Recently one of the members of 'fbi/cia ARE TERRORISTS' posted a report on methods of harassment used by the perpetrators. I responded with a comment and a few links. When the member checked one of my links, his computer received a virus alert. Here is the link which the fbi used to implant a virus in the member's computer:

I often comment with links on the reports posted on this forum and now I encourage all members here to take precautions accordingly. I always check the links before and after I send them; however, if the thugs & criminals of the *fbi want to harm anyone's computer, no restraints prevent them from doing so.
Finally, the fbi destroys any computer that I buy, so I use public libraries for all of my work. As many members know the fbi recently attempted to find a way to unlawfully prevent me from using the library computer here in Harlingen, Texas. The fbi crime report shown below is a gross fraud on the nation because the report intentionally excludes data on crimes committed (or covered up) in this country by the FBI & CIA such as murder, forced suicide, burglary, robbery, common assault, home invasion, exotic weaponry assault via chemicals, biological agents, psychoelectronic, etc., that I and hundreds of others have documented. Imagine that a mafia type moves into your neighborhood, subtly sets himself up as a kind of authority and pseudo friend to those who bow to him. He becomes in time a protector to his followers and an oppressor to those who refuse his orders. Ultimately, as this mafia figure has the backing of the ‘organization’ , all persons in the neighborhood realize that the best course to maintain peace in the home is to subscribe to the mafia’s doctrine and at the same time pretend that all is for the greater good. I believe that the evidence will show that during the past several years the University of Texas (UT) officials (including the Chancellor, legal counsel, chief of police, high ranking officers, an fbi criminal operative/perpetrator, et al, intentionally or knowingly engaged in a criminal conspiracy (and other criminal actions as evidenced by a pattern and practice of such conduct) to violate the civil rights ( under color of law and police authority) of Geral Sosbee (hereinafter referred to as ‘T’).
From the time in 2002, that T was a part time *student and visiting scholar on the campus of the University of Texas, Brownsville, Texas, and continuing to date at UT, Harlingen, Texas, the fbi entered onto the UT campuses and spread rumors that caused the police and the administrators to commence illegal efforts to arrest T. The Chancellor and legal counsel of UT authorize the unlawful attempted sting operations against T in order to help the fbi silence, or imprison T [ See the above link at part 19a]. Concerning the present unlawful actions by UT officials, T attempted to communicate as an attorney pro se (inactive ) with both the Chancellor and the legal counsel of UT. Each refused my efforts to dialogue and the two blocked all e-mail from me.

Over the last two months the UT library staff continue to obey the instructions of their misguided UT President (at San Antonio, Texas) and UT Chancellor as follows:
Each time T enters the library, the library staff are under orders to follow and report on his activities. During the period of time that T did not visit the library, the same officials frantically begin asking the employees of the library whether they had seen T in the library. This preoccupation and obsession by the UT officials signals that their unlawful and despicable and ominous conduct as described herein continue. Also, as of 9AM, 3-11-10, the security guards (i.e.: Paula & Violet) at UTHSC , Harlingen, Texas, medical school & library continue to stalk and harass T (in apparent efforts to provoke a response) each time T enters or leaves the library. Paula reaches out to library employees to ask, " is Sosbee causing any problems; he has a history!" The unlawful harassment by UT staff and police continues even as the fbi intensifies their unrelenting and criminal efforts to torture & kill T as documented at www.sosbeevfbi.com.
The UT , the Texas AG and the medical school doctors, deans, chancellor, etc., thus in a sense help the fbi assassins and torturers by ignoring the reports that T has submitted and by failing in their duties to defend the constitution and other laws of the United States. In April and August of the year 2009, the University of Texas officials, including the Chancellor and the legal counsel, were on notice of my reports of crimes and misconduct committed against me on campus by UT personnel. The two letters dated 2009 from Sosbee to Cigarroa were suspiciously withheld from disclosure by UT's Chatterjee who maintained the letters (proof of her knowledge of their contents) in her office even as she wrote in September, 2009, to the Texas AG the following rationale for her refusal to release the documents :
"...we believe that release of witness identities, will hinder the ability of University Police to effectively police the campus and deter crime. If witnesses feel that they cannot report instances of potential criminal behavior to the University Police without fear of retribution, they may decide not to get involved".

