This report is prompted by messages delivered to me from the United States intelligence community including fbi, cia, military and congressional chiefs. For additional background data see my articles and posts online, especially as set forth at sosbeevfbi.com, ttu.academia.edu/geralsosbee, Parts 19, a, b, c, of “My Story In Detail”, my affidavits dated 2007 and 2014, my medical/police clearances, and my writ.
The United States of America (USA) engages in egregious and indeed unimaginable horrors in pursuit of world control. Any person (Target) who hinders the work of the USA intelligence community, or any other person selected for death/incarceration, may find himself in the midst of an unending avalanche of physical and psychological assaults designed to imprison or to kill him. No one will assist the Target because people fear being similarly treated and the courts and congress pretend that no such government atrocities occur.
The Target becomes an experimental animal (like a dog) subjected to a variety of attacks by various methods including assaults by chemical, biological, viral, directed energy and microwave, all of which are approved by a corrupt civil court order fraudulently obtained by the intelligence community.
During such a program which is carried out 24/7 for the life of the Target , he is extensively slandered and blacklisted everywhere he goes in a widespread campaign intended to destroy his social standing, to cause him to have mood swings, and to cause people (including neighbors, realtors, doctors, lawyers, etc.) to verbally and physically assault him.
He is also the recipient of intense psychological warfare including 24/7 physical and electronic surveillance and invasions into his home and car with crimes committed therein for life.
He is treated as a diseased maniac and the tormentors watch him in real time in order to enter his home, terrorize and poison him repeatedly and to let him know that every aspect of his life is under siege. His only defense is the pen, and the gang stalkers destroy his computer and force him to use the public libraries where he is also criminally assaulted by the staff, police and operatives.
While the Target is being tortured and molested, the intelligence community follows him around everywhere he goes in order to document any reactions to his suffering.
Operatives join in the program against the Target by falsifying reports against him and by portraying him as disturbed. In some instances the same operatives who are trying to kill or imprison the Target publicly and falsely label him as a murderer, or as a potential mass murderer.
These false reports are not immediately sent to the fbi’s CJIS because no crime is committed and because the fbi knows that anyone who sees such false entries into the CJIS would likely question the relevance of such. Then, actual crimes are committed using his name and causing federal and state police to investigate the Target for serious crimes actually committed by the intelligence community.
In this way the file and profile of the Target gains at once a false relevance and the appearance of validity because of the ongoing yet illegal police investigation of the Target. Psychological profiling is also used against the Target in order to provide such data to the United States congress, or others who make inquiry. Police send operatives and informants to commit assault and battery on the Target with the expectation that he will respond in kind and thus will be jailed.
Police also refuse to take reports from the Target, but if a police report is generated at the request of the Target, he is listed as a suspect or subject and the report is further falsified so as to protect the criminal operatives.
In short the data gathered and fabricated by the torturers of the fbi/cia/police against the Target are stored in the files and ultimately is sent upon demand to the fbi’s CJIS for purposes associated with blackmail, threats, forced suicide, and incarceration.
At no time is the destructive program against the Target referenced in the record. So, anyone who reads the government file sees only the notes entered by the thugs who are actually assigned to drive the Target crazy. The only record of the multiple and ongoing felonies committed by the government (including murder by transferred intent, forced suicide, torture, and outright cold blooded murder) is authored by the victim himself, usually online. In my case I have extensively documented such crimes by the police and fbi, congress, the courts and the world community.
The people must understand the heinous and inhumane agenda underway in order to stop it.

