 JUDGMENT, DISCERNMENT & CONDEMNATION0 comments
26 Nov 2008 @ 08:12, by rusyn. Spirituality
This is an article I wrote with the help from my higher self:

Once again, greetings to you all. It is our individual and collective pleasure to speak with you because each time we do we tune into your consciousness and learn a lot more about you, we feel more of your love, and we are able to share with you our love and perspectives on a wide range of ideas, often responding to specific requests from you.

In our communications we explore and examine the meaning of language and the intention and vibration of words so as to find a bridge which enables all to have clearer communication verbally, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Clearer communication, of course, decreases misunderstandings and it creates intimacy.

The word judgment is a big one for you all. Immediately it implies something determined, something final, something about a person's character, behavior, or belief system, usually in a negative sense. Now, we notice that there seems to be confusion over the terms judgment, discernment, and condemnation. These words and their meanings are what we will focus on and address today.

To judge means to decide. It does not necessarily contain a value of good or bad. Discernment is a fun word because you can play with its meanings. It means to see clearly, distinguish, recognize, have discretion, and be one of good judgment.Dis means before, apart, away, negation, reversal, and is also related to Hades or Pluto. Cern has to do with seeing.
Condemnation is to blame, declare or sentence. For this word, we ask you to consider the idea of "with/for damnation."

What have you noticed about these three words? They all have to do with decisions and start from a neutral position of making a decision, to being able to determine a "good" decision and finish in blame.

These differences in the meanings of the words are important to understand because frequently when the term judgment is used, the person means to say condemnation. Likewise, a person feels condemned when they are being judged. And as you can readily see, the meanings of these words are quite different.

From our perspective, judgment and discernment are positive terms because they enable one to take personal empowerment and responsibility as a creator, examine situations objectively and make choices and decisions which are in the highest good for the Self.

Condemnation primarily has to do with having reached a judgment which denotes blame and ultimately requires a sentence of punishment, some form of retribution. On a general level, with legislation that is agreed upon by consensus, condemnation may serve as a guideline for acceptable behavior in society. It is a message saying one has overstepped boundaries, has not taken personal responsibility and must face the consequences of their actions. We do not condemn your societies for creating this system. It is all within your free will to do so. It is the hope that through this method of societal guidelines, which includes condemnation, that more personal responsibility, the allowance and encouragement of it, will benefit all; not with the limited intention of control, or motivated by fear, but with the idea that there is a more enlightened way to act without harmfully inflicting one's beliefs or emotions upon another - which can result in less condemnation.

On a personal level, condemnation sometimes indicates an unwillingness (of the one condemning) to take personal responsibility - in effect, seeking a scapegoat. It is when these two areas of general and personal become mixed-up where you may encounter some confusion or conflict. When one takes personal responsibility and acts in the highest good for all, starting with their own Self and knowing that each one is responsibile for creating their experiences, one has no need for scapegoats. With the honest and open communication you have with your Self, with love and compassion, you increase the possibility for more of the same with others, which leads to more and more and more.

How does judgment, discernment and condemnation function in your life? Now that you may have a clearer understanding of their meanings, do give it more consideration. How do you normally behave towards others? Are you discerning, judging or condemning? Are you taking personal responsibility and are you fully and freely allowing of others to be who they are and respecting them for same, even if you may not agree with them? Do you recall feeling condemned by others even though a word may not even have passed between you?

We would like to call to your attention the fact that your own judgments, discernments and especially condemnations are perceived by others. Maybe unconsciously, subconsciously or fully consciously...but they ARE perceived. Even when you think you are wearing a great mask that smiles and beams friendship and acceptance, all know that it is still only a mask. Your true feelings are felt regardless of that mask. The energy of condemnation is very powerful.

Know that when you are driving in your car silently observing and condemning a pedestrian or another driver, or walking down the street inwardly condemning the person you see for whatever reason, and yet you say hello to them and smile, they may not respond so kindly to you because they sense and resent your lack of honesty and condemnation of them. Most people do not have the courage yet to confront you directly and ask, "Why do you condemn me?" (Although, if they would, you'd have greater communication, intimacy and compassion.) So, in exchange for your attempts at covering up your real feelings and putting on false airs, they may give you a sour expression or say a few choice harsh words to you. You may be confused and hurt with their behavior towards you - after all, you put on a good show, you smiled to them, said hello. You may even begin to assume that most people are inherently rude because you didn't get the response you had hoped for. Ahhh - maybe that response triggered a strong emotional reaction within you. That means it's time to get more honest with your Self and the outside world.

Realize that your thoughts and feelings are being projected and received. If you are not enjoying the feedback from those who pick up your thoughts and feelings, we suggest transformational inner work with your Self . We ask you to look inside your Self, be discerning, and discover your own habits and patterns in how you may be condemning others without even knowing them. Maybe you feel you have good reason to condemn them - if so, where does that come from, are you playing old tapes and could they still be relevent? Have you been condemning others without being fully conscious of how and when you've been doing it? Do you condemn your Self? How has being one who condemns kept you from having intimacy in your life? Also explore how your own secret agendas from your negative ego can operate - do you act in ways to obtain the illusion of: being accepted, of pleasing others, of being adored, of being a martyr, of being perfect, or in needing to be in control or feel superior - and how they may still be at work.

