As I have extensively documented for the past twenty years, the fbi/cia/dod are corrupt beyond comprehension of most people. *I have shown efforts by these agencies and departments to torture, force suicide or murder their Targets, including USA’s very own combat vets. During my combat service and related experiences in Viet Nam in 1967, I witnessed or was privy to the following facts about the Army and the USO:
Some soldiers shot themselves, or had their fellow soldiers do the deed
Some soldiers intentionally contracted diseases, including malaria and VD
Some soldiers lost their minds and threatened to kill their fellow soldiers during the next fire fight
COs and others on some occasions murdered (by so-called 'friendly fire') certain soldiers who were deemed cowards or trouble makers
Some combat soldiers who were stationed with me at Bien Hoa were lied to, misled and robbed by the USA as follows:
In some instances the soldier made a down payment on a new suit of clothes to be worn home after duty in the armed forces; the soldier would come into the USO (the soldier was usually a short timer with a month or two to go until his year in Viet Nam was finished); he would make a down payment on items that he hoped to bring home, but the clothes would not be made because the USO tailor wanted to see if the soldier lived to collect the purchased items. In such cases, the soldier forfeited his life for the United States even while the USO robbed him.

I charge the fbi and its lab employees with multiple crimes (& treason) against the *American people and against **me:
* Beginning in 1971, and extending for seven years at least, I witnessed the fbi lab authorities issue illegal directives to the investigative field agents ( who were submitting forensic evidence) to state (in their report to the lab) who is the suspect, what the evidence is expected to show, and any other evidence against the suspect (including criminal record). MUST PROSECUTE FBI/CIA ASSASSINS FOR CLANDESTINE MURDERS
PREFACE
Former FBI agent Geral Sosbee was forced to retire from the FBI in 1978, after only seven (7) years of service. He was targeted while still inside the FBI because he refused to "go along to get along" with the corrupt practices, refused to "play the game"; because he was true to his oath to defend the Constitution; because he defended the God-given, unalienable, constitutionally protected rights of ALL, including suspects.
But Geral Sosbee did not back down after he was forced out of the FBI. Instead, he became a whistleblower. As a result he was targeted for even worse persecution, still ongoing to this day.

Geral Sosbee is not just any whistleblower. He is the primary whistleblower ever to come out of the FBI, and certainly the most controversial. He reports the atrocities --in detail-- that nobody else formerly in FBI service will cover: mind control tactics; electro-magnetic antipersonnel weaponry deployed against Targets; implants placed in the bodies of some of the FBI/CIA agents (which both Geral and I have had inflicted on us); chemical/biological warfare tactics used against Targets; synthetic kidney stones; psy war tactics, and on and on it goes....
Name it, if it is happening, he has exposed it. Not only exposed it, but presented evidence from his own experience. These atrocities were perpetrated upon HIM PERSONALLY.
Anyone doing research on the Internet will find numerous websites of people who claim to be "Targets", or "Targeted Individuals". Often, these persons will talk about COINTELPRO, an operation initiated by J. Edgar Hoover in 1956, and which has continued even after it was exposed and "officially" discontinued.
But most of the people making these claims have no credibility. FBI and CIA do not just go around randomly "targeting" people. Real Targets of the fed government would have to be deemed a "threat" in some way. This is something that all former intelligence professionals know.
Targets are legitimate whistleblowers, those who actually KNOW what they are talking about, and have been INVOLVED in the operations they are exposing. Or, they could be legitimate professional journalists who are actually in possession of accurate information which the government does not want exposed.
The COINTELPRO exploits a large number of minions and stooges, in a loosely organized network, most of whom claim to be Targets, but who are actually attacking and attempting to discredit REAL Targets. They are amateurs, mostly uneducated, they are 'wannabes" and they are seeking attention and approval for themselves, rather than being concerned with defending Liberty or pursuing Justice. Many of them are racists, bigots and misogynists. And though some claim to be "journalists", they are just parroting (even in some cases, plagiarizing) the work of others, be it legitimate or not. Both Geral and I have been targeted by this gaggle of COINTELPRO stooges.

