitating in the past, have actually caused a lapse of cognition, and on the event of April 12, 2015, the DEW attack caused a near *complete physical collapse due to sleep deprivation.
Thus, I compare the fbi’s treatment of me to the way **Pavlov trained his dogs in some experiments. They would salivate in anticipation of food, even though no food was given; just the mere presence of Pavlov would cause salivation. In T’s case the mere appearance of the fbi asset ( a woman who has criminally assaulted T for over a decade at the library, on the street, and in my home with toxic fumes, etc.) is designed to remind T that punishment by DEW is forthcoming. The fbi operative is a female whom I have previously described and whom I reported to the local police.

Evidence of the Insanity of the fbi
This report on the insanity of the fbi should awaken the world to the nightmare facing mankind. Yet, many *Indymedia groups prevent publication or hack my reports.

This report from UTHSC, Harlingen, Texas, focuses on evidence of criminal insanity of the fbi agents, operatives and associates (including the general public) whom I have previously referenced.
Of the 239 years of US history, the fbi has been among us often causing crime to occur for about 107 years and I have been alive for 70 years. For the past almost 45 years I have witnessed and at times documented high and unconscionable crimes by the fbi; both as a fbi agent from 1971-1978 and thereafter I have learned that the fbi is one of the most destructive forces in the world today. My experiences as a Target of a fbi vendetta have been horrendous and nearly impossible to report because of the incredible and horrific nature of offenses committed against me by the top law enforcement agency of the country.
For example, few would believe that the fbi has a program of total electronic and physical surveillance of the Target wherein the fbi also tortures (physically, psychologically and by DEW weaponry) the Target, Geral Sosbee, 24/7 for life, even while the thugs destroy his personal property and engage in multiple and ongoing attempts on his life. The effort to drive the Target to the brink of insanity are further enhanced when the fbi teams up with police, state and federal agencies and the general population to ostracize him from society. During the effort to injure the Target and possibly kill him, the fbi engages in an outrageous string of crimes against him and advises him that he is no longer a US citizen. Through unrelenting (and truly unimaginable) invasion of privacy and being subjected to constant abuse by psychological warfare, the fbi Target is slowly (and in some cases unbelievably quickly) broken down - literally. Constantly surrounded by angry participants under the premise that "no one can survive in a constantly negative environment" the fbi Target is systematically poisoned both emotionally and physically. Fear and intimidation are often used by the FBI to further aid in the psychological destruction of the Target. If constantly being engulfed in this environment of "negative energy" is not enough to destroy a target, a new form of torture is quickly introduced which is an obvious violation of human rights. By virtue of my work online, my law suit against the fbi and my many police reports and pleas to congress, the general public is witness to and, by silence, participants in the assaults by fbi on their innocent Targets. Must condemn fbi/police serial killers
All fbi agents, police (and all of their operatives), judges, attorneys, officials and members of the community at large who engaged in crimes against me are de facto criminals and should be prosecuted. This report focuses on fbi hacking of my insurance with SAMBA (a federal employee benefit association, hereinafter referred to as S). I have been a member of S since my days as a Special Agent of the fbi beginning around 1971 and I have never failed to pay a premium.
On February 11, 2015, S advised me of the cancellation of my dental & vision insurance coverage due to non- payment of premium.
I then began to inquire into the situation and I gathered the following facts:
1) S cancelled my coverage because someone in S stated that my bank account could not be located.
2) A different employee of S advised me that all data on the account was timely received at S and that the correct account number was properly on file.
3) Another S employee stated that someone at S deleted the last digit of the account number on the day scheduled for debit of the premium amount. The same employee admitted that S made the error and that all correct account information was and is on file at S.
4) Yet another S employee admitted that this is not the first time that the fbi (or operative) hacked S files to cause cancellation of coverage as apparent retaliation against the insured.
5) DOL and OPM refuse to investigate the hacking and state that S is private and that compliance requirements do not therefore apply.
6) My certified letter dated February 25, 2015, to the Director of S, Mr. Walter E. Wilson, and to OPM Inspector General requesting that they identify the ‘culprit’ (and order that fbi operative to cease and desist illegal and criminal interference with my accounts) is to date not answered by Mr. Wilson and the IG.
7) My coverage at S is reinstated upon admissions by S that S employees caused the problems which for a time forced me to send additional payments by mail and by phone to prevent long term continuance of the cancellation.
8) Finally, my bank and S indicate that the person who deleted the last digit of my account number did so intentionally and made no effort to check S records, nor to contact me, in order to correct the intentional error that led to the cancellation of coverage.
9) One S employee stated that the error was clerical. Such excuse is not tenable because the bank and S advise me that the S computer program would have notified the culprit at S of the mistake immediately and would not have accepted the wrong data input as valid.

During my last year in the fbi, NYC, I pursued graduate work part time at night at *Teachers College because I learned of the fbi plan to illegally end my career due to my reports of crimes by the fbi. My plan was to enter the teaching profession, but the fbi had a different agenda prepared for me: torture, defamation and death.
Today, the fbi, having failed in their covert, unlawful and bestial efforts to silence me, send thuggish **USPI and Texas DPS cops to threaten me and my wife in my home. Such crimes by the PI and DPS continue to this moment as their fraudulent investigation of me continues.
I find that this nation is as disgraceful in its secret assaults on our people as it is criminal in the horrific methods (including DEW assaults, forced suicide, murder) used to thin out the ranks of whistleblowers and political dissidents. *After I was injured in Basic Training at Ft. Polk LA., and following a few days in the hospital, I returned to my unit; later the base commander decided that, as I showed no fear of the challenges in boot camp, he ordered that I be summarily promoted to acting sergeant of my training platoon during Advanced Infantry Training at the same location(AIT), following LPC. Note:The city of Leesville, LA. is home to the Fort Polk U.S. Army installation.
I successfully completed my duties at Ft. Polk and went off to Viet Nam where I served as a mortarman, infantryman and later as a musician. This date, March 1, 2015, an apparent Army soldier reminds me of my training days and perhaps he suggests that my present role as a defender of liberty and human rights are consistent with my years as a soldier in the United States Army.