When you have reached the source of condemnation within your Self, feel compassion for your Self and then for the one you have condemned. Let all the veils drop away and see truth. Seek the commonality. Aren't all just like your Self? Are you all not desiring of love, acceptance, honesty, compassion? The deeper you go into understanding condemnation and compassion within your Self, the deeper you will have the same understanding with and for others. Through honesty, compassion, understanding, self-responsibility, rather than condemnation, you will transform your inner and outer worlds. This will bring you more love, compassion, freedom to be who you are and to allow others to be who they really are thereby creating more beauty and harmony, a composition of many exquisite notes all playing together for the highest good in your universe.

With having shed a little bit more light on the subject of judgment, discernment and condemnation, we now bid you a very good day and wish you all much more love, honesty, self-responsibility, intimacy and joy.

We all travel the Milky Way together, trees and men...trees are travelers, in the ordinary sense. They make journeys, not very extensive ones, it is true; but our own little comings and goings are only little more than tree-wavings---many of them not so much.

---John Muir

Sit just to sit. And why not sit? You have to sit sometime, and so you may as well REALLY sit, and be altogether here. Otherwise the mind wanders away from the matter at hand, and away from the present. Even to think through the implications of the present is to avoid the present moment completely.

---Alan Watts

The universe came into being with us together; with us, all things are one.

---Chuang-Tzu

The illustration is a movie poster for a film that is making its impact felt increasingly through word-of-mouth. Since it may be a bit hard to find here's a synopsis: In a world of six billion people, it only takes one to change your life. Sixty-two-year-old Walter Vale is sleepwalking through his life. Having lost his passion for teaching and writing, he fills the void by unsuccessfully trying to learn to play classical piano. When his college sends him to Manhattan to attend a conference, Walter is surprised to find a young couple has taken up residence in his apartment. Victims of a real estate scam, Tarek, a Syrian man, and Zainab, his Senegalese girlfriend, have nowhere else to go. In the first of a series of tests of the heart, Walter reluctantly allows the couple to stay with him. Touched by his kindness, Tarek, a talented musician, insists on teaching the aging academic to play the African drum. The instrument’s exuberant rhythms revitalize Walter’s faltering spirit and open his eyes to a vibrant world of local jazz clubs and Central Park drum circles. As the friendship between the two men deepens, the differences in culture, age and temperament fall away. After being stopped by police in the subway, Tarek is arrested as an undocumented citizen and held for deportation. As his situation turns desperate, Walter finds himself compelled to help his new friend with a passion he thought he had long ago lost. When Tarek’s beautiful mother Mouna arrives unexpectedly in search of her son, the professor’s personal commitment develops into an unlikely romance. And it’s through these new found connections with these virtual strangers that Walter is awakened to a new world and a new life.

As so often happens, particularly on Mondays when I review the weekend papers, most of the computer work I'd planned to do this morning got scrapped by a single item. Then one sidetrack led to another, and soon I was wandering in the woods again. The piece that did it was in The Times of London yesterday, and some editor there I guess had seen it in its complete version in the current edition of Spear’s Wealth Management Survey magazine. It was written by the former "proprietor" of the London Daily Telegraph, who currently resides in a federal prison here in the United States. He's been there for 8 months. I know nothing of the case nor how long his sentence is. Whatever it is, he's appealing it and apparently has had some success.

What he has to say that interests me is about the present legal system here. Of course laws can be changed. Even the Constitution can be changed. But through all that shines a spirit of America that all of us used to be raised to believe in. It has to do with equality before the law. If there are mistakes, OK, we understand that. But if there are injustices, Americans feel their freedom threatened. We respond. Or should. If we don't, or lose track of how we can respond, we begin to sink into the kind of daily despair that has plagued humanity around the world and through time, since our conception.

Let me not preach about the last 8 years---or 16, or 32. Let us simply look at where we are, and the work to do. I know attorneys, and my family boasted some prominent ones. I set about at university to become one---until Dylan Thomas crossed my path. My daughter has such plans in the environmental field. I'm supporting her in this---despite all indications of the futility of working for the EPA. Futility. Ah, there's the rub. When a people allow themselves to believe it is futile to go up against the system---either because that system is invariably right in what it pursues, or because it is hopelessly decadent, we surrender to a prison state. If I am barred from dissent by a privately contracted army, as I have been in an attempt merely to glimpse President Bush in person, I am in a prison state.

Ah, but now I'm preaching. [There are ministers on the other side of the family. :-)] Let me step aside for this gentleman in his jail cell. Then follows an editorial from yesterday's New York Times about Guantanamo.  More >

Weltkonferenz über Systemische Schwächen und Lösungen in der Gesellschaft 20090 comments
23 Nov 2008 @ 22:54, by jhs2. Systems Thinking

More >

"The reason for our erroneously believing that we are a part of some thing from which we are separate arises from the development of an individual point of consciousness."

