Based on recent visits to my articles, I conclude that many international investors, bankers, financiers, and government officials are alarmed to learn that the fbi regularly engages in illegal insider trades in world financial markets. The powerful Senator Feinstein does the same and probably many others in Congress are involved in similar crimes which makes them doubly liable:
1) criminal prosecution & loss of job 2) subjected to blackmail by fbi whose own illegal insider trades in the largely unregulated futures, options and commodity markets are executed with ghost accounts.
The American people are clueless.

Fbi hacks my reports as I type them.
The fbi resumes their criminal hacking and rewriting parts of my reports and articles online. This kind of crime by the fbi is evidence of their efforts to prevent free speech, discredit the original author , and undermine intellectual property and open discussion of fbi's atrocities.

Attacks on the mind of a Target of fbi psychopathic teams are incredible and painful for the victim to report. This essay is my effort to document part of such psychological assaults.
After my recent posts, including a description of the dozen or so moves forced on me by the fbi assassins over the past 25 years, I returned home to the following attack:
As I watched the news on tv, the fbi watched me closely during their 24/7/365, lifetime assaulting surveillance program, and the moment I turned my head away from the TV the fbi changed the channel. At first I questioned whether or not I accidentally switched stations, but then I realized that this fbi assault is like many others which play on the mind in a sinister manner. That night DEW assaults prevented me from sleep.
The depressing elements of the scene are compounded by the realization that the fbi thugs had entered my residence again, placed their cameras, etc., in my residence, continued their 30 years of terror against me, actually watched me respond to the attack, and notified me of DEW assaults yet to come (a Pavlovian method).
(Previous assaults included DEW, bio-chem-viral attacks which are all impliedly authorized by a sociopathic federal magistrate judge probably in Brownsville, Texas. In one instance the fbi operative nurse entered the hospital where I recovered from surgery for a service connected deviated septum, and changed the doctor's instructions to read "give the patient full meals". I vomited and nearly died because I could not breathe due to a complete blockage of my nasal canals and due to the violent vomit episode which also prevented me from breathing. Another instance involved the fbi's synthetic production by chemical combination of a kidney stone in me which nearly killed me; the fbi also ensured that a sloppy doctor attend me, causing a failure to remove the stone and forcing me to flee the hospital for my life seeking another urologist.)
At about the same time of the above mentioned tv games were being played on me by the fbi, the fbi runs teams of assailants/operatives at me in the library, in the malls, movie theatres, on the streets and in the post office. With reference to the fbi thugs assigned to provoke a response, one of the assassins is a female who 15 years ago pumped toxic fumes into my residence causing acute bronchitis and requiring medical attention and a change of residence (difficult as I owned the condo where the fumes were introduced). That same lunatic/psychotic for 15 years has harassed me and actually sat next to me in the library to try to provoke a response. She and other operatives are presumably recording any response. The latest assault was from a smooth operative whom I describe below in my letter to Texas HHSC; The first passage below is from the HHSC and is followed by my Texas ORA request; my inquiry into this type of fbi corruption is responsible for forcing the mental institutionalization of innocent and sane individuals (this is quite the ABOMINATION ):

The fbi controls Google and other search engines at will. For example, only the fbi decides who is shown on Internet search engines under the category of "fbi whistle-blower."
My name is frequently removed from such a reference, and few images reflect my work under the same heading. The fbi allows the title of whistle-blower to be attributed to someone only when the information being released does not tend to destroy public trust in the fbi.
My papers and reports shake the foundation of this government by illustrating the pure corruption of all branches and departments, tripartite, by the hoodlums and Mafia-type figures of the fbi.

My report:
In November of 2015 the fbi continued vandalizing my car and I tried to file a report with the Brownsville, Texas Police Department (BPD). The police officer who listened to my report refused to accept it, though he pretended to accept the report. That officer is Detective Adrian Posada.
He impliedly threatened me and my wife (during the initial meeting in his office on or about 11-20-2015) when he stated that “filing a false police report is a crime’’. Posada also incredibly and with hostility stated to me, “take the medication.” Posada also asked my wife away from my hearing where she met me.

I subsequently filed an incident report with the Cameron County Sherrif’s office, and I filed a verbal complaint with the BPD Internal Affairs officer Vasquez who ignored my request for assistance. I also asked the DA Saenz to allow me to file a complaint against Posada for the cover-up, threat, etc. I also gathered information from the DA, BPD and the DA investigator DeLauney, under the Texas Open Records Act (ORA). The information provided to me by order of the Texas Attorney General (AG) showed that Posada and Sergeant Martinez lied and tried to discount the report of fbi crimes against my person.
I asked that a public integrity case be opened against Posada et al.