The late Ted Gunderson, FBI Chief and COINTELPRO Kingpin, exploited a large network of these COINTELPRO minions, who continue their attacks on genuine whistleblowers, journalists and activists.
Geral Sosbee has documented the fact that at the time he reported FBI crimes, before he was forced out, Ted Gunderson was Chief Inspector, but IGNORED Sosbee's reports and did nothing at all in response to his legitimate complaints.
Geral Sosbee also told me in 2001, when he and I first began working together, that Gunderson had made an approach to him, trying to get Geral "on board" with him to "expose" government corruption. When I heard this, I said, Stay away from Ted Gunderson!
I told Geral that I myself had been hoodwinked by Ted, that I had worked cases with him, gone on the lecture circuit with him, and explained why I had broken off my association with him in 2000. In short: Ted is COINTELPRO, in reality Mr. Super Spook, NOT a "whistleblower".
Geral trusted me because, as he later said in his public reports, all the information I had given him about Gunderson was truthful and accurate and was backed up by his own experience and further investigations.
A few days ago, I had a telephone conversation with Geral, in reference to a report he had written which was repeatedly tampered with and even deleted from certain websites where he posted it. So I am reposting it here.
The subject is clandestine murders by FBI and CIA. The fact that most of these murders are not even designated as homicide is the worst problem. And then, when Geral tries to alert the public to what is really going on, that the government is killing people in their secret operations and getting away with it, the minions of FBI and CIA come out of the woodwork to harass and stalk him in cyberspace.
These thuggish characters try to discredit Geral Sosbee's reports, by calling him "stupid" or crazy. Most hide behind pseudonyms, and being cowards, never use their real names in their attacks. And even though the subject matter is deadly serious, whenever we get to talking about these creeps, we end up mostly laughing about their transparent idiocy.

THE AGE OF MADNESS & A Critical Review of fbi/cia Operations
This report represents a summary of my reflections & analysis on fbi/cia/police/societal egregious agendas.

As I reflect on the past two decades of vicious assaults on me by agents and operatives of the fbi and the cia, I sometimes in my quiet moments seek to comprehend the cause or genesis of the evil that characterizes many of the horrid events that I describe in "My Story In Detail" and related data and links at