American Patriots: Remembering What Is Real
NOTE: My original report, Remembering What Is Real, was written in 2005, and names of patriots added in 2009.
Upon further consideration (in disgust) of the recent report published by the Southern Poverty Law Center, titled Meet the 'Patriots', I have decided to repost my own list of patriots.
My list, unlike that of the SPLC, is meant to give credit where it is due, along with sincere appreciation for those who stand up for this country, often at great sacrifice to themselves and their families.
I should also add that my standards for patriotism are sky-high, which is why the list is not longer than it is; however, I have added a few names since the last time I posted this, and I continue to hope that the list will grow.

Messengers of Truth, Defenders of Liberty: Remembering What Is Real
As you might imagine, it gets very tiresome (and more than a little depressing) writing reports which expose government rat bastards, their stooges and shills and other assorted liars, scamsters, scandal-mongers, criminal perps, psycho-stalkers and lowlife losers.
So for a refreshing change, here's a list of indivduals I consider to be Messengers of Truth and Defenders of Liberty. Some are acquaintances, some are friends, and/or professional colleagues. Others are those I may not know personally, but whose work and activism I admire and value.
Some of these individuals are unlawfully incarcerated at this moment for the uncompromising stand they have taken and the principles they uphold. Some are being persecuted. But all have won my respect and I thank them for their contributions to all who stand for Liberty and seek Truth. In a brief phrase, they "remember what is real".

AFFIDAVIT OF RICHARD TAUS
I, Richard M. Taus, declare and state: I am a former Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to the New York Field Office and the Brooklyn-Queens Metropolitan Resident Agency from July 1978 to November 1988. I was assigned to both the Foreign Counter-Intelligence Division and the Criminal Division.
During this period of time, my investigations into these matters revealed criminal activities and operations which I reported and documented to my superiors in the FBI, as follows:
The involvement of officials, agents and operatives of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with organized crime members and drug-trafficking activities. And the participation by members of the CIA who engaged in the looting of the Savings & Loan (Thrift) Industries, financial scams and fraudulent securities transactions.
The involvement of people from the National Security Agency Staff and Council and the White House in criminal activities associated with funding the acquisition of military supplies and equipment, arms and ammunition which were referred to as the Iran-Contra Arms Initiative, known as Irangate, and the Iraqi Scandal, known as Iraqgate.
The associations between known and suspected members of the Mafia and CIA agents in conducting drug-trafficking activities and financial frauds.
I was ordered by my supervisors in the FBI to halt these investigations, destroy my written reports, terminate my informants and make no reference to these criminal and subversive activities implicating high-ranking government officials, politicians, Mafia and business leaders who controlled and manipulated government agencies and operations.
Without any support from my superiors at the FBI New York Field office, I then sent a letter describing what I had discovered in my official status as an FBI Special Agent to the FBI Director, William Sessions, and this was ignored. I proceeded to write Congressional officials, among them Senators Arlan Spector, Alfonse D'Amato, John Kerry and Congressmen Norman Lent, Charles Schumer, and many others who were on both the Senate and House Intelligence Oversight Committees. None of the above officials or representatives provided any support or assistance in exposing the CIA-White House corruption and the obstruction of justice tactics by my FBI superiors.
My sole purpose in preparing this affidavit, to be used by the former FBI Special Agent-In-Charge of the Los Angeles Field office, SAC Ted Gunderson, is to bring to justice the criminal and subversive activities that I and other government agents and operatives have discovered during our official and government related duties.
I declare and affirm under penalty of perjury that these statements are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Executed this 13th day of August 1997, in the County of Clinton, State of New York.