I also notified the AG that the BPD , DA, and DA investigator continues to violate the ORA. The AG ignored my repeated requests for specific data withheld by DeLauney, and I cited the law which has criminal sanctions against any public official (including police, DA, etc.) who violated the strictures of the ORA. Again, the AG ignored my proof of violations of the law by the parties described herein. Specifically, the laws supporting my accusations include (but are limited to) Texas Government Code 552.351 and 551.001(2); Tex.Loc.Gov.Code 203.041, 203.025. I explained to the AG that Delauney intentionally withheld the content of his email to ‘ryan.flint@ic.fbi.gov’ (flint)

DeLauney’s contact with flint is a travesty because flint is an agent/operative with the very group of fbi thugs responsible for many felonious assaults on me and on my wife over the past 25-30 years. No reason existed for DeLauney to contact flint except to prejudice my report of the cover up of the fbi’s crimes as I have documented. Indeed, I consider the cover up by Posada, DA, DeLauney, Martinez, Vasquez, Paschal as tantamount to subversion of law by the members law enforcement community, violations of ORA, suppression of evidence, manufacture of evidence, and other offenses. Such cops/fbi persons also are accessories to the many felonies that I document.
On 4-25-16, I tried to reach Falgoust telephonically , but he refused to return my call. Then, he or one acting for him in the office of the AG sends me a “non-message” via the internet as he visited my site as follows:

The above 'non message' in the context of my several efforts to obtain the contents of the DeLauney email to the fbi appears to be a statement that the AG is finished with this ORA case, and that nothing is forthcoming with regard to the apparently illegal withholding of the email to the fbi. Of course, I also asked for the email to DeLauney from the fbi’s flint. That request was also ignored.
Flagrant *violations of the ORA by these officials is a serious problem for liberty interests, especially when cops, fbi, etc., engage in crimes & cover ups, threats etc. against the victims of fbi/police crimes as I have documented for 30 years. As I have demonstrated over the past twenty five-thirty (25-30) years the fbi and the police are in many instances criminally insane, especially as evidenced by their provocations, torture, assaults and battery, torture, attempted murder and fraudulent stings on inocent persons like me.

The police refuse to accept my reports, or falsify my reports of crimes against my person.
I have written over the past several years exactly how the fbi uses chemical/biological/viral agents against me, tortured me in the hospital, gassed me in my home, sent thugs (some drug dealers or Mafia types) to threaten me and my wife, and generally hounded me 24/7/365 for life.
The fbi also employs neighbors (using video and audio electronics) to engage in crimes against me in hopes that I may respond in kind; I never do. The fbi commits crimes, plants my name at the scenes, and cause the corrupt USPI and Texas DPS to open a full field investigation on me. Police threaten to arrest me on nonexistent charges. The fbi has a blanket surveillance on me for three decades and uses physical and electronic techniques to ensure coverage. The fbi also uses Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW) championed by the US military where the satellite based weaponry includes extremely low frequency sound waves for sleep deprivation and microwave to cause cancer and burns to the skin. The sleep deprivation continues this moment unterrupted for about 15 years and is at times incapacitating.

I obtained the Serrato report via Texas ORA and the report issues from the DA's office. The report shows that Posada admits to not investigating my and my wife's report of vandalism, and that he seeks to discredit the report. Both Posada and Sgt. Martinez also falsely state that , regarding my report of fbi vandalism as follows:
" ultimately there was no offense to report...."
Note that Sgt. Martinez had nothing to do with the case (except to order Posada to cover up the errors he made), so Martinez fabricates his lies to protect Posada & the fbi.
Sgt. Martinez' statement that there "was no offense to report" is a complete lie made by Martinez who together with Posada did not ever actually investigate the crime. Such lies by cops should be reported in the main stream press because now the DA himself joins in the fraud to protect fbi thugs and assassins.
Missing from the report to the DA are the statements from Commander Paschal who confirms verbally as a result of his own investigation that my report of vandalism is valid. The statements in the Serrato report about "headlight wire" coming loose is a manufactured lie and represents an effort to mislead the reader, as there was never any issue about wirings; also, the statement from Martinez that there was no sign of tampering is false; the mechanic admitted that the head light came out and that such is not 'characteristic' of the Nissan Sentra. Instead of actually investigating the case, the Brownsville, Texas police seek to trash my report, threaten me, and insult me with Posada's assertion to me to "take the medication." ‘I am having the time of my life’.
First the good news:
I am in good spirits, though fatigued from the recent barrage of DEW/sleep deprivation assaults by the fbi assassins. The fbi about 15 years ago artfully argued that no evidence exists that they are terrorizing me, but fbi deceitful Counsel asserts if they are attacking me then they have a * public mandate to do so by public policy. See the link below to a section of my writ

Throughout the history of the fbi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘burro’) that agency carefully ensures that the public not see its ugly face (or alter ego). Only those poses which the public ‘eats up’ are submitted to the press. For example, the often unnecessary killing of fugitives, or the brutal handling of wanted men by fbi/police are almost always accepted by the blood thirsty public who after dinner want to see their burro and police at work.
Fact checks by the media of burro press releases is a rarity, but almost never does the press cover the range of crimes committed by the burro in pursuit of their Targets who in many cases are viewed by the burro as potential future misdemeanants (or possible suspected felons).