This report is a summary of some of my conclusions regarding the decadent public policy rationale that supports atrocities by government, including the imprisonment, torture (physical and psychological) and killing of human beings for no justifiable cause. I hope that an enlightened populace may someday look inward and demand to know how many deaths and how much needless sufferings have been caused through episodes (such as those I describe in my reports) of government barbarity, gross insensitvity and macabre methodology; in the understanding of the injustices perhaps we can end them.
As most persons have no insight into the criminal minds and operations of government intelligence agents, little opportunity exists to address their crimes against humanity. Similarly, police authorities assist the intelligence services in the coverup of many felonies committed by the agencies and by the police themselves. Whistleblowers and others who try to expose egregious government crimes are outnumbered, out gunned, and portrayed as outlaws or madmen by the government predators who are trying to harm them.
For the average citizen, furthermore, society in general is unresponsive to pleas for guidance from those persons who are , at the hands of government predators and perpetrators, needlessly suffering and dying. The same systemic treachery that often greets the whistleblower is waiting to ensnare the average citizen in crisis, as I pointed out to the court in my Writ at 534US894.
The common threads of public malice and inhumanity towards the object of government predatory agendas run throughout many social institutions today; such widespread animosity is now mainstream and serves as a kind of mind programming for the general population who very often plays an integral role in the planned and orchestrated assaults on the Targets who are sometimes labeled as madmen.
As we are born into a complex world that changes from moment to moment in terms of advances in technology, scince, law, and contemporary standards for human conduct, no single individual can keep abreast of all the strictures (or expectations) that are brought to bear on our modern lives; even though we may think that we are experts in our own culture, we are not. Medical doctors do not know all the answers associated with causes forillnesses and diseases; lawyers often have no fast clue to finding remedies for legal issues that evolve from fast changing social mores; engineers and scientists must forever adjust design and focus of their work to deal with ever changing technologies, new discoveries and emerging societal forces and human needs.
The average individual human being may at times find himself adrift in an unfamiliar and alien sea filled with incalculable dangers. We have discovered that we cannot always cope with the stresses that we encounter on a daily basis. Returning war vets, or otherwise traumatized persons sometimes seek advice , treatment and comfort to ease medical conditions orpsychological pressures. When no effective assistance is available, some of our fellow citizens may suffer, collapse and die, even while we watch on some popular cop or quasi news shows. In extreme cases the confused or disoriented citizen is imprisoned, tortured, forced into suicide, or shot dead by the very same government agents who pretend to defend our liberties.
This is an important point because no one among us is immune from neurosis when tragedy strikes. We should therefore reconsider our societal relationship with those we condemn (to prison or death), lest we abruptly someday join their numbers. Actions against a citizen by government agents and their citizen action committees often provoke the Target into wild conduct; such intentional assaults are intended to cause the Target to respond violently so that he may be arrested or killed.
We see examples of this on our streets almost daily; and I have presented numerous instances of such intentional provocations in many of my reports.Further, no attention is focued on psychological operations against a targeted person even though a growing number of persons worldwide now testify that they are targeted by ruthless and painful campaigns. No law exists that may stop the type of violent activities in which the fbi andthe cia engage regularly against their Targets, foreign and domestic. Even civil court judges routinely ignore the criminal actions of police and fbi against the accused. Thus the person portrayed as a madman on some TV shows is in reality a product of a corrupt public policy standard that authorizes the torture, imprisonment and killing of a given Target. One plausible explanation for the apparent lunacy of government officials and their civilian supporters and followers is offered by Thomas Szasz, M.D. in his book THE AGE OF MADNESS, Jason Aronson, New York, 1974, Library of Congress , Catalogue Number 74-8401.
As I read his comments and analogies, I recall the hostilities against me (continuing to date for about twenty years) by the fbi; I believe that the most dangerous and destructive human beings in society are the members of the fbi, cia, police and their operatives throughout society who provoke, threaten, torture, malign, poison,libel, slander and attempt to kill (or to drive insane) the objects of their misguided misanthropy. Society in a sense has become its own worst enemy; those otherwise innocent citizens (including doctors, lawyers and laymen) so engaged against their fellow citizen are accomplices to murder (or felonious assault) by aiding the murderers of the agencies of government we all rely upon. In this way we have become a nation of assassins.
Below is the explanation by Szasz which I find most compelling in the context of my review of the atrocities committed against me and others by the fbi and cia thugs. Italics are mine as are all brackets and contents therein:
As ""in the Age of Faith political power was the monopoly of Church and State, so in the Age Of Reason, it is the monopoly of Science [Law] and State. The former celebrated its values by constructing cathedrals and religious shrines", while the latter does so by constructing hospitals" insane asylums [ and prisons] and by forcibly treating madmen [and accused criminals].
In the Age of faith, men confirmed the existence and glory of God by creating witches who worshipped the devil, and confirmed the power of God by multiplying the number and magnifying the dangerousness of witches; in the Age of Reason, men confirm the existence and glory of Reason by creating madmen who worship unreason, and confirm the power of Reason by multiplying the number and magnifying the dangerousness of madmen [criminals]." Men ""regarded themselves as most faithful when they were surrounded by heretics; and that they regarded themselves as most reasonable when surrounded by madmen [criminals].
Today we have tens of millions of persons imprisoned (or under threat of imprisonment) worldwide by men who regard themselves as "most reasonable''; the more people that they imprison, the more they fancy themselves as "most reasonable''. This is why, as Szasz writes, the Age of Faith was teeming with heretics; why the Age of Reason is teeming with madmen [criminals] and why I [Szasz] rename The Age of Reason, in honor of its victims,