Human beings are presently tortured, imprisoned and murdered by the FBI and the CIA & Mossad worldwide for no cause; this will not stop until the global population demands the surrender of the homicidal sociopaths who dominate U.S. political and economic policies. The concept that if the U.S. is let alone (or with its puppet allies) to be armed with nuclear weaponry in order to allow the rest of the world to live in peace is total lunacy. The United States used the nuclear bomb, threatens to use it again, and will in fact use it again to attack any nation which remotely threatens the U.S. stranglehold on the world.
Under the best of scenarios (as viewed from the perspective of non conforming-belligerent nations), however, the world cannot defeat the U.S. war machine. Any attempt to prepare to do so will be met with total destruction of the aggressor. Even today the U.S. has another weapon (other than conventional) which can theoretically wipe out, instantaneously, any cache or bank of unfriendly technologies which may pose a threat to the U.S. or its allies: the laser beam fixed in position in outer space can accomplish this little task just fine.
The real issue, I think, is how to stop all weaponry from being used and at the same time to afford all human beings alive some hope for peace and stability everywhere and for all time. The formation of a one world , one people Humane global government must be studied and proposed. The tyrants of any given country cannot be entrusted with Human Rights and Individual Freedom issues ever again. This means that the people of the world, not their respective governments, must embark on mankind's most ambitious odyssey: the journey toward permanent peace and harmony on earth and the uncompromising realization of Human Rights for all. This can be done; such a goal is not simply a dream. What appears as an unattainable dream is that the United States or any other government on earth will someday stop killing and torturing people and allow them to live in peace , mutual respect and love.
SOSBEE'S PROCLAMATION:
Whereas the present government of the United States (feigning leadership) openly and without the slightest pretense of respect for human life and in complete disregard for universally accepted standards for basic human rights, engages under color of its national flag in murder, torture, imprisonment and terrorist practices against the peoples of the world, NOW THEREFORE SHOULD BE DECLARED AND HEREBY IS DECLARED A CRIMINAL AND ILLEGITIMATE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY (THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) and as such deserves not a respectable place among the family of nations and more significantly merits nil when the final account of Humanitarian efforts be tabulated by all that is holy and graceful in the universe.
We the people of the world hereby prevent the FBI, the CIA, the militia, or any other government agency (or person) of the United States (or any other country) from dictating the terms of our surrender unto their authority, custom, culture, power now and for all times; in furtherance of this recognition, the world's population forthwith seeks to expose such dictatorial intent (and the techniques employed in support of same) by public investigation which serves on a continuing basis to protect and to defend the people of the world (now and in the future) from any form of inhumane governance. For every man and every woman.

Toward the end of 2009, I met by chance the owner (*Bill Dillard) of Dillard's Department Stores in the ***mall at Harlingen, Texas. He is a congenial and non assuming man with a outgoing and inquisitive disposition. We talked for a few minutes about the economy and the USA border wall being constructed at the Mexican frontier; Dillard also indicated that he is in the valley to consider renewing the lease on the Dillard's store in Harlingen, Texas. I did not inform him that the fbi is running an intelligence operation against me in the Dillard's store, Harlingen, Texas.
About a month later the fbi operatives (using identification from another agency)
enlisted a Dillard Store employee named Laura Cumpian in the men's shoe department to begin a stalking and a perhaps unintentional harassment campaign against me every time I entered the store.[Note that during my earlier conversations with Laura (prior to fbi contact with her), she indicated that she sometimes has therapeutic 'massages from her chiropractor and that she has back pain and occasionally needs pelvic exams.']
Cumpian also states that she is divorced with four children and resides in Harlingen, Texas. Cumpian was always friendly with me prior to the fbi contact with her and she stated that former Dillard employee in the shoe department, Wilda,also spoke well of me.
Note that Cumpian later denies any knowledge of Sosbee.

I believe that my recent reports on this and other pages prompted the fbi to send me their little reminders of the great powers they possess.
Regarding Patrick Groves ("PG"-- a former high level counterintelligence officer, Special Agent with and completely programmed by the fbi):
From my recollection PG is a w/m 6', 190 lbs,appx 65 yrs, dark hair with light complexion and medium build; he is left hemispheric, bright, articulate (& fluent in Romanian) with a high IQ and a mathematics forte; yet PG evinces few signs of human decency and common sense. In short PG is the perfect fbi functionary and 'True Believer' and is a witness to or participant in the many crimes committed against me by the fbi/cia in New York City in 1978.
Wherever he be (probably SI or DC), PG should be summoned before the US Congress to outline the extensive efforts by the fbi over the past 32 years to torture, imprison, or kill me (and others); PG is also well versed in mind control methods and has a wealth of knowledge concerning fbi/cia high crimes and misdeneanors globally. One should not hold breath waiting for the Congress to depose the Manchurian Candidate PG because the Congress is also under the fbi/cia control and is not inclined to lift or to point a finger against the assassins of either agency.