7) how the fbi obtains a fraudulent civil court order from a corrupt judge (probably federal) so that the fbi can legally terrorize me in my home, poison me regularly, imprison me via DEW in my own body, and slander me everywhere I go
8) how the fbi has in place a secret and macabre human experimentation program which ensnares me and which is sometime referred to as 'non-consensual human experimentation', or 'cover research'
9) the fbi, accustomed to forcing men into neuroses in order to imprison or kill them, comes on line to announce that, as I defended the USA in combat on the battlefield, I am therefore a "murderer and a possible mass murderer "

Such insane conduct by fbi and police at every level as described above truly reflects a long history of mental illness and psychoses in the police and fbi communities whose members lie, beat, threaten, imprison, torture ( and sometimes force suicide while monitoring their victim), kill or otherwise covertly assassinate our people at will and with no accountability in most cases.
Then ask how many of our people have been and are now being tortured by this regime's psychopathic thugs by the use of the above described tactics; these government sponsored crimes could only be performed by homicidal sociopaths who earn a nice salary by engaging in unconscionable deeds which can only be characterized as insane in most instances.

1)* On 1-15-16 DA Investigator George Delaunay confirms that he prejudicially contacted the fbi via email at ‘ryan.flint@ic.fbi.gov’ in reference to GERAL SOSBEE (SOSBEE).
2) On 1-15-16 Joanna Serrato sent the following message to DA Saenz regarding GERAL SOSBEE:
Sergeant Robert Martinez stated that “Sosbee became very upset that Posada was investigating the headlight at Charlie Clark Nissan.” SOSBEE reported the matter to BPD Internal Affairs Officer Rolando Vasquez. Posada was “…uncertain as to whether an offense had actually been committed at all.”

GERAL SOSBEE comments on the above two items as follows:
The records and my statements that I have previously submitted to the Texas AG and others show the following with reference to the Posada caper and items one and two mentioned above:
1) The DA and his investigator, after contacting the fbi, prejudicially and unlawfully refused to allow me and my wife to meet with the DA investigator regarding the offense committed by Detective Adrian Posada.
2) a)The statement by Sergeant Martinez (in item number two above) is patently false in that Martinez never communicated with SOSBEE regarding the Posada failures; so, Martinez falsifies the record when he reports that Sosbee is ‘ very upset.’ Indeed, at no time did Martinez nor Posada make any effort to speak with SOSBEE about the crime that Posada refused to investigate.
b) the statement by Posada that he is ‘ uncertain that an offense had been committed at all’ is an admission of Posada’s initial wrongful failure to accept a police report from SOSBEE and his wife. Posada’s creative report on the CCN service department is a transparent effort to cover up his wrongful actions. He impliedly threatened me and my wife (during the initial meeting in his office on or about 11-20-2015) when he stated that “filing a false police report is a crime’’. Posada also incredibly and with hostility stated to me, “take the medication.” Posada also asked my wife away from my hearing where she met me.
Posada’s report on file now in the BPD is false.
The record shows that Posada made no legitimate investigation of the case, that he paraded about in the Charlie Clark Nissan Dealership (CCN) with his handcuffs protruding, that he intimidated the service manager by asking leading questions as though Posada is an attorney cross examining an hostile witness, that Posada never spoke with the actual mechanic (Marco Gonzalez) whose written statement I provided to the AG and others; that Posada, in his visit to CCN, was intent on trashing my complaint of felony stalking and criminal vandalism of my car probably by fbi operatives; that Posada asked absurd questions of the service department at CCN by stating, “is it possible that a loose wire fell out”, that Posada and Martinez and Vasquez all covered up the unprofessional handling of my legitimate report; that Commander Paschal confirmed in his own inquiry that my report was correct and truthful; that the DA and his investigator, and the BPD officers mentioned herein, together with the very fbi hoodlums who commit a string of serious crimes against my person, slandered me and attempted to prevent any inquiry of the many offenses committed against me, my wife and my property over the past decade in Brownsville and Harlingen,Texas and elsewhere. Police reports are on file with BPD and Harlingen, Texas Police Department, on many crimes against me.
I have asked all authorities to open a public integrity case against Posada and others and I have shown that the fbi interfered with this case, thereby prejudicing all police and the DA against me. All authorities including the State Bar Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel refuse to address these issues in deference to the thugs of the fbi.
I repeat my request for a public integrity case against the miscreants mentioned herein and I ask that the police records be corrected to include this information on police offenses as I have documented over the past three months.
Commander Paschal also wrongly refused to order a supplement report to the false Posada report.
