Fbi misinformation agents:
The fbi are specialists at disinformation in efforts to publicly paint their Target in false lights. Below is an example of the fbi efforts to portray Geral Sosbee as crazy. The general connotation of the phrase "hearing voices" in the context of fbi operations is that the person so presented is a potential public threat. Add to this false portrayal another online fraudulent statements that *GERAL SOSBEE is a murderer and a possible mass murderer; the picture then may arise in the mind of a neutral observer that such a portrayal demands suspicion of the person so slandered.

The fact is that fbi uses DEW against me, Geral Sosbee, and I have publicly described the symptoms of such assaults. Regarding voice to skull assaults, I support those persons who report being assaulted by that technology and I suggest that all such reported attacks must be investigated and made public.

Rule of USA by such creatures as I have encountered over the past three decades exploits the citizenry by fraudently enforcing laws for inhumane purposes and not for the goals of advancing human rights, needs and interests. How ever did we arrive at this preposterous scene!
Sadly for this nation, many of us who address this government gone mad are sometimes singled out for discreet extermination.
The Fbi's torture and attempted murder campaign continues against me in full swing as they also enlist local police & other federal cops to threaten me and to (in my face) impugn my sanity.

A Disgraceful Act By The Thugs On The US SUPREME COURT
The United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) establishes laws often in contradiction to human, civil, and (traditional) constitutional rights of the people. Historically, SCOTUS has always ruled in this manner and continues today, on behalf of the fbi/cia/dod/police, to rule against the interest of the majority of the population.
In my case when the SCOTUS denied my pleadings to stop the fbi from the torture of my person and attempts on my life, the court made law and established a macabre public policy that today permeates the * global culture. Dear gentlemen,
This letter is sent to the above recipients for the following purposes:
To the Secretary of State: I request that an inquiry be made at the Cameron County District Attorney’s (DA) office as to why that office refuses to inquire into the crimes committed by police officers against me and my wife as set forth below.
To Rep. René O. Oliveira: I request that the office of the DA Luis Saenz, at the address shown below, be contacted in order that his office might perform its legal duty to investigate crimes by the Brownsville, Texas Police Department (BPD).
To the Texas Attorney General Paxton: I request that the BPD, the Cameron County District Attorney Luis Saenz and his investigators, police officers Adrian Posada, Rolando Vasquez, James Paschal, et. al., be ordered to comply with the Texas Open Records Act regarding the AG file number referenced above.
Specifically, Commander Paschal admitted to me that he investigated my report of vandalism (as set forth herein) and that he agrees that my report is factually correct and that Detective Posada’s report is wrong on a number of issues; Officer Paschal promised to send me a written report via email within twenty four hour, but he did not keep his promise. The DA is in receipt of emails from me on the crimes and cover ups committed by the BPD and their associates (who are fbi operatives engaged in felonies against me), and he now pretends that this matter is of no interest to him or his office.
Evidence also suggests that the DA or his investigator contacted the fbi who in turn discouraged the DA from investigating the crimes by the BPD; on this link I show that just after I visited in person with the DA, the fbi came to my website as a kind of usual notice that they are in touch with the DA in efforts to slander me:

My brief statement below is followed by additional background data in the link:
Over the past decade the fbi in its vendetta has committed a long string of crimes against me (some unprecedented in human affairs), my wife and our property. The crimes involve felonies committed by fbi operatives and include attempted murder, assaults and battery, destruction of my cars and other offenses set forth in my affidavit 2007 online.
Recently, I and my wife are able to gather evidence of felony stalking and vandalism of our car; when we tried to file a police report on November 20, 2015, at the BPD, Detective Posada intentionally failed to take the report and he threatened me and my wife by intimidation with these words, “ Filing a false police report is a crime.” He also impugned my sanity and my veracity by direct absurd statements to “take your medicine.”
Subsequently, Detective Posada wrote a false report on the incident on orders from his police lieutenant to put something in the file.
I then investigated Posada’s false police report and I confirmed that in fact Posada intentionally wrote a false police report to cover up his original cover up of the crime that I and my wife tried to file with him. His own commander, James Paschal, admits that the Posada actions and inactions are wrong.