The AG also states in each opinion that the AG has no authority beyond the scope of the OR statutes. The term "mind control" comes from former CIA director Allen Dulles.
In 1953, Dulles, speaking before a national meeting of Princeton
alumni, distinguished two fronts in the then-current "battle for men's
minds": a "first front" of mass indoctrination through censorship and

produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term

Translating the words 'experience set' from military
jargon into plain English, this means, simply, that they envisage the
ability to erase your life's memories and substitute a new,
fictitious set.
By projecting such developments into the future, the authors of New
Vistas are camouflaging present day capabilities. A similar futuristic
scenario with many references to mind manipulation is described in The
Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War (US Army War
College, 1994). Authors Steven Metz and James Kievit declare:
"Behaviour modification is a key component of peace
enforcement" and "The advantage of [using] directed energy
systems is deniability." The authors ask: "Against whom is
such deniability aimed?" The direct answer is "the
American people".
Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds Inc., says this about S-quad
in a letter dated 13 December, 1996:
All schematics, however, have been classified by the US Government and
we are not allowed to reveal the exact details. we make tapes
and CDs for the German Government, even the former Soviet Union
countries! All with the permission of the US State Department, of
course. The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm
(Iraq) quite successfully.
By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and
isolate the brain's low-amplitude "emotion signature
clusters", synthesise them and store them on another computer.
In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave
patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion,
scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave
pattern and can now duplicate it. "These clusters are then
placed on the Silent Sound carrier frequencies and will silently
trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human
being!"
Microwaves can also alter the permeability of the body's
blood-brain barrier,14 which can synergistically increase the effects
of drugs, as the military is well aware. "Using relatively
low-level RFR, it may be possible to sensitise large military groups
to extremely dispersed amounts of biological or chemical agents to
which the unirradiated population would be immune."15
Sound can be transmitted even easier through the use of implants -
cochlear implants, implants that send electrical signals into the
fluid of the inner ear, or implants that transmit sound vibrations via
bone conduction, such as the cases of dental fillings picking up
audible radio signals.
The stimoceiver, invented by Dr. Jose Delgado, consists of wires
running from strategic points in the brain to a radio
receiver/transmitter located entirely under the skin. Through this
device, Delgado was able to stimulate raw emotions such as arousal,
anxiety, and aggression with the turn of a knob.
Of course, secret research by the US Government into microwaves and
synthetic telepathy has moved on considerably since the end of the
Cold War ... secret microwave radiation can be used to induce in