Part One:
INSPECTOR KNIPFING & Texas DPS RODRIGUEZ are dangerous fools serving fbi
A year and eight months after the unlawful, or criminal efforts by *PI Knipfing & and Texas DPS Agent Rodriguez to assist the fbi by a fraudulent criminal investigation of me in my home, all efforts to obtain the results of their absurd intrusion are without success.
** Freedom of Information and Open Records laws are largely ignored by officials who are subject to the enforcement of such laws. Knipfing must know by now that his office was manipulated by the fbi to harass me and to try to implicate me in a crime committed by the fbi. Rodriguez knew all along that his job for the fbi was to send his fraudulent file ( fabricated by fbi thugs, criminals, operatives) to the cjis in a pervasive profiling effort by the fbi. In all instances the people are led discreetly to think that they are performing a legitimate community service that advances community security. Such a program of mind manipulation is not unlike a similar system in government and corporate sectors where the individual is led to conform by expecting certain rewards:

In my case the fbi obtained fraudulent and corrupt civil process in order to discourage me from reporting their atrocities and in order to complete their potentially deadly vendetta against me. Then, the fbi spread the word that this Target is to be followed 24/7, globally, for life, as an alleged threat to public safety. See my report that should alarm all who trust the USA's government.
This summary represents two decades of insights into the corruption, decadence, and evil of those who control and run the United States of America (USA), a government overthrown from within by the most hideous and murderous of human beasts. Such people include government officials and the ruling elite of the nation (doctors, lawyers, politicians, the wealthy).
I delineated in many of my reports how the fbi/cia criminally hijacked my life, unlawfully seized control of every aspect of my personal and professional existence, and made my life a living hell. I presented much of the evidence of such atrocities in “My Story In Detail” (in twenty parts) and related links/sites. I included scientific evidence and medical and police reports as well as legal documents which attest to the extreme difficulty by which I sought assistance from all three branches of government in efforts to stop the fbi vendetta against me. During my travails I was not yet cognizant of the fact that the fbi/cia/dod, etc., have in fact usurped control over all departments and branches of government, at every level, and tripartite. Ultimately, I realized that my experiences at the hands of these homicidal sociopaths and torturers are not unique, and are not even unheard of. In my own pain I could not then comprehend the full depths of evil and depravity which characterize the USA’s campaign of terror on many people globally.
In my work on Facebook and other forums I also learned that many persons (male and female) are right this minute being tortured and some forced into suicide ( as I am similarly being assaulted) by the invisible and painful Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW), 24/7/365. Such technology is championed by the US Marines and is extensively deployed against humans by the fbi/cia/nsa, etc. I am also sensitive to the ongoing wars and regional conflicts started or facilitated by the war mongers of the USA and their associates around the globe. Assassinations, mass murder, and run of the mill executions by police and fbi on our streets is commonplace today, and the toll on humanity is truly incalculable.
Yet the main street media pretends that the most important issues of our time are song and dance, weather reports, sports, and a slight mixture of fluff and screened news fed and filtered to the people by the USA intelligence community. My revelations of crimes committed by the fbi/cia against me have caused the fbi to execute extreme methods to torture or possible kill me.
In the fbi’s efforts to silence me, they have used the police, state police, US Postal Inspector, college deans and attorneys, university chancellors, and street thugs (and the general population) to engage in assaults and battery on my person in efforts to provoke a response. The fbi has deployed operatives to commit crimes wherein the fbi plants my name so as to alert the police that I am a suspect in such crimes that were actually committed by the fbi. The fbi also controls the judiciary who encourage the fbi to abuse civil process against me and political targets generally as a way to neutralize them. No remedy to an overthrown government is apparent, absent a general awakening of the populace, the convening of both a constitutional convention and a war crimes trial to hold all such criminals (whom I have described) liable for their high crimes and misdemeanors. Front and center at such a ‘people’s court’ must be persons like Obama, Comey, Feinstein, Holder, Cornyn, etc.
The director of the fbi, in concert with his friend (the Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety) then send their own operatives (some with badges and guns) to further provoke and harass me in efforts to find a way to silence me.

The fbi has failed to silence me from reporting their high crimes for over 25 years. The efforts against me by the fbi & cia include attempts on my life, torture (including assaults by DEW), and other psychological warfare intended to force a final exit. Recently the fbi increases their criminal stalking and harassment of me online and attempts to use the internet to fraudulently incite public malice against me. As shown in this report the fbi also in its efforts to finally prevent my disclosures (see my affidavits 2007 and 2014) actually commits crimes and plants my name at the scene so that other police agencies may consider me a suspect.