Still the body and quiet the mind,
Going within, become aware of the rhythm of your breathing and the beating of your heart. Listen to the pulse of your life blood flowing rhythmically through your brain.
Feel the air being absorbed by your blood and circulated
throughout your entire body.
Know that energy flowing in with the air is filling your etheric being with light and love, energising, sustaining and animating your life.

As you gradually tune in to the subtle energies that sustain and animate your being, allow your attention to focus upon the fact that your physical form and your etheric form are integrated into
an indivisibly whole unit.

Observe the totality of yourself, witness the inner flows that
underlie your manifest form.
All the way up the spine and into the head are a series of centres which receive, transform and transmit the energy flowing into,
through and around you.

The three centres below the diaphragm, one located at the base of the spine, one found in the generative organs and one located at the solar plexus, constitute the personality as it manifests in physical form and these centres mainly deal with physical energies and their expression.
These find integration in the intellect and the ego.

The centre located in the heart is the direct connection into your etheric system from the cosmos. This is expressed as unconditional love.

The three centres above the heart, one in the throat, one in the brow and one located in the centre of the brain find integration as the higher mind, higher self or seat of the soul.

The centre in the brain is the direct connection to the cosmos
from your etheric system.

The state of awareness of the intellect and personality/ego is only able to perceive an unknowingly limited perspective of “that which is”, due to its being unable to access knowledge from beyond
its perceivable universe.

A greater state of knowing and awareness is however available in potential form due to the fact that this information is also
a part of all that is.

The growing realisation of the wholeness and integration of ones perceived separate self can lead to the understanding of the wholeness and integration of all that is.

Fractal Intelligence and the Archetype of a Black Swan5 comments
22 Nov 2008 @ 15:58, by jhs. Knowledge Management
We found it feasible to teach anyone who is interested the recognition of human archetypes in less than two days using Skywork (morphogenetic access via a group of people).

For example, once able to recognize the principle which is called Ogum as an archetype of human personalities, one can typically recognize an 'Ogum Person' on a distance of a hundred meters just by its biotype and by the way the person walks. In this case a savy sales person already knows exactly what that person would like to buy and what to say and what NOT to say in order close the sale.

Once able to do that it becomes possible to learn also the recognition of an equal pattern in a different realm of manifestation without any indoctrination and even without Skywork. Unfortunately many of the few who are able to recognize human archetypes don't go the extra mile to learn it for themselves but rather listen to the few gurus in the field. In other words, they find it easier to adopt indoctrinated dogmas instead of looking for themselves. For example, in the animal realm, the Ogum principle is reflected amongst others in the phenomenon of a 'black dog'. But a dog is a living being with emotions and the capacity of learning to a certain degree. It therefore has an archetype in itself. The archetypes are further expressed in the variety of races of dogs. So, how would you recognize the specific, individual archetype of your dog by direct observation?

To approach this challenge, let us transfer the definition of 'Fractal' from mathematics & geometry to all living forms. The ability to perceive and recognize the same principles in all levels of manifestations we could call 'Fractal Intelligence'. Philosophical systems such as Ifá postulate a very limited number of base principles (16) and of base archetypes (6 archetype complexes). The ability to recognize one of those across different realms of manifestations we could call 'horizontal fractal intelligence'. The challenge of recognizing encapsulated self-repeating patterns, we could call 'vertical fractal intelligence'.

Overview:

Let's define:

Fractal Intelligence:

the ability to recognize self-repeating patterns as such.

and specifically:

Horizontal Fractal Intelligence:

the ability to recognize a self-repeating pattern across parallel realms of phenomena.

Vertical Fractal Intelligence:

the ability to recognize a self-repeating pattern encapsulated in a different self-repeating pattern.

There are far more shifts and media driven stresses occurring at this time than ever before in history that has resulted in many people losing their focus, being taken out of center, loosing sight of the truth and diluting their inner guidance. People everywhere are more stressed out, anxious, and downright frazzled just trying to cope with the new energies and rapid changes manifesting in record numbers. However my Beloved One, it doesn’t have to be that way...

WILL ZAIBATSU OFFENSIVE BE ACCOMPANIED BY NEW JAPANESE MILITARISM? 0 comments
19 Nov 2008 @ 03:06, by erlefrayne. Peace
In a previous article, this writer articulated the success of the Japanese Zaibatsu offensive. As one ought to realize, the success of the Zaibatsu offensive came at the expense of other markets, notably the North’s. Intellectually bankrupt as they are, the policy makers and technocrats of the North never foresaw the catastrophic consequences of predatory policies more so those concerning finance that came from their Japanese partners.

Today, Zaibatsus are well prepositioned across the globe, and it doesn’t matter anymore whether their headquarters will still be based in Japan. They have already fanned out beyond their boundaries, thanks to gullible states and market players in host countries that aren’t equipped to read the psyche of their Japanese partners. Japanese market presenters carry the mien of humble partners who bow in deep respect before you during business meetings, so who could ever suspect the rather cold-blooded nature of such gestures.  More >