Note: Here are two recent reports from my good friend and professional colleague ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee. I have known Geral for six years, and as FBI/CIA whistleblowers we have worked together to expose the crimes, corruption, tyranny and treason of these agencies, as well as the hirelings, minions and government shills who report to them, directly or indirectly as the case may be.
I can corroborate Geral's experiences re corruption in the medical field, as outlined in his first report. I too have been subjected to numerous abuses by the medical profession (CIA related) throughout my entire life.
When attempts were made on my life via electromagnetic/exotic weaponry, I nearly died on several occasions. Yet I refused to be taken to a hospital as I knew that CIA might well have people in place to finish me off.
Over a period of years, I have suffered brutal electromagnetic attacks which resulted in the following injuries and illnesses (only a partial list): severe and unbearable pain in my head; violent/projectile vomiting; heart symptoms (I have a congential heart condition); knocked unconscious; laser cuts/burns; hit with directed-energy "bullets".
I should make it clear that these attacks were not any form of "experimentation" or "testing" of weaponry. They were assassination attempts. I know for a fact that the same applies to Geral. Both Geral and I are high-profile targets of these out-of-control intelligence/law enforcement agencies.
In fact, I have incurred massive damages because of these relentless assaults, resulting in permanent disabilities, for which I cannot even get medical care, due to financial destitution, also engineered by these government criminals.
I can only thank God for the angels who surround me and who have saved my life more times than I can count. I know they're with Geral too, I have seen them in the spirit.

Notice to Activists and Others Regarding FBI Designs On Medical Patients

The purpose of this report is to attempt to focus attention on the fbi's (and the cia's) use of doctors (both MD, DDS, PhD and other health care providers) to torture and possibly kill Targets. The topic is somewhat difficult to address because misdiagnoses, mistakes and honest errors, might inappropriately in some instances account for (or obscure) certain medical atrocities which are intended to leave the patient dead, maimed, or insane. Few patients dare to criticize their doctors (or other health care providers) for fear of retaliation, or for fear of being labeled 'psychotic'. Thus, the following information may best be considered as an alternative view to popular acceptance of human error as the cause of death (or prolonged illness) in some patients. All scenarios mentioned below represent the actual experiences of this writer.
The fbi and the cia often use a variety of tricks to torture or kill the targeted patient. Many psychiatrists, for example, are directly in the employ of the intelligence agencies and provide the fbi and the cia with a medical or psychiatric report that is completely fabricated in order to institutionalize the Target. An example of this can be found in the medical charts of patients seen by Waldman, M.D., of New York. In such cases,the fbi and the cia conduct psychological operations on the Target who then shows symptoms which the doctor falsely asserts are not inconsistent with psychosis; further , the intelligence services then feed the doctor (in a kind of 'ex-parte' frenzy)false or misleading data which cause the already predisposed doctor to pre-judge and even pre diagnose the patient.
In another example, the patient reports to the doctor that he has a small growth on his right testicle; the doctor (after receiving an fbi fabricated and inflammatory rumor) then records on the chart that this patient must have the right testicle removed. On the day scheduled for the surgery, the patient sneaks a view of the medical chart and notices that someone has changed the record to read, " today's procedure is the removal of the left testacle." The patient then runs for his life, consults two additional doctors and confirms that neither testicle contains a malignant growth and that no surgery is indicated. This incident occurred about twenty (20) years ago and the patient is doing fine with both testacles in tact.
In yet another possible example of fbi macabre influence of a medical team with regards to the targeted patient, note the following scenario (which occurred in El Paso, Texas):
The patient is diagnosed with and set for surgery for a deviated septum; the procedure is successful, but after the patient exits the surgery room and regains consciousness, a new and potentially deadly challenge confronts him. A member of the nursing staff (or an fbi operative on the scene)re-writes the instructions for the care of the recovering patient. The original chart reads that no solid food is to be given to this patient for the customary time period (usually about 12 hours following surgery);the new, re-written instruction reads, "full meals are to be given the patient immediately". The problem then erupts as the patient eats the food, vomits all that he eats and nearly suffocates on his own fluids because he has no open air passage for breathing. The nasal passage is completely sealed off and stuffed following the surgery (for the deviated septum) and as the patient vomits, he cannot breathe.
I will spare the reader additional examples of fbi and cia manipulation of medical staff (designed to torture or kill the Target); I invite you to post your own experiences of this nature for educational purposes. You and I may help save lives by discouraging the torturers and assassins at the hospitals from continuing their devilish trade; at the same time we may suggest to all patients the need to have an intelligent and courageous friend at the side of the patient for as long as possible during the medical procedure/surgery.Note that during my most recent hospital visit (see my reports on the fbi fabricated kidney stone in my person) an unidentified health care provider actively assisted me by monitoring all procedures in my case to insure that I not be tortured or killed. This person is truly a Guardian Angel.