Dear Senator Leahy:
I want to thank you and your staff for taking time to address this very serious issue. This letter represents hundreds of citizens from every corner of this country. I've enclosed signatures from many of these people; however, there are many others who choose to remain silent, fearing further retribution.
I'm writing to you about an extremely "critical" situation that exists in this country. Because it is a complicated problem, I will attempt to simplify the many layers with a direct explanation. Human Experimentation is still taking place in America!
The previous "Church Hearings" and the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation only revealed the "tip of the iceberg." The research is continuing - even thriving - mainly because it is classified, thus protected under the National Security Act. The victims have no redress; there is no equal representation of the law. This research is also protected by the fact that much of it is being done by "private contractors", even though funding comes from government agencies. I believe it is sometimes referred to as "the black budget." mI have done much research over the years, consulting with so-called experts - scientists, physicians, retired governmental agents, private investigators, journalists, etc. Given the time element (I have been a victim for many years) the manpower and the budget necessary to implement such a venture necessitates the fact that this is basically a government project. Many of us believe that what is occurring today is an extension of a former government project called MK-ULTRA, which was supposedly shut down. Instead of completely stopping the program, it was discretely placed in the private sector, although its tentacles still reach back to Washington. Much of what is occurring is being done by private contractors, universities, corporations, and private citizens. We believe that the military and local police participate. Years ago, the MK-ULTRA program used drugs, electro-shock treatments and hypnosis to achieve desired results. Today directed energy weapons have replaced the drugs and other methods formerly used.
I have enclosed a partial list of U.S. Patents for the equipment (apparatus) that is capable of changing brain-wave patterns, thus influencing behavior. By the 90's, emotions, thoughts, memory and thinking could be manipulated by external means. Needless to say, personal freedom and human dignity have fallen by the wayside. We are not free to pursue our God-given destiny. We have been reduced to Human Guinea Pigs.
There is another hideous aspect to this despicable situation. Many of us refer to it as electronic terrorism or torture. If the so-called "handler" or agent doesn't approve of what you say, do, or think, you are immediately hit with a tremendous amount of energy which can knock you to the floor, cause seizures and burns - break bones and other related problems. There are a large number of victims who have similar physical 7problems that have developed over the years. There are serious health problems that occur with long term exposure. Because many of us are too sick to work, we have no health insurance, which complicates an already devastating situation.
Sadly, we also have a list of victims who have committed suicide because of the constant physical and mental abuse. Some of us are controlled with pain.
Along with all of the atrocities I've described, some of us are also being harassed, stalked, slandered, robbed and threatened on a regular basis. If we try to get help from law-enforcement, we are ignored. I believe the authorities are told that we are "mental cases." It is difficult to get a simple case number describing a break-in or stalking. Clearly, the law is not working for us. I've enclosed copy of a letter which we sent to the WASHINGTON POST which lists the various advanced (exotic) weapons being used for physical and mental manipulation techniques. Also enclosed is a copy of HR Bill 2977 introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Democrat of Ohio. This bill speaks of the weapons that we are describing.
After sending the bill to DOD, Congressmen Kucinich was advised to radically change the "wording" of the bill. However, the fact that the original language was there (regarding directed energy weapons, mind control and other descriptions of this technology) proves that the government is aware of the problem - yet still yields to the stern voice of the military.
More proof of the existence of the weapons is European Parliament Resolution A-005/99 passed on January 29, 1999, which places a ban on all development and deployment weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings.
It is important to stress the fact that if we do complain or state our grievances, we are automatically categorized as unpatriotic, mentally ill, criminal types, dissidents, whistle-blowers, or worse yet, as terrorists, or a threat to National Security.
I take issue with what is being said about us; we are merely trying to express what is happening to us. Our mission is peaceful. We are not given the opportunity to defend ourselves against the false propaganda being spread in our communities. Many reputations have been ruined!
Citizens of a free society have the right to be protected from all forms of danger - not just visible forms of aggression such as guns, knives, etc., but also from invisible forms of danger (microwaves, EMF, infrasound). Someone needs to be monitoring this equipment; the situation is out of control.
We are asking for a complete investigation. This is not an easy subject; however, if democracy is to survive, we must fact up to what is happening in our country.

In this report I focus on two separate issues: 1) The action against me by Cal State University at Northridge, and 2) The effects of the directed energy assaults on my person.
First, I document action against me by a military science professor for sending my message to CSUN. Currently the University of Texas is considering the report from the professor of military science who reported me incorrectly for harassment. Also, note that all of my efforts to communicate via e-mail with anyone at the Northridge campus ROTC/military science department is blocked; however, some of the faculty and staff have shown an interest in my work (see *site meter image at the end of part one); therefore, I consider the action by the ROTC chief as an overkill.
Additionally, inasmuchas the fbi/cia destroy any computer that I may own, I must frequent the public library (such as the one at the University of Texas) in order to access the internet; so any possible action by UT against me may be detrimental.

Part 2) The United States of America engages in a kind of siege of the brain as described below (and at many other pages of this website) , while the subject of the brain attacks is often confounded by the effects thereof and by the general lack of interest on the part of educators, police, lawyers, doctors, government officials, etc.