Furthermore, I have also shown in many of my reports that the fbi fraudulently exploits civil court judges and magistrates to authorize abusive court orders in efforts to terrorize me by constant, uninterrupted surveillance (both electronic and physical) in my home and car and with simultaneous invasions into my home and car for purposes of vandalism, poisonings, etc. Some of the fbi operatives are intimately familiar with my life and they actually go online to report my activities even as they are torturing me.

This report is significant globally as I present information on the new and largely unseen program by the fbi/cia, et. al., to use the internet in the sweeping execution of an unfamiliar form of criminal law born of extreme abuses of civil law.
Specifically, the fbi now has in place in the United States of America a system of trying, convicting, sentencing, torturing, forcing suicide and killing people for a variety of fraudulently alleged charges.
The Targets of such a hideous program has no idea that he is now being pursued by the fbi and company and sometimes by the global population who are the de facto vigilantes enforcing the orders of the invisible, secret and quasi criminal court.
The people of the world are not aware that they play an integral role in the destruction of people’s lives; the general population is indoctrinated by the main street media (like fox, cbs,nbc,msn,cnn, and local subsidiaries, etc., globally) to unwittingly support government atrocities in order to secure their own imagined liberties.
The mind programming of the masses also includes causing the people to fear war, disease, famine, and other calamities that may threaten them. In all instances the people are led discreetly to think that they are performing a legitimate community service that advances community security. Such a program of mind manipulation is not unlike a similar system in government and corporate sectors where the individual is led to conform by expecting certain rewards:

In my case the fbi obtained fraudulent and corrupt civil process in order to discourage me from reporting their atrocities and in order to complete their potentially deadly vendetta against me. Then, the fbi spread the word that this Target is to be followed 24/7, globally, for life, as an alleged threat to public safety.
See also the fraudulent police BOLO issued on me by the lunatics of the University of Texas Police in concert with fbi who also ran a joint counterintelligence operation of assault and battery on my person by an operative named Alonzo Yanez.( 2).
The judge who issued the corrupt and abusive order at the request of the fbi is actually an operative for the fbi and knowingly violates fundamental human, civil, and constitutional guarantees that are intended to protect all humans. The law of the USA is completely corrupted by thugs and assassins of the fbi,cia,police.
I regret to inform my fellow citizens of the United States of America that this government is overthrown and that a group of thugs in the fbi/cia, etc., have seized control of the country by a silent coup which is kept secret by selective assassinations, blackmail, and political maneuvering. 1
All in congress and the courts know that blackmail and the threat thereof keeps all leaders in check.

As I have previously documented the fbi conducted covert and unlawful psychological operations including the commission of felonies (under their counterintelligence program) designed to silence me from reporting the fbi’s own crimes) during the entire period of time that I was an attorney in El Paso, Texas, and continuing to date. The crimes committed against me by the fbi operatives include stalking 24/7, home invasions and destruction and tamperings therein, attempted murder, provocations by neighbors who brandish firearms and challenge me to duals, the murder by transferred intent of Jane Hatley (my tenant), forced suicide of a dentist who attempted to notify me of the fbi’s crimes, destruction of my cars, slander that caused doctors and dentists, attorneys and others to destroy property, to torture and to threaten me. Many of such crimes are documented in “My Story In Detail” in twenty parts on line. Some of the events in El Paso, Texas , however, are not recorded in “My Story” because I could not conceive at the time the kind of evil that was brought upon me; so, I made scant record of same.
Here is a synopsis of the goals of the fbi in their commission of numerous felonies against me.