ADDENDUM (October 14, 2012)
I recently learned from
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas that the fbi obtained treatment records on me relating to respiratory problems I experienced as a young boy (1950s). The fbi learned that I have a severe medical reaction to cigarette smoke. While I lived in a townhouse unit in Brownsville in the past decade, the fbi placed a female *operative in the adjoining unit for the purpose of flooding my unit with cigarette smoke. The result was a bronchial infection requiring medical treatment and antibiotics. Concerning the present unlawful actions by UT officials, T attempted to communicate as an attorney pro se (inactive ) with both the Chancellor and the legal counsel of UT. Each refused my efforts to dialogue and the two blocked all e-mail from me.

Over the last two months the UT library staff continue to obey the instructions of their misguided UT President (at San Antonio, Texas) and UT Chancellor as follows:
Each time T enters the library, the library staff are under orders to follow and report on his activities. During the period of time that T did not visit the library, the same officials frantically begin asking the employees of the library whether they had seen T in the library. This preoccupation and obsession by the UT officials signals that their unlawful and despicable and ominous conduct as described herein continue. Also, as of 9AM, 3-11-10, the security guards (i.e.: Paula & Violet) at UTHSC , Harlingen, Texas, medical school & library continue to stalk and harass T (in apparent efforts to provoke a response) each time T enters or leaves the library. Paula reaches out to library employees to ask, " is Sosbee causing any problems; he has a history!" The unlawful harassment by UT staff and police continues even as the fbi intensifies their unrelenting and criminal efforts to torture & kill T as documented at www.sosbeevfbi.com.

In April and August of the year 2009, the University of Texas officials, including the Chancellor and the legal counsel, were on notice of my reports of crimes and misconduct committed against me on campus by UT personnel. The two letters dated 2009 from Sosbee to Cigarroa were suspiciously withheld from disclosure by UT's Chatterjee who maintained the letters (proof of her knowledge of their contents) in her office even as she wrote in September, 2009, to the Texas AG the following rationale for her refusal to release the documents :
"...we believe that release of witness identities, will hinder the ability of University Police to effectively police the campus and deter crime. If witnesses feel that they cannot report instances of potential criminal behavior to the University Police without fear of retribution, they may decide not to get involved".