Please note that the DA now refuses to open a public integrity case on Posada and the DA investigator, George Delaunay, refuses to talk with me on the crimes that I document against the BPD and its officers.
I regret the necessity that compels me to conclude as follows: All parties to this matter including the high level police, the DA and his staff, the AG, the US Attorney, et.al., are now on record as yielding to the very criminals in the fbi who commit serious crimes against me and my wife with total impunity. Those officials who take no action thereby impliedly grant the fbi assassins the right to continue their extreme offenses against me and my wife.

This report focuses on fbi/police crimes and cover ups and related subjects. As a preface to the data presented here, I hope that the reader understands that my experiences with the fools who call themselves police and fbi reflect widespread societal disturbances due to the low mentality and unmitigated arrogance of the law enforcement community; my experiences are seen as a microcosm of the very dangerous national problem facing the (overthrown ) USA.

Over the past dozen years the fbi sends opeatives who are instructed to harass and provoke me. When I try to file police reports on the criminal assaults and vandalism the police often refuse to take my reports. Two such incidents in Brownsville, Texas include a burglary and trashing of my condominium; I identified a suspect in that case, but the police refused to investigate. In another instance an fbi operative drove his truck at a high speed toward me and my wife as we tried to exist our parking space; this assault with a motor vehicle was troubling because we both had no way to escape from the oncoming threat. When the police arrived at the scene the thug went into his apartment and the police officer stated that he will not investigate because, “the man could have actually rammed you if he wanted to.”
Lately, I filed a police report on vandalism of my home. The police refused to provide me with a copy of the report, citing the family code exception to open records laws (OR). I notified the Texas Attorney General (AG) that the police unlawfully violated the OR laws and I explained how the police through deceit and manipulation of record & files repeatedly and intentionally violated the OR laws. The AG agreed with me and ordered the police to provide me with the records.
After that incident the fbi continued their crime spree by sending their operative to vandalize my car again by disabling the right front headlight. Here is the story of this incident:
-----On November 20, 2015, I and my wife entered the Brownsville, Texas Police Department (BPD) and reported the crime of vandalism of our car to police officer X. During the discussion, I also briefed X on the assaults against us in Brownsville by fbi operatives and by directed energy weaponry (DEW). In fact X was aware of my previous reports of crimes because he investigated one such offense.
For reasons unknown to me X in fact made no inquiry regarding the crime that I reported, but instead X focused on the following subjects as he stated that he and the police accept as valid any report by a medical doctor (referring to the false finding of paranoia entered by Dr. Holder on part twenty of my website).

X stated that “ I should try taking the medication;
that filing a false police report is a crime;
that the police accept as fact any record by a medical doctor;
that he wants the name of the other doctor whom I consulted for a second opinion of the Doctor Holder finding of ‘paranoia’."
A few minutes later as the meeting with X ended, I asked him if he wanted a copy of the enclosed repair invoice showing the evidence that someone disconnected the headlight. The Detective answered ‘yes’ and he made a copy of the invoice #xxxx for his office; then, as we exited X’s office, he asked my wife (away from my hearing) “where she and I met”.
As we were leaving the building, I asked X for a case number so I could obtain a copy of the report; he answered, ‘just a moment’. He then went into the dispatch room to obtain a case number; when he returned, he gave me his card with a number on it. When I presented the case number to the records office a few days later, the clerk advised me that the number that I provided to her was X’s phone number, and that no record exists regarding my report of vandalism of my car on November 20, 2015.
After I unsuccessfully tried to reach X at his office and by phone on the same day, I realized that X apparently refused to take the report. I then filed a verbal request with the BPD Internal Affairs Officer and with the records supervisor to kindly inquire as to why X ignored the evidence that I and my wife presented to him.---------
The above story is one of many instances where the police in Texas, California,etc., actually cover up crimes against me, my wife and my property. However, the injury to me does not stop with the police cover up, as the police actively seek to discredit me by pretending that false reports by medical doctors are valid. The fbi now expands the global intimidation campaign against all who study my material. In the *link below the fbi operative in Poland threatens the reader and simultaneously attempts to discredit my reports. Previously the Brownsville, Texas Police Department refused to investigate the following crimes against me and my wife at the Shidler residence, even though I identifiy likely (or certain) suspects in the crimes:

My wife is from Mexico and when the fbi gassed me in my condominium in Brownsville, Texas, I temporarily moved into her home in Matamoros, Mexico. From that time to the present the fbi continues the same type of assaults on me and on her as I have endured here in the USA for the past twenty eight years. Specifically, the fbi thugs here and in Matamoros vandalize our property, plant snakes, dead dogs, taratulas and dead rats in and around the property, throw trash inside the property, and turn all neighbors against us, etc. Today the fbi prevents the sale of the Matamoros property by intercepting potential buyers and by controlling realtors who pretend to have offers on the property.
In some instances the fbi sends Mexican thugs to try to pick a fight with me when I enter Mexico to assist my wife. Also, the fbi directs the USHS and the Border Patrol to extensively harass us every time we enter the USA in our car from Mexico.
All such actions by the fbi are not unusual, as the fbi and the cia perform similar illegal and unethical deeds globally (see my reports on Thailand, Japan, & the Dominican Republic).
The Mexican government is struggling to maintain some degree of social order in the midst of rampant Mafia activity which over the recent past has taken at least a hundred thousand lives. Tens of millions of Mexicans live in extreme poverty, in prison, or flee as refugees across the borders. Mexican armed forces patrol the streets, heavily in the border towns, and shoot outs (or firefights) in broad daylight and at night are not uncommon.
I ask the people of the USA this question: “ why do you permit the fbi to add to the problems facing Mexico by sending provocateurs and other troublemakers into that country at will to persecute political Targets such as me.?” I also recently spoke with a Mexican federal special agent in the intelligence community (i.e.: Policía Federal Ministerial, PFM ). He expressed a universal contempt for the government of the USA and for the people here who permit the exploitation of their country by the ruling elite of the USA. I also learned how precarious the government there is as a result of the corruption of almost all local police agencies and many state police groups. The few federal troops and intelligence professionals who seek to stabilize the nation cannot (in my opinion) prevent the inevitable collapse of society in Mexico because extreme poverty spreads, as does panic and hopelessness.
So, for the fbi and the cia to continue to run their criminal operatives into Mexico is in itself part of the Mexican dilemma. The US congress and courts do not seem concerned with the plight of humans in Mexico; the politicians here simply say that they will build bigger and better walls, will deport millions of Mexicans and others, and will kill many more immigrants who try to cross the frontier. The Mexican people are similarly frustrated with the USA and perhaps for this reason, the neighbors around my wife’s property are eager to assault me (a gringo) at the direction of the local Mexican authority who acts as de facto fbi operatives.

At the time that I contacted Towers Productions I was (and am today) under severe attack by the fbi thugs whose crimes I have documented online for the past fifteen years. Cause doctors to falsify my medical records
Falsely attribute the words, “kill people” to me

Those who get to know the nature of fbi agents, operatives, informants, police associates and street thugs the way I know them discover no need to fear them, but ample motive to pity both them and this nation that suffers their gross and murderous violations. I can assure the reader that a murderer is less to fear than the traitors in fbi, cia, police who rule the nation, as for example the MAFIA rules their syndicate. In most instances, as one reads my reports which illuminate the dirty and cowardly nature of fbi/police, the company of run of the mill outlaws is far more pleasant and enriching than one is likely to encounter in the community of cops.
View the fbi as a global *MAFIA and thereby contribute to the higher education of all by exposing the rats as killers.