Through unrelenting (and truly unimaginable) invasion of privacy and being subjected to constant abuse by psychological warfare, the Target is slowly broken down. Constantly surrounded by angry participants under the premise that "no one can survive in a constantly negative environment" the Target is systematically poisoned both emotionally and physically. Fear and intimidation are often used by the FBI to further aid in the psychological destruction of the Target. If constantly being engulfed in this environment of "negative energy" is not enough to destroy a target, a new form of torture is quickly introduced which is an obvious violation of human rights. Directed, daily overexposure from invisible, and potentially deadly, electromagnetic radiation whose initial symptoms can closely resemble those of high anxiety and stress. Another goal of this type of FBI psychological operation is to have the Target feel so helpless and frustrated he lashes out in a physical act of aggression in order to incarcerate, complain irrationally about the seemingly fantastical details of the ongoing abuse which are designed to get them institutionalized or give up their will to live and commit suicide. Finally the macabre end for the fbi is contemplated as their removal of the Target from society by any means necessary! The FBI program used against me reflects the next generation of the fbi’s COINTELPRO – a special and invisible form of domestic terrorism.
The ultimate goal of the fbi program was and is today to attempt to drive me insane, or at least force signs of neuroses; and to this end the fbi sought through fbi covert operatives to enter false and misleading data on my activities during the torture episodes. The very fbi operatives engaged in multiple crimes against my person during the time I lived in El Paso, Dallas, Texas, etc., are now feeding the two investigators (Knipfing and Rodriguez, hereinafter referred to as K & R) fraudulent reports manufactured by the fbi assassins.
In fact I have recently learned from messages sent to me from DOJ and from fbi’s own CJIS that the two high level cops (K & R) are assigned to investigate the alleged crime in Dallas, Texas, in order for the fbi operatives to feed them the fictitious data from their own provocations against me for the past about thirty years. The two (K & R) ignore all of the evidence of the crimes that I document against me, including the assaults with kidney stone, DEW, and the many other crimes that I have outlined on my website for the past fifteen years, including my sworn affidavit here:

Citizens investigate fbi subversion and unamerican activities and reverse the police state.
The present endeavor seeks to reverse the Police State in the United States by halting abuses by the *fbi,police,cia in a manner that has never been seen before. This means that the fbi must be dismantled, the cia replaced, the police re-trained and generally disarmed, the courts remade, and the criminal laws turned upside down in the following ways (among others):
Remove the criminal code from existence and use a new, unfamiliar civil error system in all cases, except rape, murder, torture and similar atrocities;
Educate the public about the need to help the victim and the accused in order to provide peaceful alternatives to complex issues facing mankind today;
Find productive employment for lawyers, psychiatrists, judges, probation/parole/wardens/prison guards, etc., so that they can at long last do something helpful to humanity;tear down all prisons & jails;

I have previously written that the United States of America is the enemy of mankind, and I have provided extensive evidence to support my conclusion, particularly crimes committed by the fbi in their nearly half century old vendetta against me. This report represents a summary of the kinds of atrocities committed by the executive branch of government (and its administrative agencies) against me, even as others in government support or cover up the crimes that I describe. Today the fbi has refined the program so that it is a super sophisticated, high tech juggernaut which uses the courts, the law enforcement community, doctors, dentists, lawyers and laymen in a concerted effort to torture and kill the Target. I refer to the new COINTELPRO in one letter, “T”, which stands for torture, kill, imprison, slander, and threaten the Target. The fbi and the cia control to some extent all doctors and dentists (as well as the general population at will). In some instances the fbi, as I have documented, actually co-op the professional to torture, assault, or otherwise violate the patient for intelligence purposes. Texas Attorney General and UT officials Cover-up Crimes By UT Police, fbi, and Operatives
The following report presents evidence suggesting that the Texas Attorney General (AG) and high ranking officials at the University of Texas, Health Science Center (San Antonio, Texas ), hereinafter referred to as UT, engage in a criminal conspiracy to cover-up well documented crimes committed against me by UT police at Harlingen and San Antonio, Texas.