The concept that if the U.S. is let alone (or with its puppet allies) to be armed with nuclear weaponry in order to allow the rest of the world to live in peace is total lunacy. The United States used the nuclear bomb, threatens to use it again, and will in fact use it again to attack any nation which remotely threatens the U.S. stranglehold on the world.
Under the best of scenarios (as viewed from the perspective of non conforming-belligerent nations), however, the world cannot defeat the U.S. war machine. Any attempt to prepare to do so will be met with total destruction of the aggressor. Even today the U.S. has another weapon (other than conventional) which can theoretically wipe out, instantaneously, any cache or bank of unfriendly technologies which may pose a threat to the U.S. or its allies: the laser beam fixed in position in outer space can accomplish this little task just fine.
The real issue, I think, is how to stop all weaponry from being used and at the same time to afford all human beings alive some hope for peace and stability everywhere and for all time. The formation of a one world , one people Humane global government must be studied and proposed. The tyrants of any given country cannot be entrusted with Human Rights and Individual Freedom issues ever again. This means that the people of the world, not their respective governments, must embark on mankind's most ambitious odyssey: the journey toward permanent peace and harmony on earth and the uncompromising realization of Human Rights for all. This can be done; such a goal is not simply a dream. What appears as an unattainable dream is that the United States or any other government on earth will someday stop killing and torturing people and allow them to live in peace , mutual respect and love.
SOSBEE'S PROCLAMATION:
Whereas the present government of the United States (feigning leadership) openly and without the slightest pretense of respect for human life and in complete disregard for universally accepted standards for basic human rights, engages under color of its national flag in murder, torture, imprisonment and terrorist practices against the peoples of the world, NOW THEREFORE SHOULD BE DECLARED AND HEREBY IS DECLARED A CRIMINAL AND ILLEGITIMATE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY (THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) and as such deserves not a respectable place among the family of nations and more significantly merits nil when the final account of Humanitarian efforts be tabulated by all that is holy and graceful in the universe.

The serial killers (sks) of the fbi and the cia whom I have described in my reports operate with the implied consent of all branches of the US government and of the people. The USA produces over a half of all serial killers on earth, and when all the facts are made public the USA will be credited with creating maybe 80% of the world’s serial killers.Some sks are born psychopathic; others are made deranged by the government,or by social circumstance. In the case of the fbi their dirty little secret of protecting their sks from outside scrutiny now comes to a halt with my reports.
As the fbi agents and operatives stalk, assault and torture their Target, they often send messages to the Target and record his responses on wireless surveillance technology. The fbi and the cia also record the forced suicide of the Target for the benefit of the Senate Intelligence Committee of Congress, lest any doubt may arise as to the casue of death.
Further, the depths of depravity to which the fbi/cia stoop in their assassinations of Targets are the more horrendous as these homicidal groups sometimes bring about the death of the Target by causes that appear to be natural. Other high tech gadgetries used by the intel services to cause stroke, heart attack, or similar life threatening condition are the directed energy weaponry with their invisible bullets which deliver severe pain and a variety of disturbing symptoms. As I have shown in my reports all of this activity is used in concert with the home and car surveillance, invasions and strategic tamperings therein (with concurrent messagings to the Target) and conditioned response assaults on the Target to attempt to secure his submission to the mind games. In many cases these tricks and devices ultimately cause the death of the Target as the fbi sks watch and record; afterwards the assassins move on to another Target whereupon the fbi thugs and their operatives repeat the series of similar assaults on the new Target to cause his death by similar means. The minds of the fbi/cia sks are thus no different in their infirmity from the minds of sks presented in the modern popular history books and movies; the fbi/cia’s methods of killing and torturing the Targets are also similar to other sks in public records in that the sks often play, or toy with the Target prior to his actual demise; the killers also leave messages or notices that the sks were in the home or car of the target, so that he may worry about the next assault.
The sks of the USA's government are honored by the community at large and they often enjoy presitigious social standing in the respective towns and perhaps even attend church, PTA, etc. The government comes to rely on the sks to remove any activist who might pose a theoretical threat to the power of the courts, the congress,or other corrupt government agencies which train and use the sks. I have known several sks during and after my service in government. One such homicidal psychopath was in the Tampa , Florida fbi office; others were in Chicago and New York fbi offices. All such creatures enjoyed favorite standing in the office, as they were used to murder those subjects who the fbi headquarters considered dead men walking.
I also personally knew a Dallas, Texas, police detective who admitted killing in cold blood five subjects by using their bodies as Target practice. One such victim of the same cop was known to me because I read his file when I was a private investigator. He was a known drug dealer who in the past had owned a hand gun; therefore he was considered “armed and dangerous”; this same man was non violent, was not armed on the day of the killing, and had retained the services of an attorney because he knew that the DA had an arrest warrant on him and that he would soon be arrested. The police detective, however, was not concerned with humane or legal treatment of this drug dealer; the cop shot the Target dead and continued firing about 30 (thirty) rounds in the body as it lay on the street.
The fbi and the cia have created a kind of institutional sk school at the fbi national academy where all graduates (including fbi and police personnel) are indoctrinated as sks or sk facilitators. Note in my previous reports that many doctors and dentists (as well as politicians ) are also sk facilitators as they actively help torment the Targets as I have documented.
Thus the world should accept the reality that the people embrace serial killers to protect the people; this state of affairs is untenable and must be reversed.