The assaults are continuous 24/7 without interruption or respite, so efforts to grab sleep during the day are futile. No defense exists to the assaults and no matter how much I try and need to sleep, the sleep deprivation continues (now into about the 5th or 6th year around the clock. I also personally knew a Dallas, Texas, police detective who admitted killing in cold blood five subjects by using their bodies as Target practice. One such victim of the same cop was known to me because I read his file when I was a private investigator. He was a known drug dealer who in the past had owned a hand gun; therefore he was considered “armed and dangerous”; this same man was non violent, was not armed on the day of the killing, and had retained the services of an attorney because he knew that the DA had an arrest warrant on him and that he would soon be arrested. The police detective, however, was not concerned with humane or legal treatment of this drug dealer; the cop shot the Target dead and continued firing about 30 (thirty) rounds in the body as it lay on the street.

Calcium oxalate bladder stones were induced in male rats by implanting plastic foreign bodies and by adding ethylene glycol to their drinking water. The foreign body surface was first coated with cellular debris and some amorphous material. Encrustation with crystals of calcium oxalate started on the third day of implantation. Within 2 weeks the entire surface of a foreign body was covered with crystals and some noncrystalline material. Calcium oxalate monohydrate crystals consisted of platelike crystallites arranged in hemispherulitic or spherulitic habit. Calcium oxalate dihydrate crystals wee basically dipyramidal, a majority of them showing interpenetrant twinning. The stone grew by confluent crystal growth and crystal aggregation. A transformation of calcium oxalate monohydrate crystals to calcium oxalate dihydrate also occurred. The matrix consisting of cellular debris and urinary macromolecules was universally distributed in the stone including the inside of crystal bodies.

But, as one of the sectors of the people's government, both “public departments”, and “secret departments” under its jurisdiction, must abide by the constitution and law, and exercise their powers strictly within the scope prescribed by the constitution and law. And all members of any Department have no privilege beyond the constitution and law, and all their activities must not violate the constitution and law. Otherwise, their behaviors are the crimes abusing privilege.
Article 5 of the Constitution stipulates: “No laws or administrative or local rules and regulations may contravene the Constitution. All state organs, the armed forces, all political parties and public organizations and all enterprises and institutions must abide by the Constitution and the law.
All acts in violation of the Constitution or the law must be investigated.
No organization or individual is privileged to be beyond the Constitution or the law.”
China is a socialist country under the rule of law, all citizens are equal in the law. And, all of them enjoy the essential human right of normal life and live in thoughts, dignity, study, work and rest, health, etc.
Article 33 of the Constitution stipulates: “All citizens of the People's Republic of China, everyone is equal before the law”. “The state respects and protects the human rights of citizens.”
Article 38 of the Constitution stipulates: “The personal dignity of citizens of the People's Republic of China is inviolable. Insult, libel, false accusation or false incrimination directed against citizens by any means is prohibited.”
Article 98 of the Civil Law stipulates: “the citizens enjoy right to life and health.”
Thus, the constitution and the law have explicitly stipulated, that the citizens' human rights of normal Life and live, including the rights to freedom of thought, rest and sleep, study and work, body health, and personal dignity, etc. should be respected and protected by the state. Any organization or individual must not use any method, including public or secret method, to infringe the fundamental human rights of citizens. Even if such violations are from government departments, from the "secret agency", all of which are the crimes of flagrant violation of the Constitution and the law.
However, Judging from many exposed facts, some members of “secret department” of the national security sector of China, waywardly trampled the dignity of the constitution, and unscrupulously violated the fundamental human rights of citizens through abusing their privileges for secret monitoring and using the high-tech weapon of secret remote control human body and brain.
Long-term since, they have persecuted the body and mind of the innocent citizens using all sorts of cruel means, 24 hours a day. And when some of victims are in asleep, entering images of murder violence, pornography, reactionary and terror into the brain of them, using the rogue means so-called "fishing", and setting "trap" to trick and frame-up victims.
3. Physical torment. Waywardly manufacturing pain, itching, hot, cold, trembling, uncomfortable in the body parts of the victims to make them in the state of abnormality pain.