On or about January 9, 2014 I made another Open Records request of UT and on January 27, 2014, the UT claimed no record exists. My Open records request was directed to UT to release information concerning the Internal Affairs (IA) investigation that was promised me by the Chief of Police Michael Parks (hereinafter ,Parks)at UT. The OAG ID # is 518589.
I subsequently submitted to the AG evidence (in the form of an email from Parks to me indicating that a IA case is open) and that UT officials lied when they denied existence of any record. On March 17, 2014, an honest official at AG agreed that the evidence that I submitted of Parks admission of an IA investigation was sufficient prima facie proof of a violation of the Texas Open records Act because UT denied any and all such record. In early April, 2014, I notified AG that UT has made no effort to comply and has not responded to my Open Records request. The AG was in possession of the false denial of a record by UT officials by certificate dated March 20, 2014; the AG withheld that denial from me until I made a request for Open Records from the AG himself. I knew that someone in the AG office was protecting UT from public discovery of their false denials.
The constant false denials of records by UT is well documented on many pages of my sites, but the present denial is patently false and problematic because such denial reflects an effort to prevent an IA investigation of my claims regarding police crimes against my person. The UT police and the UT officials are all in collaboration to hide the many criminal offenses that I document in the above referenced sites against UT police, fbi and their operatives. The AG has the authority to file District Court documents requiring the UT police to come clean about their crimes, but AG prefers to protect the assassins of fbi, et al.
An IA case needs to be opened to protect the public from continuing crimes by the UT police.
On April 29, 2014, the AG finally provides me with the UT false denial dated March 20, 2014, signed by UT official Andrea M. Marks. Only when I made a new request for Open Records from the AG himself did AG provide me with the UT official denial. The AG who provided me with the UT denial was Neal Falgoust, and in his letter to me dated April 29, 2014, he improperly closed the file on this matter in a transparent effort to silence me on the issue of a much needed IA investigation at UT police.

The following is a summary of recent efforts by the fbi to silence me from reporting their crimes. The same brutal and criminal tactics used against me are sometimes used on a broader scale globally against others, including political targets and non-conforming (or divergent) nations. I have not included in the report an incident where a uniformed, armed police officer attempted to intimidate me in my home. Also, neighbors often assist the fbi in assaults on me and my wife in apparent efforts to provoke a answer. On some occasions snakes, tarantulas, dead animals ,etc., are planted in my home or patio to test my response. Most people accept the fbi’s propaganda campaign against me, so that doctors, dentists, lawyers, realtors, mechanics, etc., sometimes seek ways to insult or harm me. I consider all such individuals as accessories to the felonies committed against me by the fbi over the past twenty five (25) years. Finally, note that assaults on me by directed energy weaponry continue with great intensity, causing dramatic symptoms. The government thus is evidently controlled or overthrown by the intelligence community which can get away with almost anything with total impunity because the main stream media is also complicit in the offenses that I describe. Inspector Knipfing admitted to me during the discussion that someone committed a crime in Dallas, Texas, and planted my name at the scene of the crime. Inspector Knipfing also stated that an employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety is a suspect in the commission of the aforementioned crime and that a possible Public Integrity Investigation against that employee may ensue. The fbi and their operatives at all levels of government and in the private sector seek to fabricate a person of interest so as to falsely portray him as a domestic terrorist. Below is the evidence of such wholesale violations of civil and criminal laws.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (TDPS) and the US Postal Inspector, acting on a staged crime perpetrated by the fbi, now have evidence of a criminal conspiracy by the fbi to violate my fundamental civil, human and constitutional rights. Also, after I interviewed with the two police officials , they were aware of evidence of multiple and ongoing (to date) felonious assaults on me, including aggravated assault, torture and attempted murder of my person.
The police & the postal inspector officials revealed during the discussion that someone committed a crime in the Dallas, Texas, area, and left my name (i.e., G Sosbee) at the scene of the crime; the crime may have involved a threatening letter sent to a member of congress. The fbi operative who staged the phony crime wanted the TDPS to open a domestic terrorist case against me, or to at least cause the TDPS and the postal inspector to find a way to label me in a way that might facilitate adverse legal action in the future against me.
Thus, the state and federal authorities who opened a case on me are required to file their report with congress and to further develop a case against the thugs who operate on behalf of the fbi in efforts to silence me. The personal opinion of TDPS Agent Rodriguez that my stated explanations for the fbi’s motives to terrorize me are insufficient, reflects his own ignorance, prejudice and jaded agenda.