Calcium oxalate bladder stones were induced in male rats by implanting plastic foreign bodies and by adding ethylene glycol to their drinking water. The foreign body surface was first coated with cellular debris and some amorphous material. Encrustation with crystals of calcium oxalate started on the third day of implantation. Calcium oxalate dihydrate crystals wee basically dipyramidal, a majority of them showing interpenetrant twinning. The stone grew by confluent crystal growth and crystal aggregation. For several years I have had the honor and the accompanying pain to report fbi and cia crimes and misdemeanors against my person. The significance of my reports are not simply to assist myself in staying alive, but to provide an historical document which in time may serve others similarly imprisoned (though not always behind bars) by the high tech gadgetry (and low minded thugs) of these two hideous agencies.
Therefore, the first purpose for this article is to express my gratitude for all who have seen and verified my reports and for all who see the global importance to humanity of the lessons I and others attempt to present. Thank you eternally.
The other purpose herein is to offer whatever services I may to any other *person who is being tortured, imprisoned, or otherwise hounded by the world's most misguided and pathological miscreants: the agents, operatives, thugs, assassins, executioners, handlers of the fbi and the cia and their sympathizers and allies globally. Tell me who you are, please; give me the dates, times and methods associated with your suffering at the hands of the fbi/cia and their global affiliates (including the mindless police in every jurisdiction), so that I can better understand how to attack (in an intellectual sense) these bestial humans in a way that will help educate the world regarding their purposes and their tactics. Provide the details and the names of your torturers. If you cannot communicate, then please relay the data to someone else for this study. The fbi/cia thugs, kidnappers, torturers, assassins, burglars, etc., obtain all the money they need for their criminal operations from multiple sources: Congress, Illegal drug operations and money laundering schemes, theft and seizure of Targets' assets, blackmail, theft (including burglary & robbery) and the stock markets around the globe. During the past three years the bacterial infection implanted in Sosbee by the fbi continues to plague him , even though several efforts have been made with antibiotics to remove the infection; this continued problem with the same antibiotic resistent bacteria (as shown near tooth #14 in the above mentioned link) suggests that the fbi dentist/operative may have had a bit more in mind for Sosbee than simply a painful experience and multiple trips to the doctor (Note: The last antibiotic treatment occurred 5-16-06, at which time T was again treated with : Amoxicillin 500 MG Capsules, sold at Walgreens Pharmacy, 4490 E. 14th St, Brownsville, Texas 78521, NDC 00093-3109-05,MFG TEVA.)
Due to the stubborn resistance of the bacteria to antibiotics and considering the proximity of the infection to the brain, the fbi dentist/operative who originally injected Sosbee with the bacterial infection may have intended to induce oncogenesis, or similar life threatening condition. The "artificial unhealthiness" of targeted victims is achieved by clandestine application of the widest spectrum of chemical or biological substances - "special means" which cause deterioration of mental or physical health (or both) of various degree and duration. It should be emphasized that such sort of actions in any case cause artificial decline of life quality, accelerate biological aging, artificially shorten life expectancy. The same practice extended to it's lethal extreme makes it possible to carry out mass purges camouflaging them under social and economic difficulties.

New York State is using the combination of two powerful methods to force their citizens to take psychiatric drugs out in the community. First, they use court orders, called Involuntary Outpatient Commitment (IOC) or Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT). Second, they use teams that monitor whether you're taking your drugs, called Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). All this "assisting" and "assertiveness" through the double-whammy of AOT and ACT could -- bottom line -- mean you being forcibly drugged in your own living room, for years, with chemicals that can cause brain damage.
